I will stick with my Samsung and Dyson v11. This poor vac couldn't even get onto my carpet runners, that are low pile. I thought I would see what kind of suction so I put down cracker crumbs and it scattered them. My Samsung came along and sucked them all right up.

The Bobsweep was a big disappointment. It ripped our carpet when it got stuck in a place, and didn’t clean the carpet area. Ended up returning it.

The vacuum is ok not to strong I was expecting more power I didn’t get enough my expectations was much more for what the price is I didn’t so I not happy at all actually I’m looking for the recipe so I can go an return

I have a long haired dog and have to take the vacuum apart after every use and clean it’s insides because it clogs and get error messages. It doesn’t clear carpet very well at all. Would not buy again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Get a roomba and save yourself the headache.

Unfortunatly this item gets stuck... a lot. It sticks under the cabinets, the 1" lip from the laundry room to the kitchen, the memory foam bath mats, etc.... I have another robot vac that was cheaper, thinner, and does a much better job.

Didn’t last long! After sensor traumatized with corner bumping, the unit stopped working. I had it for a year but the total usage of the machine is once a weak for two hours times times weeks of the year.

Repeats too much. Never finishes in time allotted.

I bought this product because of the pethair claim and it definitely did not meet that claim. I think if you have a low traffic home with one animal you should be fine with this but for my home it didn't do the job at all.

It does not function like advertised. The sensors function eventually. For the price I would’ve been better off buying a Dyson.

Garbage. It caught on lots of items and could not get free. Did not clean that well either. I ended up returning the product as it kept starting cleaning by itself over and over.

It would move for 30 seconds and stop . It displayed a 104 on the digital display. I tried the fix which was to wipe the front of the vacuum. It would just repeat the problem . It was a waste of time.

This this is terrible. Def cannot recommend for any floor. Even gifted Mine to my mother for her duplex. Total dud

This product is not working. Not vacuuming good.requesting replacement.

Terrible quality. Gets caught under our on everything. Doesn't compare to my roomba.

This is a replacement for the previous one. Mainly bought for vacuuming floors for pet hair. Doesn’t work. Stops all of a sudden. Planning on returning. Waste of money..

I have had my BOBSWEEP Pethair Robo Vacuum for a little over two years now and continue to be impressed. I only have carpet in my master bedroom and a rug in my den and tile and hardwood flooring throughout the rest of the house. I still continue to be amazed at the amount of dirt that Bob continues to pull out of the carpets and how well he cleans the hard floors. We have two boston terriers and though they don’t shed a whole lot he still manages to pick up the dog hair that they do leave behind. When I ordered Bob I bought him with the floor mopping attachment. It is more like a Swiffer type pad and if you are doing a large area you do need to take the pad off and rinse it and re-wet it with your cleaning solution often. I would not say it replaces a good old fashioned mopping but if you use it regularly it does a great job as a damp mop and helps keep you floors looking good. Bob has a programmable docking station so you can set him up to automatically to come on and clean when you would like. I have never used this function because you really have to make sure the area is picked up. If you have a phone cord, lamp cord or stray sock on the floor he will find it. We have had a Roomba by Irobot befor our purchase of BobSweep. Disclaimer: (We bought it used from my neighbor who had it for one month and just did not like it). If I remember correctly it was a model# 630 and we thought it did a good job. But after replacing the battery twice in about a year and a half and a few other issues I decided it was time for a new one and that is when I discovered BobSweep. The price point was much better than the Roomba and had good reviews and that is when we purchased Bob. So, in my opinion BobSweep has been a winner hands down for this family. Keeping in mind that he had two more years for advancing technology in the world of Robotic Vacuums then the Roomba that we had owned previously and also know that my BobSweep Pethair model is just a little taller then the Rooba was and won’t fit under my couch. We feel that BobSweep was the best choice for us. He is also quieter then the Roomba that we had and I feel cleans a lot better and has bigger dustbin. When you see what all he vacuums out of your carpet you’ll be thankful for that larger dustbin. I did just recently have an issue with the dust bin in Bob. He keep throwing and error 08 code. I contacted customer service and we tried a couple of things and it was determined his dustbin needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised to find he was still under his 5 year warranty and was able to get the dustbin at a pro-rated price. It was shipped out the next day ( with a gift included for Bob ) and he is up and working great again and we are still on the original battery. If you have a large area or open floor plan as we do I would recommend buying the blocks as well as it will break the rooms down into more manageable size for bob to do his thing and I think get better results. This is something I did a few months after buying Bob. Pros: Better price point then it’s main competitor, larger dustbin and does a great job at cleaning. Outstanding customer service. Cons: Mopping attachment has to be remoistened often. Would love to see them come out with a solution tank that would mist the floor when mopping. Will return this one it’ doesn’t work right way keep going the same spot over and over this not done the job like I expect

I'd give it zero stars if I could. It's one job is to suck, and it couldn't even do that properly. Honestly, I got so mad I threw it...then threw it away..spend the money on something better.

Totally not worth the money. And BestBuy now giving only 14 days to return, it used to be 30 days...

Not impressed. Bob is definitely not as equipped as some of the other brands of smart vacuums.
