Bob takes care of all the vacuuming and mopping that I just don't have time for as a working, single Mom.

To start this off, bob does not learn. Bob uses some strange algorithm to clean rooms in your house. Bob generally gets everywhere and occasionally misses a spot, which isn't a big deal if you run him often. Bob does not store any data about your house or about pathing. Although this isn't perfect, it's private and works well enough. As far as support goes, they are wonderful. I had an issue with Bob not detecting my dustbin and support shipped me a replacement quickly and the call took less than 5 minutes.

I have had my Bob sweep for 2.5 years. I use him almost every day. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. Bob helps me clean up animal hair and dirt. I have not used the mop part of Bob. So I am unable to review that part of him. His suction is unbelievable for a robot vaccuum. I have had to replace the dust bin due to hinges breaking. The company was very helpful. No run around and gave me a discount. Not really surprised about dust bin breaking because I have used him every day for 2.5 years. Great product.

The mop feature is just a rag in the bottom that after 2 min starts smelling like a dirty mop. it bumps against everything, and hard. not worth the price. VERY noisy. it does pick up my pets hair.

We wanted to love bob. Just finished putting in new flooring and put him to work. He gets stuck in corners. Fell down the stairs. Now he only lasts 15 minutes. Does a good job on cleaning whatever half the room he decides to run over repeatedly. Completely misses half the room every time.

I purchase the Robot on sale price. I thought it will work well, it's my first Robot Vacuum. The Robot is noisy, not clean well as the ad shows, stuct in the kitchen and coach. Always die before the battery run out on the carpet . It deliveried on June 4, but I was not at home, got it until June 17. I only use 3 times until today July 22. Every time the Robot die before clean all rooms. And I cant return it as aleady past 1 month returning period. It completely waste money and time. How come the original price could be $669.99. Even for the sales price $232.99, it not worth for the price ,not at all !!!! Not Recommend!!!!!

This Vacuum picks up pet hair like no other vacuum we have ever had! It's actually embarrassing that we thought our floors were "clean" before. The endless amount of time vacuuming and sweeping to pick up all those little hairs are gone! This Bob is a time saver for sure. I also love how big the dustbin is! I no longer have to empty the vacuum halfway through cleaning. I can't imagine cleaning without our Bob now. He's a permanent member of our household!

Super impressed with the bObsweep. Received it as a Christmas present and immediately set it up so I could use it the next day. I have it running while I am at work and have been impressed with how much it picks up off my laminate flooring. I had to replace the controlled due to some type of malfunction in it. I called the bObsweep customer service number and they were super helpful and mailed me a replacement controller within a week, for free!

Picks up dust and pet hair well. Wish it had an emptying station.

I purchased the bobsweep in April 2018 and I already had a wheel malfunction in which they just send you the wheel and you need to take the whole thing apart to change it which includes removing wires. Now the door on the dust bin side snapped right off the plastic hinges. This machine constantly bangs into my walls and all my furniture and manages to get itself jammed under the front of my dishwasher. It will keep bumping it over and over again every single time until it gets itself so jammed in there that It actually is hard to pull it out. It I put something there that is not heavy enough for the bobsweep to move it will keep bumping whatever I put there out of its way until it can get jammed again. Definitely rethink buying this item it is not as smart as it says. Compared to my irobot mop I can see a huge difference in the technology.

I have had my Bobi pethair vacuum for almost two years now and am still thrilled with its performance! I have two dogs and two cats and run this daily. In one run it goes for over an hour and cleans my living room, dining room, and kitchen (almost 1000sq ft). After each run the bin is full with hair and dust so I know it’s doing a great job! Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic product and even better customer service! I received a "Bob" as a gift from my mom. Being a new mom myself, keeping our house clean with a crawling baby was very important to me. We were excited to try out the Bob. Unfortunately it had some unknown issue in transport from my mom to me. I emailed the customer service team and they went above and beyond to help me. After sending me easy to follow testing instructions and they offered to service the machine. As we talked more they realized the most cost-effective approach would be a replacement. They seamlessly organized delivery of a replacement, and followed up to make sure we were happy. Needless to say the functionality is amazing. We have a Dyson, and Bob picked up TONS of dust and dirty after the Dyson went over our playroom carpet. Bob is also very quiet, which is great - as we were worried about how our small (but loud) dog would react. It's very peaceful, runs for a long period of time and works great. So happy with this machine!

it worked ok two things I didnt like about it, was to tall and it did't have any way to block it from going to different room like the roomba does.

Noisy, not picking up dust like rumba. one side brush is $10. Irobot side brush is $1.25 for one. Cheap dust collector that easily come off. Overall, it is okay vacuum. You feel good when you first buy it. Wait until need to change parts and realized they are cost 10 times more than irobot vacuum. I end up gave mine away and tell myself I will not not not buy this brand again.

I feel like I have had issue after issue. The brush falls off, it gets stuck EVERYWHERE, currently the spinner sweeper won’t work on mine so it doesn’t pick up anything. It’s very loud.

I have 3 dogs, a cat, 2 kids of my own and an in home daycare. Bobsweep runs twice a day and manages to find every speck of dirt and hair that he can reach. He has been a massive help in keeping my floors clean and I've also noticed that our air filters for the ac have been way less dirty! Great purchase!

My floors are the cleanest they have ever been. And I used to sweep everyday. bObsweep picks up everything and I love it! My kids love having him here too. The remote control is a great feature! I don’t even have to get up to set him off. And I can drive him directly to a specific mess!

I had to return my Bob sweep because it was having issues with staying in one spot. I love my Bob sweep it is nice to be able to turn close the door walk away and come back to a clean room. I have 2 large dogs that shed. This vacuum does a great job. When I reached out to customer support with my issues Carlo walked me through the return process which was easy and I received my new one a week later. It's one thing to have a great product and also have great customer support. Especially when someone asks me about wanting to get one for themselves.

My original Bobsweep got stuck on any rug or carpet in my home. I finally got around to emailing support about this. Customer service was amazing, and after a service check, the vacuum was returned and now works perfectly. Definitely wait for a sale price!
