Great product - had our first issue with an error from the dusbin; bObsweep was amazing. Great customer service & easy fix!!

Bobsweep has definitely changed my life for the better. With my husband and I working full time as well as having a child/2 dogs vacuuming is something that needs to be done daily but doesn’t get done. Bobsweep elimates that stress of getting to the floors and we can focus on other things that are more important.. spending time with family! Our bobsweep was out of commission for a couple months the customer service team was amazing and fixed him up promptly and got him back to us. I can’t say enough good things about this device!

This vacuum works great as a vacuum, but it cant find the charging station. We synced it properly, and had it set on a hug wall with plenty of space on the sides and in front, yet we could drive the robot to within a foot or 2 of the dock and tell it to go to the dock and it would just spin in circles. We are returning it for an iRobot.

I have owned Bob about a year and a half and swear by him. I have 2 dogs that shed like crazy and a boy that makes huge messes and Bob cleans it all up like it's nothing. If Bob starts to slow down or has an issue, the customer service team hops right on getting everything taken care of. I have been able to work with the same rep since day 1 and I'm blown away by the exceptional customer service that Bryan provides every time. There are always a few follow ups from him to make sure Bob is still running perfect!

I love this robotic vacuum. I have 4 pug dogs that shed 24/7. My Bobsweep keeps my floors looking great. I run him every morning while I drink my coffee. I had to contact customer service one time about the door on the dustbin breaking. I was still able to use the vacuum after taping the door in place. I had a new dustbin in about a week. Can't say enough good about this company and its product. Believe it or not, I almost cried when I discovered Bob was broken, so glad it was an easy fix.

Unfortunately I have no choice but to give a single star, I would rather not give a star but take a few away. Don't buy this junk! Mine died after a few months and the company does not honor the warranty!

The reason I bought it was for pet hair and not so great. Small cannister and pet hair gets caught on the wheels. Also gets caught under the sofa. Fine for general vacuuming but not pet hair

Bob has handled our dog's long-hair clean up excellent! Easy to set auto program features and BOB finds himself around house for full hour and returns to dock without issues. Cust service team was super helpful when we ran into loud motor issues - they returned our BOB sparkling new with full line of replacement parts, super nice surprise.

Amazing! so glad that I got this vac. the battery life is decent, it transitions all flooring types and thresholds in my home, has a large container for debris. This is our first and only robovac so I have nothing to compare it to, but honestly, we haven't found any flaws with this one so far.

One of the best features of this product is the customer service team. Replacements and questions are promptly handled with respect and urgency

I have been very happy with my BoBsweep it does a great job keeping my floors clean from pet hair and dirt and I love the mop attachment! I did run into an issue where my motherboard malfunctioned but customer support was great and they were able to replace the part and get Bob back up to full speed quickly and at no cost to me.

Bob #1 main brush working intermittently. Bob #2 completely shuts down Bob #3 main brush working intermittently again. And the turn around time to get the next one is horrible. Do not spend even $150 on this!

I was so excited and happy to get my Bob sweep Pet Hair Plus. It had a Killer Red color and the packing was top of the line. I plug it in and charged it up. Then I pressed Go, on the remote. It was very loud but that was ok if it cleans. The room I put the Bob Sweep in is about 600 feet. Living, Dinning & Kitchen are open. Bob Sweep cleaned about 5 feet Sq. and moved so slow the next speed has to be stop. Then is went back to home (Having used up its charge) Now it was on deep clean. I tried 4 more times same thing happen. This really broke my heart

Product is good but the brushes arent good quality.

He goes in the same spot over and over and then moves on hasn’t gone back to charging spot but one time.

Works great picking up dog fur, only thing I can recommend is using compressed air if you have it to blow out wheels and tight spots. Had a small part break and customer service got me back running in a few days.

I bought this for my Dad he has all smooth surface floors. He has a dog and a cat and lots of hair. We run this every night and its amazing the difference. It does a great job. Also we had trouble with the base the the Customer Service was great to get the problem solved. I would highly recommend

I like the large trash bin. Unlike my iRobot it doesn’t beep when it is in trouble, Yesterday it did not stop at the top of the stairs and fell down them. The sensors were clean. The vacuum seems fine.

LOVE, LOVE my bObsweep! Wish I would of taken my husbands advise sooner to get 1! I swiffer every other day & was shocked @ what The bObsweep picks up, now I'm leaving it all to bObsweep!
