Our bob sweep does a great job picking up pet hair as well as dust and small messes. We run him every other day and it greatly decreases the debris on our carpets and hardwood, tile floors. Bob had some malfunctioning and we were able to send him in for fixing and only had to cover the shipping cost since we were under a year warranty,

With 4 dogs at home, Bob has been a life saver! After working all day the last thing I want to do is sweep dog hair. I even gave Bob a test, and had him take a run after I’d swept and sure enough he picked up fur that I had missed. He’s a very welcome addition to the family!!

I have had Bob for about 2 years! He has been so great! I have two large dogs and kids, so the amount of hair and dirt that comes into my house is just awful, but Bob is up to the job! He has stronger suction than my regular vacuum! I love that I can let Bob roam the house when I leave and he leaves it looking clean and so nice. He hadn't had any issues till a wheel stopped working last month. Bob customer service was so great! The kept in great touch and after some at home tests I decided to send him in to be fixed! Bob came back working better than ever It was so fast and simple to have their customer service fix him. I am very happy with my purchase! I would recommend Bob to anyone Especially if you have dogs, dirt, or kids! Fantastic job Bob!

I’ve had my bObsweep for a year now. What a great helper. If you are busy like most of us, you can just set bObsweep to do your vacuuming while you are doing other things. I have 3 dogs which means a lot of hair in the corners. BObsweeps little brushes are able to reach into the corners and suck in that hair. I have had bObsweep get stuck under a few areas but not a big deal to just move it along, and send bob on his way. I did have an issue with bObsweep not working correctly, I contacted their customer service, and they took great care of me and bObsweep, sending him into the hospital and returning him in top working conditions. My experience with my personal costomer service representative Gabe, was awesome. Gabe is excellent at his job and very attentive to your needs. I definitely have recommended bObsweep to many family and friends. It is worth every penny.

My three year old loves bOb, and I LOVE bob. I can sit down/cook/read/sleep while b0b cleans the whole apartment. Phenomenal at picking up items ESPECIALLY hair. And he even came with a handwritten birth certificate! How cute. Would buy him 10x over again.

I purchased this sweeper because I have a Labrador that sheds a lot. It works best on the tile, it gets stuck on my area rugs. The dust bin broke and I contacted Customer service and they replaced, just had to pay shipping. Works great!

So far so good. We have two small dogs and an old cat that sheds a lot. Bob really picks up a lot of pet hair.

Bob is busy at work when we are at work. We have a large shedding dog. Bob cleans our bedroom daily. He keeps the carpet fresh and free of dust. We are sleeping better because of Bob. We LOVE our BOB.

I love the vacume. It does a great job vacuming up after 3 cats on wall to wall carpeting. The remote broke, but the company replaced it immediately.

This is my first robot vacuum and I couldn't be happier. I am surprised at how much dirt and dust it does pick up. I love that it will go under my furniture to clean where I cannot get with my Dyson. Very pleased with the purchase and will be purchasing a second one for my Mom.

This vacuum makes cleaning so easy! I never have to worry about vacuuming anymore. Bob does all the work while I’m gone, and leaves the house cleaner than if I had done it myself. Highly recommended.

I LOVE Bob! I really can't say enough great things about him. He cleans up after two blonde dogs and a cat with ease. My favorite feature is the baseboard sweeper! I researched robot sweepers heavily before deciding on bObsweep. When his dustbin broke (my error) I reached out to customer service for a new one. I was absolutely amazed at how friendly customer service was and how fast I got the part. They even sent me a follow up email to see how Bob was getting along with his new dustbin. I've got several friends who bought a Bob after seeing how great mine is. I'm a Bob fan for life!

This robot vacuum has been a life saver for us! Things get messy at our house with two toddlers and two dogs! That’s why this vacuum saves me time and headaches by cleaning up for me!

Received this as a gift from my husband. We have 2 dogs and Bobsweep does wonders! No it's not perfect but still covers a good portion of our house. We run it almost daily. We still use the upright vacuum occasionally but not nearly as often as we use to. With having the 2 dogs that need attention, a toddler and a newborn bobsweep is a God sent. Big time saver! We did have trouble with the small round remote, it stopped working shortly after using the vacuum. I called the bobsweep company and their customer service was fantastic!! They shipped out a new remote promptly and I had a new working remote within days. They even followed up with me to make sure I had a working product.

Let me first tell you that this is the best purchase (Christmas present) of a robotic vacuum you can find. It sweeps better than a regular vacuum and is able to keep up with my crazy shedding dog and free roam birds. I also like the mop on it though it does take some getting used to based on the floor type and bobs speed. The customer service is amazing and was so helpful and beyond my expectations that I called and told her supervisor. I researched for a while because I would need something that keeps up with my animals. I also like that he will go back to his station and go back and finish where he left off. I highly recommend this vacuum.

I love my bObsweep. The customer service is great. I broke the flap on the dustbin and they sent me a new one no questions asked. Their followup is great. The only negative is that the moping option gets about a 3 star rating.

I purchased Bob on a whim one day. Was pretty disappointed in myself for spending the money on something I didn’t think I needed. HOWEVER, when Bob arrived and began his work, I realized it was money very well spent. We recently had a very small part break on the poor fella. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and made the process easier than I could have imagined. VERY satisfied with their product and their customer service!

I like it you can set it at a certain time and it’s easy to use. ESP when your always going out and you have dogs that she’d like crazy this robot helps a lot.
