Just awful performance, I would have returned it if I had realized how short the return period was.

While it may be a great vacuum for hardwood or carpeted floors, it is not designed to transition from one to the other under it's own power.

I bought this item. After a couple of months, it was not working. I was not able to charge it or start cleaning. Bestbuy didn't get it back. The number that I received from Bestbuy to call is not responding. I don't know what should I do? I have a broken Bob. I wouldn't recommend the item.

This works great for hardwood or linoleum flooring but DOES NOT TRANSITION from floors to rugs. It struggles, and backs away from the rug and stays on the hardwood floors. It's not like I have thick rugs, runner rugs are thin. If i put it on my area rug it gets off as fast as it can to go back to my hardwood flooring. I even tried putting helps for it to go over room floor dividers and it still would find a corner and get stuck.

Stunk , would go over thin rugs , gave it away terrible

The mop attachment is great but you need to moisten the pad quite frequently to be really effective.

It worked great but this is just not for us. It went in circles and just didn't do the justice.

Didn’t work for our house. Pulled cords, edge of rugs, etc. Hungry little fella.

Gets stuck a lot on the carpet. Takes a while to find a charging port. Goes over and over the same spot again.

The AC adapter cord that came with the vacuum did not charge the vacuum. Used my own AC adapter and then the device would not move or clean the floor. it cleaned my floor for all of 30 minutes...returned the same day

The first run was great. Next time out it kept getting error codes.

When Bob first got to my house, it was right after Christmas and I loved him! I told my husband that was the best money I had ever spent. I didn’t feel like I had to vacuum every few days any more. Bob broke after four weeks. I am so sad... very short lived. He lights up when he is on the charge dock but as soon as you take him off, the lights turn off and he won’t start.

Was hoping it would work as much as the price but I went back to old school.

You need wide open space for this to be effective. Not for small area

Works OK if you don't have stairs (ours tried to kill itself twice now by diving down), don't have any thresholds (gets stuck), rugs (gets it's brush twisted up in the edges), cabinets (gets it's nose stuck under and can't get out).

Doesn’t work as good as I’d hoped ! Even though I purchased it on sale, I still feel I got jipped !!!

With these robots they must have app controlled options to make it worthwhile

The vacuum picks up ok, but leaves circles in the carpet that look very bad. I returned mine.

The unit gets stuck in unlikely places On carpet that is not long and It never seems to be able to make it back to the charger. I don’t know what I should have expected, but feel like I made a bad decision not going with the original...Roomba. Sorry bObsweep I guess I had high hopes.

The first 3 days it worked flawlessly. Then it started shutting off by itself and I notice that it would stop because some of the hairs would get stuck on the bottom brush and it wouldn’t move. I’m sorry but if I need to take out hairs every other day then this doesn’t work for me.
