    So we got bob on a sale and it worked flawlessly for about 5 months with the occasional hangup but now bob can seem to vacuum anywhere without gwtting hung up

    The BobSweep did not work as advertised. It does not pick up as much dirt as the Roomba. My main complaint is battery time. It would not even clean a 14x16 room before it needed to recharge. Go with the Roomba.

    Brand new out of the box I charged the unit as per instructions. The vacuum came out of the charging station stopped and gave me trouble number 04. Looked up the code in the manual and it said to clean the edge sensors. Which I did but once again within a second back to the same trouble number 04. The manual said if problems persist deactivate the edge sensor. Of course it also said if you did this Bob will not be able to detect edges or stairs. I’m not keeping this trouble product.

    I bought 3 of these, 1 for me, 1 for my sister, 1 for my mom. We all returned ours within 2 weeks of use. The bot is basically a 1st gen, the software is written so poorly on it that I put the bot right in front of the charger and it went clear across the room and then spent 20 mins trying to find the charger, and that's just one of the 11 issues that this has. Trust me when I say, spend a little more and buy an IRobot, they are worth the extra money.
