Cleans really well, I recommend it 100%, so far…..

Love the features and easy setup. It tends to get stuck on thin rugs and carpets. Looking for a way to prevent that.

I bought this during thanksgiving promotion it last for two months before it quit working. Luckily I Got geek squad protection and was able to upgrade to a cheapest roomba which is 100 times better

My first robotic vac and I’m impressed. It does a nice job collecting all the hair from our new dog. Goes under bed with ease and does about 1300 sq feet of hardwood flooring in around 45 minutes. Even collects dust off baseboard and shoe. Real happy with this little guy

I purchased my bob and he worked for about 10 minutes a day for 3 days. On the 4th day, he stopped working and I couldn’t get him to start again. No troubleshooting number or anything. Battery said it was fully charged and all. It was a short lived bliss.

Difficult to set up remote, but works good on wood/flat surfaces. Brush does not work on my short pile carpet, so it doesn't do me any good there.

Very good vacuum but a little bit complicated to manage it.

Bob does an excellent job in auto mode. Gets stuck on rug when transitioning from floor. May need to troubleshoot sensors to correct problem.

It struggles a little on carpet but on hardwood does a great job. Once it gets in a groove it works well.

I have two huskies so bob is a life saver. It does very well at picking up their hair, doesn’t get stuck very often, and has excellent battery life. The optional use of the remote is convenient. The only complaint I would have is sometimes it take late a while for it to find its docking/charging station. Overall very pleased and worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

It really helps a lot cleaning at home. It's impressive when we empty the pocket and see all the dust vacuumed

The bob sweep is an awesome per hair, crumb catching self powered remote controlled vacuum I have ever had.

Works excellent!! Gets all the pet hair from the edges of the room.

Still learning all the modes it has but so far good for the value. I purchased it when it was on sale.

Does great at cleaning.Had trouble with controller,but they sent a new at no cost.Great customer service

Honestly, it's ok. It's not going to impress you if you have dogs or carpet (like we do). They shouldn't advertise the unit in this capacity but it runs and can spot clean. Not really worth the money for what you get.

Bob started off well. He comes with all sorts of gadgets for keeping the rollers clean but no matter what the cleaning power is just not there. It loses battery pretty fast and gets hung up on any change in floor surface. It doesnt seem to be able to negotiate going from wood to rug.
