I got this for my sister as a Christmas gift and she loves it. Picks up great.

I purchased a robotic vacuum about 6 months ago and returned it cuz I couldn't get used to it. After so much back pain from cleaning the house all by myself during covid-19, I decided to buy this one. Best decision ever! It works so good and I am so happy with this purchase!

It vacuums okay but gets stuck between things. It’s okay.

The vacuum does not go all around the house that keeps getting stuck in certain areas and keep trying to go back to the same spot wouldn't recommend it to anyone else

Not really happy with this robot vacuum. It does not clean the floor well. It keeps getting stuck. Glad I didn’t pay full price for this such a disappointment.

It didn't work out for us, some issues with it getting stuck under the sofa and furniture, but also cleaning efficiency wasn't great. We did see small hair left after the run.

I absolutely love my Bobsweep!! I’m a busy mom of two young boys and my bobsweep helps me focus less on cleaning and more on being present for them! It does a fantastic job and has impressed us all! My kids also love to watch Bob do his magic! I recommend this product to everyone who needs a helping hand!

Bob is an ok assistant. He does get stuck on high area rugs. I have to assist him more than I would like. I would not be able to leave him unattended to get a job completed without my supervision. Would not buy if he is more than $100.

This product has changed my life, having kids and a hardwood floor, there are crumbs everywhere. This product is great at picking up dirt on hardwood, and giving a quick mop in the kitchen. Haven't used on carpet.

I use this in the upstairs bonus room. works great! picks about everything up.

I've wanted to purchase one for a while now, but the price was to high. Bob was on sale and I could not resist the price. I have not had it for very long but I like that it sweeps up the floor everyday and then takes himself back to the docking station, Bob gives you one less thing to worry about.

My bob works perfect!! I have three different brands of Robot Vacuums in my home, Bob is the best. It is not only the most powerful one, but also works for longer time after each charging. Excellent customer service with fast response and supportive solutions!

Works pretty well, seems to learn the area it needs to clean... pretty neat

Gets stuck under toe kicks and rarely returns to its charger in its own. It does well picking up pet hair but so does a regular vacuum.

It worked great the first time and then it stopped. The second time I tried to use it, the charge didn't hold. I thought maybe I didn't connect it right so I checked it, reconnected bob and let it charge over night. The third attempt to use it, the screen showed fully charged but it would only go a few feet and go back to the charging station. The screen at this point showed low charge. It only worked for about a minute! I was disappointed that it didn't work as great as I thought it would. I returned it.

bObsweep get stuck all the time, you have to keep the eye on that all the time.

We love Bob. He keeps the kitchen and utility room swept and while I'm doing other chores throughout the house he is vacuuming. My husband enjoys using the remote, he gets to play and helps clean too.

I got this robot vacuum because it said it was good with pet hair. It may be, but human hair is a different story. The hair gets tangled in the roller and causes it have have an error and won't work. I clean it and it goes for a little while and then it shows the same error after a short time. I haven't even had it a year and it is worthless. Do not buy if you have girls in the house!

Took it backband boughtvthe original brand. This one wad loud and just kept running in the same small circle.
