Main Brush Error

It would run for about 1 second and the stop with the error (whether on carpeted or hard wood floor). I searched online for any trouble shooting help and it only ever suggested that the brush would be bound up with dirt and such. It was new. I switched the brush hoping for a fix but still got the same error again and again. I waited over 10 days to get it in the mail. Did not want to wait for another.

It's yet to find its stupid home base. I have to go found it everytime. For that kind of money i expected alot more.

Waste of money

Instead, it cleans the same piece of carpet for 20-30mins and then when it finally moves, the carpet still has dog hair on it. I watch it goes over flooring and leave everything that is there. Awful product.

Is this a joke?

I guess I'll be reaching out to customer service this is completely unsatisfactory.
