The pethair robot doesn't like shag rugs or any kind rugs that are on floor. We have had two side brushes ruined in 2 1/2 weeks. . I didn't get a picture of the the issue.

Daughter told me about. I bought 2, for another home.

This thing sucks. I got it on deal of the day for cheap but I still don’t think it was worth it. Constantly clogs and hardly has any capacity for dog hair. My dog doesn’t even shed much either. I’ve actually thrown it away since I bought it. (Too late to return)

Overpriced. Underdelivers. Cant even find its own base half the time. And the height of the robot is so ridiculously unnecessary. My first vacuum was a Shark XL. It maps your rooms, self empties, and so much more. It’s less than a hundred bucks more at 375$. I got a discount on this BobberSweep garbage and I still overpaid. Dont do it.

Brush motor runs intermittently on carpet. The company tried solving this by sending be a brush with softer bristles. Only problem is they keep shipping in padded envelopes damaging the bristles. I have 4 damaged brushed from them because they can't package them properly.

Keep getting stuck on things at my house also it never finds its way back to the charger

It stays on same path it just did,it constantly wedges itself under couch terrible buy thinking of returning it

It gets stuck everywhere. Have to constantly move it.

Only worked for 2 days but when it did the item worked great.

Worked good for the first couple months. Now it will stop every 30 minutes saying something is stuck and there be nothing wrong with it.

Works good on hardwood floors , but it did not even want to move on low carpet , kept giving an error , very disappointed , the vacuum was returned , will try another brand

This product is a great idea, but does not perform. It doesn't have much suction power and takes forever to vacuum a room. Also, gets stuck under furniture constantly.

Read the reviews on this and roomba And still decided on this and returned it in 2 weeks would go right over dirt and not pick it up would not make it over small rugs

We excitedly got our new Bobsweep charged and started it on our laminate hardwood/tile floors. As soon as it got to our area rug, it stopped. Absolutely would not go up on the area rug (which is very low plush). We put it on the rug, and the Bobsweep struggled to even move around. This is not the sweeper for us.

Worked for about five minutes, then returned to base. Tried again and same result. Returned for a refund.

Never learns the house. Keeps running when it is stuck.

I do not recommend it, too complicated and very noisy

This product has not lived up to its description. I bought it before Christmas, and it doesn't navigate over 1/2" height differences. It doesn't pick up all the the dirt or fur. I haven't even dared to try the mopping portion. Also, it is super bulky and doesn't fit in a lot of spaces.

Bob is now what I expected. He is easily stopped by small obstacles
