This is a great product that does a pretty good job of cleaning our hardwood floors. We do have to close the bedroom floors so it does not go onto the carpet. The company did provide us with top of the line support. I order a new dust tray and order the in correct item. I wrote them an email and a very nice person sent me a new correct bin free of charge and with 2 day shipping. It does great job of picking up dog hair everyday. The battery is working great after a year of use. Over this is a great device, just wish I could program to clean specific rooms when needed.

The Bob Pet Hair vacuum is just great! Our family loves it-and you will too. I have had other brands of robotic vacuums, and I remain very happy with the BOB. We have a long haired cat and I hardly ever see his fur around anymore because the BOB is on it. We have a one level house that we put in all hard flooring (with a few area rugs) and having the BOB, is a massive time saver for all of us. I love that I can leave the BOB in my master bedroom with the door closed and it will vacuum the whole room till the battery runs out and I can be making dinner, doing laundry hanging out with my kids. My teen can be vacuuming at the same time as the BOB-getting the job done in half the time. Honestly, I do not see how people with crumb dropping small persons living at their house make it with out the BOB. One of my favorite features, besides the obvious that it does a great job vacuuming, is the UV sanitation light that goes on the floor while it vacuums. It is fantastic that I can leave it running while I go out and run an errand. I used to have it programmed to start when it was time go pick up my kids at school. I also have been super impressed with their customer service when I do have a question.

we have a large dining roon and living room al hardwood floors and 2 cats and a dog. sceptical at ordering whether it would do as advertised and whether the device would run away from the amount of pet hair, but after the first couple of times the dog accepted it as a friend and gets concerned when it stops running. Has great built in features of saving its motors should the roller be jammed. Quick easyjam cleaning. the vacuum is definately powerful because of its noise, but we run it while noone is around so doesnt really bother us. works great especially after it starts learning the layout. empty the bin every night and there is always alot of hair and dust picked up plus been in new england we goet a lot of sand salt tracked in and the vacuum also picks that up with no problems. only things is to plan before it start to pick up items it could get tangled in otherwise a worry free cleaning. returns home with ease. definately recommend to anyone who wants to keep up with cleaning pet hair and keep floors clean. Only thing missing is a tracking of where it has done. but really a minor point. there is no app intergration but we dont need it. definately set and forget

Me and my wife bought 2 BOBSWEEP PETHAIR vacuums at Christmas! One for us and one for my wife's Mom! I can't begin to tell you how impressed and amazed we have been every since we unboxed our gorgeous "Rouge" Bobsweep Pethair vacuum! "Bob" completely exceeded our expectations on his first run in our home! We just simply couldn't imagine that he would pick up so much cat hair,dust and dander off our carpet! We have 2 long-haired brother/sister tuxedo cats and they shed quite a bit of hair between the two of them! When you watch the Bobsweep Pethair in action it is really clear that he is a finely tuned machine and engineered at a high level with very quality parts! We have been so impressed with our "Bob" that I have talked 3 of my friends into purchasing their very own "Bobsweep Pethair" vacuums! The customer service is absolutely the very best I have ever encountered in my entire lifetime! Our remote control went out after about 5-6 weeks! I contacted "Gabe Aguilera" at customer service and he was "Top" notch from the very start and had me another warranty replacement remote control shipped out to me the very next day! Gabe was more professional and courteous and sincere than any customer service agent I've ever worked with in my life! I wish I could have the same level of "Customer" service with everything I've ever owned in the past as what I have experienced with Gabe/BobSweep! I really can't say enough about how satisfying it has been to purchase our Bobsweep Pethair robotic vacuum! Kudos to the company for offering what I think has to be one of the premier lines of robotic vacuums! My wife's Mom also lover her "Bobsweep Pethair" that we got her in the beautiful "Champagne" finish!

