Robotic vacuums are a valuable time-saver, especially for those with pets. My dog sheds a lot but I run this 2-3 times per week and my house stays spotless, which I love, but would never have time for if I had to use a traditional vacuum. Like all robotic vacuums, Bob gets stuck under some furniture, sometimes takes circuitous routes, and draws mixed reactions from pets (my dog likes to antagonize him), but I think these are inevitable. Compared to other brands of robotic vacuums, Bobsweep delivers the best value. This model is relatively affordable and still a high-quality product. It worked perfectly for me for 3 years. After 3 years, Bob malfunctioned, but I contacted customer service and they quickly helped me figure out the problem and sent me a replacement part (a dustbin) for $20, plus another part that they included for free. Now Bob is working great again, and shows no signs of quitting anytime soon!

I adopted Bob in 2021 and are extremely happy with it. Recently needed replacement parts and the Company was extremely good at customer service. They responded promptly, shipped the product right away and followed up to ensure I was happy with their products. Definitely have my thumbs up for anyone who is considering buying this or any product by Bobsweep.

Bob is awesome! I especially loved the one year warranty I got from Best Buy and when I had a wheel issue and Bob started turning in circles rather than cleaning normally the customer service was absolutely fantastic. They were immediately helpful and restored Bob to his original perfect condition. My back is super thankful since I don’t have to push a vacuum around anymore.

I would recommend Bob to anyone who has pets and likes clean carpets. I travel for work and I carry Bob with me everywhere we go. He cleans the carpets in all the hotel rooms we stay in. I never have to have housekeeping come in because Bob takes care of the floors for me. We have 2 dogs and I’m always shocked at all the hair this vacuum gets up.

So I was skeptical at first but to make this review as short as possible: I have two cats and wood floors. This robot does not look or sound like it’s picking anything up but when I open the debris tray I am shocked every time. The amount of hair it finds blows my mind. I wish the battery didn’t take so long to charge and I wish it ran longer than an hour each charge but the work it does makes up for those small issues.

This vacuum stands up against two shedding dogs and a puppy that attacks it and still keeps doing a fantastic job! I have had this unit for a few years now and have discovered the best way it works very well is using its timer so it cleans every other day. I set it and forget it. I also perform a good cleaning with an air hose every few months just to keep it working at its optimum. I recently broke the dust bin and the representative from Bobosweep quickly responded and followed up after I received the new one to be sure I was pleased. You don’t find that type of service very often anymore. Long and short- you get what you pay for and I am a very happy customer who invested in an excellent , durable product

My husband bought my Bob Sweep for Christmas 2018. This was my first Robotic vacuum, so I had no idea how invaluable he would become. I have a small house, all hard wood floors, two throw rugs, cars and a dog. Bob maneuvers around the house on a schedule, getting under my bed and dressers where I regularly cleaned once a week. I feel like overall the floors are much cleaner then when I vacuumed weekly and swept daily. Bob sweep has the ability to have a damp cloth attached to lightly mop the floors. It took some getting used to, not too wet, not to dry, to get the extra benefit of a mopping. I have found it is much easier to mop once Bob has cleaned the floors. If I clean the waste container daily, and clean the overall machine once a week, including all the cracks and crevices, Bob does a great job of vacuuming. Without the mapping abilities that some robotic vacuums have, Bob bounces around the house, so not every inch of the floor is cleaned daily. Because I schedule Bob to run after I leave for work every morning I am not concerned that every inch is covered every day. Customer service has been more than helpful. As this was my first robotic vacuum I had a bunch of concerns and questions, which were promptly answered. After one year of use, we have learned how to do regular maintenance to keep Bob in tip top shape with videos provided in the Bobsweep App.

Great for a house with multiple dogs. Only issue it gets stuck under some furniture.

We purchased our bObsweep about 9 months ago. This unit does an excellent job and removes pet hair better than our dyson handheld. We have a multicolor grid pattern rug in one of our rooms so we needed to disable the front edge/ledge sensors. (I like that the unit retains the settings). The front wheel recently went bad but customer service sent out a free replacement. In fact, they sent out both wheels. The repair was pretty straightforward as a DYI but you can also mail the unit into their service centers should you have problems with it. We love the unit and their customer support and service is fantastic. After I received the replacement parts they even sent a follow up email asking how it went and making sure everything was working again. Awesome product and even better customer support.

