This vacuum works great! Having replacement parts included for when the brushes wear-out, makes this an even better deal. The machine is smart and works well when vacuuming and mopping.

If your hourse is empty is good, also it cannot pass the molding. You need to follow all the time. On the good side, it can pick up the tiny dust.Be a extra helper is good.

The programmable schedule helped keep the house clean without having to worry about turning the robot on which was great. Kept everything clean and returned to it’s station when done

This is a replacement unit and this one is one is much more quiet and finds its charging station just fine. It does a great job picking up things, even large things (like my daughter’s play fork). I especially love the color.

I was a little skeptical about this guy, but he works well. He’ll start up, then when I get up in the morning, the place is vacuumed and it’s sitting in his dock.

Great help when you’re busy and don’t have to much time to clean, this is a great gadget to own, I have it programed to clean everyday at 11am, love the feature that the device finds its base to charge itself, great buy.

Great product, this version is so much better than yhe previous. It doesn't get stuck transitioning from floor to rug and back.

My mom is getting too old to mop and sweep her whole house. She is very grateful for this helping bot. I own a different cleaning bot but for the price and quality of this one,...I would definitely give it a try for my second floor.

It's pretty. Haven't tried the mopping feature. Haven't really programmed it yet. It didnt seem to adjust to going from tile to rug.

it’s good, but it gets stuck sometimes, knock over things, and it doesnt have really good direction. It’s good for the price I got it for though

I loved the packing and the unit is a beautiful Red. Then I turn it on. It pushed a lot of air thru the unit. But it only cleaned a 5 x 5 area. WHAT!!! I tried and tried to get it to clean more. It just would not clean... more and it was LOUD. I returned it and got a Roomba 690 witch took off and cleaned. I was very disappointed. If you know what I did wrong Please tell me and what setting I should have used.

I bought this during one of their daily deals so it was just shy of 200 bucks. My wife and i loved bob however he only lasted about a week before crapping out. We returnes him and bought a roborock e25 for about 50 bucks more and it was a world of difference in quality. Bob is not worth his normal price tag in fact id say, if he managed to stay alive, he would be worth about 150. He cleaned well enough but the roborock was just such a better buy in every way

Doesn’t do what I expected. It gets stuck under everything doesn’t leave the room it started in and doesn’t follow any pattern

Kind of confusing compared to our roomba - I’m keeping it, maybe I’ll learn to love it

Got this on a “deal of the day” for better then 3/4 off. Don’t pay full price for this. It picks up Larger debris but you still need to use your regular vacuum.

Very helpful device to keep my floors clean. I was surprised at it’s efficiency and how much dirt it removed.

very good and liked it. But mop function did not suit my hard wooden floor. Awesome price only at bestbuy.

Would not make it over the thresholds in my home. Returned and bought a roomba.
