    The item kept stopping, saying that the brush was stuck, but when I flipped it over, nothing was wrong with the brush. So I started it again and it went for a while the gave the same error message. Only ran one full cycle, started giving the error message during the second use.

    This is our second robot vacuum that we have owned. We bought it because of a strong sale. We ended up returning it based on its loud volume (hard to talk over). Bought a different brand vacuum and much happier.