I love Bob. He is great with daily cleaning. Often times, I use him more than once a day due to pet hair. He can also safely clean the rooms upstairs without falling down the stairs, he is smart enough to back up. Bob battery died after having him since 2018. I reached out to customer service to purchase a battery. To my surprise, Bob was still covered under a limited warranty. I was able to purchase the battery at 50% off under the warranty. Customer service was assume. They even did a follow-up with me to be sure the battery fixed the concern. To me, customer service is huge. When I needed help, they were accessible and helpful.

I was somewhat reluctant to spend the money on a robot vacuum after hearing good and bad things so I didn't buy one. BUT I did get one as a gift and I have been loving my Bob ever since. Bob does a fantastic job on hard floors and he really surprised me how well he handles carpets. I just set and forget; set him down and off he goes. On rare occasions he might get into a situation that he needs help in getting out but, for the most part, you can forget he's off doing his thing. Nice to have hired help around the house. After a year of use Bob did have an issue with his side brush. One email to customer support and he was on the road to recovery. I cannot say enough about the support team at BobSweep, they know how to keep customers.

I have had Bob for going on 3 years. I absolutely love it. We have a chocolate labrador retriever and an indoor cat (as well as 2 rowdy boys). We run Bob every other day, if not daily. He does a wonderful job getting the hair and dirt. He did develop a problem where he became erratic and would just go back and forth. I emailed customer service, they were wonderful with diagnosing the issue and sending a replacement. They sent very easy to follow instructions on how to replace the part. I replaced it and he is as good as new. I highly recommend a Bob. I am actually thinking of getting a second one for our upstairs.

With Bob I do not have to vacuum my large area rug and the bedrooms near as much as before. I can tell how well he does every time I empty the bin. Daily runs keep floors and carpets around the house much more tidy with less effort. Many people report issues with Bob and area rugs/runners which I also found to be true until I played around with it a bit. Now he easily transverses floor to area rugs/runners with no problem. You have to press the CHECKUP button until 4 blue bars appear above the word checkup on its display. Once this happens Bob will be all over area rugs/runners like a pro. Give this a shot and see if this work for you. It worked for me and has made his value skyrocket at my house!

I love my Bob. He does a great job at picking up all the dog hair around my apartment, even under the couch. Good suction and while his cleaning pattern is a bit random I find he still manages to do an efficient job on my laminate floors before he has to go back to his charging base. I still need to pull out my regular vacuum to get under my one piece of furniture he doesn't fit under and the corners he can't fit into, but now I'm only having to drag it out once in a while versus all the time like I was. Having two dogs creates a lot of hair and Bob helps me keep up. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to return Bob to the manufacturer as the first one I received would not sync with the remote or charging base. The bobsweep customer service was easy to work with and made the replacement process easy, it was just disappointing I had to wait a couple of additional weeks to use my bobsweep.

I wanted a robot vacuum for a long time and Bob was given as a Christmas gift. I was a little skeptical of it at first not really hearing much about the brand, but glad I gave it a chance. We have had Bob for 10 months now and I absolutely love him. We have two dogs and two kids for Bob to pick up after and he never skips a beat. He does like to get a little crazy at times and squeeze into places he don't exactly fit in, but with a little help he continues his journey through the house. Bob is a great addition to our family!!

I love my Bob...I have three dogs and a very hairy cat. Bob cleans up all of my tile floors and gets rid of the hair that used to blow everywhere with the ceiling fans. I've noticed my home is less dusty too because of the amount of sand and dirt that is off the floors. A fantastic deal for a fantastic product.

I purchased a Dustin. The setup was extremely easy and I am amazed at the technology. Great job cleaning!

This was a complete waste of money, even on sale it is not worth it. This thing goes in circles, doesnt remember anything, gets lost then dies. Complete trash being sold, this is why its always on sale. No way I'd even pay fifty dollars for this.

I am very happy with Bob! Having 2 dogs (1 German "Shedder"), my house is constantly full of tumbling balls of hair. Bob attacks them on tile, hardwood and rug surfaces. I run Bob everyday and sometimes twice a day. After about a year, Bob had an issue with his front wheel. I contacted the company and they responded immediately, sent out a new front wheel (free except for shipping) and followed up several times to insure Bob was back to himself. When I was trying to select a floor cleaner, I was overwhelmed with choices, but very happy with Bob. He has certainly earned his keep at my house and when needed, I will get another Bob!