My bOb is a wonder. After reading many reviews, it is obvious that there are many flavors of bob and many of the negative writeups don't identify what model they are talking about. For instance, some complain of only one corner brush, mine has two. Others say their vacuum is not "smart," runs a random pattern, and doesn't map. Mine maps the whole house, lets you split or join rooms, define non-vacuum areas, and do spot cleaning. It is true that bOb's path may seem random but if you pay attention to the patterns you can see his plan: First define the boundaries of a room, clean the clearer areas, then chase down the little spaces it missed. bOb's map on the app shows his progress and shows what has and has not been cleaned. One review said it didn't work well on hardwood and tile floors – definitely not my experience. I also had an opportunity to try bObSweep's Customer Service ( motor jammed). They assigned an individual to shepherd me through the return. Free UPS shipping both ways, and bOb was turned around in one day and returned looking like new. It appears if you are thinking of buying a bObSweep, I'd go with the PetHair SLAM model. I believe it's the newest and we love our bOb.

This vacuum is unlike any other! I have one for my upstairs and one for downstairs where my dog commonly hangs out. It really collects a lot of hair and the little brushes collect hair even in little crevices. I have the rouge and it is a very pretty red color. I recommend this to all of my dog mom friends!

It is a very good vacuum. Picks up fill bin of dog hair. We have 4 large dogs and it does a good job of keeping hair vacuumed up. A few draw backs are it gets stuck under edge of couch and kitchen cabinets, it does not transition well between our tile floors and one large area rug. But, it is a great vacuum. Customer service is outstanding! We had an issue with broken door on dust bin and they sent replacement immediately and followed up with us.

I have had other robot vacuums in the past and was pleased, specifically Roomba. I thought I would jump back into the robot vacuum world after a few year hiatus. I purchased the bObsweep. Where do I start? It works a 900 sq foot area or smaller. -It didn't even get through one room without dying. It literally will stay in one room vacuuming 200 sq feet and die. -It has never returned back to it's docking station in 10 runs. If you like Hide and Seek, this is your robot. -It runs on days where it isn't programmed to run -It ran ever day at 2am, 1am, 3am, etc. I am tech savvy, no excuses. This machine just doesn't do its job. Today it ran at 12pm, and I have it set to run at 11am. Yes, the hours are set correct and I know what military time is.

Bob is pretty awesome. We have 4 dogs and a cat so sweeping everyday is a must. He is not perfect but he takes away the need to sweep every day. The mopping could be better functioning but it again gets the job done especially when I don't have the time. Bob's a great addition to the family.

Purchasing my Bob has been the most unique buying experience I have ever had. The device works great, we love our Bob, but the company makes adopting Bob a very special experience. Sending chocolates on Valentine's Day was a great touch. Bobsweep has definitely set themselves apart from any other company I've purchased from. Very, very recommended.

I have 6 kids, 2 dogs, and 3 cats. BOB is a very busy robot. I have never had my floors so clean. When I sweep my hard wood floors any hair or dust goes air borne and eventually back on the ground so the floors never look clean. BOB cleans them all and they stay clean. When they sent it he even came with a "birth certificate" it was a cute personal gesture. He's my 7th kid that acually listens !!! Very easy to use, easy to clean, charges on its own, goes to work on its own if scheduled. Is great at finding socks and nerf bullets. Customer service is also very very helpful in finding filters and anwseri mg any questions. They are very prompt and polite. I posted a video of him at work and a Facebook friend even bought one and is in love with it also. Great buy for a great price!

The sweep is amazing, does everything I want and need it to do. Very easy to clean and the best part is that it puts itself away when done. I've had mine for a little over a year now and the battery died, but customer service was on top of it and they helped bring b0b back to life. I received a new battery really quick once we found out what the issue was. Great customer service, I highly recommend this sweep!

Love this vaccum. Has made life much easier and cleaner. Wish I had purchased another one for our upstairs!

