The frustration of following this thing around to help it, emptying it, & removing debris from the roller makes me drag out the regular vacuum cleaner to get it over with. Definitely not for pet hair... it needs to go back to the lab for improvements. Even with the big clearance discount, it's not worth your money.

Great product! Picks up all debris on the floor, even in tight spots and against the walls! Would definitely recommend!

It is good for 2-3 months until it breaks! Went through hell and back with company, they are the worse. Thanks to the Best Buy customer support and service, I finally was able to get somewhere. Although I went through 4-5 of these, the last one just stopped working after 3-4 months of use. Returning this and never, I repeat never will I purchase any item from this company again!

Very good robot vacuum. Picks up a lot of hair/ stuff off the floor I have 4 pets. 2 cats. 2 dogs. Works wonders

Great vaccum does get stuck if you have flooring changes to climb over but all in all good unit

Gets stuck on absolutely everything. Cannot do it’s job because it cannot go over any rug and bumps into everything and gets stuck. We have a super low pile rug over LVP flooring and it can’t go over the less than a quarter inch threshold. Super disappointed

It can't even find the charger - it runs around like a chicken with its head cut !!!!!!

Great product! Never realized how much my other vacuum was not picking up. Have 3 cats and it picks their hair up wonderfully!

This didn’t work well for us because it got stuck under the couch. Suction was great.

Price-wise it is a good purchase but the product is not perfect it gets confused time to time and vacuum the same place over and over

Horrible vacuum such a waste of money. DO NOT BUY! Gets stuck on our short area rug and in spots that other robor vacuums easily get by and around. Wish i returned it sooner for a roomba. Very upset.

So far so good. I wish it had a lower profile however so that it could fit under the sofa..

I love Bob Sweep. He is part of the family. I have to clean the floors much less and he frees up my time to things with my family. I would recommend to anyone that needs extra me time.

Helps clean up bigger debris would need more help with the smaller trash.

Probably good for rooms with limited furniture. Did not make it all over my great room of 18' x 45'.

This robot vacuum is much more powerful than our previously owned Roomba 670. And the battery seems to go on and on and on. Only used it a few times, but so far, we are very impressed.

Easy set up works great really picks up the dog hair and dust so glad I got this for myself for Christmas will be getting one for my daughter for her birthday next month
