Recently our vacuum broke so we decided to pick up a robot vacuum. Bob was on sale and this model vacuums and mops. Does a great job vacuuming. My father has two big fluffy dogs, a Newfie and a Burnese Mtn Dog, and this cleaned up their fur after their visit with us. The mop aspect works really well to top it off, I would equate it as slightly better than a Swiffer jet mop. Really great robot vacuum.

Wife loves it and it performs well. Great price and value.

Great vacuum cleaner especially if you have pets and I have 5 dogs which 3 shed very heavily. The other two are light shedders.

The product was fairly simple to set up. Have not used the mop yet but it picks up hair and dust pretty good. I have dark floors so anything that automatically dusts for me is a life saver!!!

For the amount u pay might as well sweep ur self, in my opinion it’s not worth it, it tends to go to one direction and for it to be a “pet” sweeper it gets clogged a lot and we have tile floor and only one dog, it gets stuck sometimes going over our 3/8” threshold, and when it gets clogged it spits everything back out or tends to not “vacuum” the hair and we clean it out after every charge so it’s not like it’s “full” all the time. It seems like a good buy but doesn’t do it’s job. I wouldn’t recommend but just coming from a normal person, we hardly use it now cuz we just sweep our kitchen and living room now, even tried just our bedroom and still the same thing with it spitting the pet hair out, I don’t think it has enough “suction” cuz it’s just a sweeper not a vacuum

This is my second Bob, first one kept “coding out”, returned it with my Geeksquad warranty and got upgraded to the Pet version and it’s much more powerful. So far so good.

It works great on our hardwood. Just watch if you leave it on automatic and you have a pet that has accidents. It's not pretty when it runs over poop and spreads it all over.

My little guy has allergies we love Bobsweep because I vacuum multiple times a day. Easy to clean, does a good job and always picks up pet hair.

Purchased this for my wife as a way to help around the house. The little guy works well, my onlycomplaint is that it struggles if theres a lot of obstacles in the way.

Love the Bobsweep! Best investment ever! I highly recommend this if you don’t have time to sweep 2-3 times daily due to fur, dander and such!

I really really like my vacuum. Is sure helps on my back. I can run the vacuum and be doing something else at the same time.

It's pretty good for light dust and hair but doesn't seem to do much more than that. It does get stuck between the hard surface floor and going on to carpet so I don't think I would run it without being home to monitor those events. I would rate it Fair. However, I love the color!

I have dogs and they shed constantly. Bob is helping me to keep up with it! I love him!

Bob has been a great addition to our cleaning efforts at home. He figures out how to cover about 700sf in about 40 mins (Livingroom, dining, kitchen and hallway areas). I'm always amazed how much debris Bob picks up in his receptacle bin. Having a small dog and a cat, Bob collects unwanted hair great. We live a cleaner and less hairy-lifestyle, thanks to Bob!

Easy to use. Not bad to look at , clean dog hair like a champ nd makes old hardwood shine!! My husband even lives him!!

Would have gave it a 5 if it wasn't for the fact it will not gain traction on ceramic with mop feature. Still recommend

This is an outstanding product, it really works, I cant believe how it picks up pet/cat hair, I cant say enough good about it.