Our family bought bob when we first adopted a kitty we would be surprised how much hair and dirt he collected, however after a while bob wasn’t doing his best he sounded different and he was leaving dirt behind so we contacted customer service and they send us a brand new bob. Now here we are 4 cats later and bob is doing great we have no problems. I must say it is a hassle when I turn him on, I have to set the floor for him, make sure he doesn’t get stuck or goes to the room where there’s carpet, it feels like babysitting

We’ve had our Bob since 2017 and it has been a pleasure and a blessing. Bob is able to keep the floors clean even in our absence (auto restart) and does not shy away from dog hair (and we have a lot). Bob is quiet and I particularly love the UV light since it sterilizes surfaces as they are being cleaned. The dust bin is large and really easy to empty. But here is the best part. Very rarely does anything go wrong with Bob; however, if something breaks, it is good to know that there is very friendly, patient, and competent help at the other side of the phone line. They explain technical details in a way that even a technically not-versed person can understand and follow. Here is another plus point. This is one of the few companies which sells all the parts for its products and made their products in such a way where a non-technician does not have to be afraid to repair Bob. The ease with which parts can be obtained, the technically competent service provided, combined with the overall quality of the product, makes us very happy customers. We had one issue with Bob, which owners of other products most likely have/had, too. We have a threshold between two rooms where the elevation between the floors is about ¾ inch difference. Up until now we just blocked on side off with a board and then moved Bob to the other side. Now that we found the blOck, this problem is gone. No more board to stumble over and move. The blOck is advertised to cover a span of 10 feet; our distance is just over eight feet. The blOck works as advertised and keeps Bob in its assigned space – thank you so much.

I purchase a Bobsweet Pet hair in May of 2017 and noticed that the battery was getting really weak this January and it had developed a squeak. I contacted the customer support team and was blown away by the service they provided to me. I was able to send "Bob" back and they replaced his battery and a few other things and them returned him to me. They stayed in touch every step of the way and made sure that I was please with the repairs made. The vacuum runs for over an hour once it's fully charged and is a life saver with for from 2 dogs! I highly recommend a Bobsweep vacuum!!

I used it yesterday and again today I LOVE BOB!!! Hes my new man!! I have always been fairly healthy and active. I have fibromyalgia among other things going on. Way to young for my life to have come to a strong holt.  Vacuuming has been my worst night mare. I am a clean freak so its even harder on myself.  With having two cats one being a persian who loves to drop her "babys" as we call her fur balls. I really should/need to do a quicky vac everyday.  But feeling the way I do I have serious pain for at least 2 days after each time I vac. So yeah with that being said I really cant vacuum everyday. This little BOB has been here for two days, he has made me feel so happy just being able to keep up with the kitty's. I didn't post this right away it's now been a few weeks having Bob. And still the amount of vacuuming I have to do is only under and behind with detail, Bob really does keep up with the worst. I do have 98% hard wood floors, only 4 small throw rugs. Bob can vacuum the ones with rubber backing just fine. He will get stuck in a few places but over all I have NO problems. Bob does not make very much noise at all I think he's quiet. You can be next to him and still have a normal conversation. One of cats is terrified of vacuums and this one does not bother her. One review I read the person mentioned about having a can of compressed air on hand I totally agree do this! Dust is dust clean it out. Take your time getting used to how he works within your home you will have fun. I would love to have a second one for my basement. I will be getting one for my daughter when her home is done being built. Oh and Bob sends thank you gifts for adopting him, I love this guy. Thank you so much Bobsweep you have made my daily life a lot easier. Now if can you make a Harvey to clean my bathroom! I'll be all set. Thank you again!!! I HAD PRODUCT NOW OVER 1 MONTH. IT REALLY PICKS UP A LOT OF PET HAIR. I WOULD ADVISE TO EMPTY BIN AFTER EACH USE. DEPENDING ON HOW YOUR HOUSE AND FURNITURE ARE SET UP IT MAY GET STUCK ONCE IN A WHILE. JUST USE REMOTE TO GET IT GOING ANOTHER DIRECTION. WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.

I've had my Bobsweep for about a year and a half and I still love it! It has made things so much easier and cleaner in my house. The few issues I have had the customer service has helped me through with troubleshooting. Bobsweep still works great and cleans weekly for me! With two children and two pets that shed frequently this is a time saver for our household!!! The only reason I rate it 4 over 5 stars is now makes a little louder noise than it use to. It doesn't effect it's cleaning so I assume it's just normal wear on a vacuum, as even handheld vacuums have done this in the past.
