Bob isn't the brightest bulb in the robot vacuum segment. No mapping, just wander and bump course correction. He will stop before falling down stairs and does transition to other types of flooring fairly good, but is bad about finding his way back to the charging base. Does come with a remote. Get this on a good sale or look at the higher prices models for a truly intelligent vacuum.

This works better at picking up than my Samsung. It can get under furniture and can get hung up like any auto vacs. I did accidentally throw out the small filter because I didn’t know it was there. It’s easy to drop it in the trash if you are not paying attention. I did call Bob support and they were gracious enough to send me a new one since it happened right after I bought the machine. Great customer service. Longer battery life than others I have had. Even the Samsung.

Works well enough.. kinda just goes wherever though..

Overall, it is a good vacuum. Little pricey and can't reach certain area.

Bob swept good, awesome to be a toy, makes my friends children occupied while visiting the house. For the price, it’s still too expensive to be a vacuum even on sale.

I was blown away buy this thing. It's the first robot vacuum that I've ever bought. Cleans very well and really deep cleans the carpet. Only down side is... He does get stuck more than I anticipated LOL

This is my first auto floor sweeper, a little loud, and usually gets stock on kitchen rug cushion. Other than that it does what it supposed to do.

For the sale price (sub $200) this was an excellent value. The robot vacuum does a remarkably good job of cleaning. The only disappointment would be that it doesn’t have an app that you could control it with, or has the capability to be controlled by your home automation system. For instance it would be nice if you are away for an extended time that it’s schedule would be turned off until you return. Or that you could control it through Alexa voice commands.

Does a decent job vacuuming. I thought it actually mopped with a water tank and everything but there is just a mop pad you get wet and can only have on while on a mopping surface. That was disappointing but it did alright mopping when I did try it. Had to rewet the pad or spray water on the floor. It does get stuck in a few places in my house but I usually watch it when it’s around those spots.

This Standard Robot Vacuum is a good product and it cleans satisfactorily, however it goes over the same area over and over and it seems lost.

Works well.occasionally gets stuck. We are satisfied with the vacuum, we call him Robert.

Well im pretty disappointed. Was very excited for this purchase. Unfortunately just got to use it the other day and it was pretty depressing. Wont go over half my livingroom as my rug has dark blue spots which it thinks are walls or something so it stops and errors. When i first turned it on it kept cleaning in the kitchen for an hour before it finally came out to the livingroom. Does a decent job with what it does pickup but needed it mainly for my livingroom which its pretty usless in because of my rugs darker colors. Now i guess im stuck with it since i just went to file a return and its past time to.

I have never owned a robot vac before. This one runs down between 1/2 and 1 hour. I have not delved into mapping it on my phone. So it runs down before finishing. It cleans my bamboo floors very well. But, it can keep going over the same place again and again missing parts of the floor, and I have to physically move it where it needs to go. I do like the fact that it goes under our beds and under tables. I don't know if I would buy it again.

Very Loud, won’t go over welcome mat inside. Struggles to get over transition of floors. Cleans well on floors though. Lot’s of buttons

Two weeks using this machine and super impressed. It cleans like a pro. It has one spot that it gets hung up on, but remedied that situation by simply placing a pillow on the floor. The cleaning power is remarkable and it runs for 20 minutes more than it states it will. Bob will clean for upwards of 80 minutes before returning to its charger. The only time we have touched the unit since placing the pillow is to empty the bin, which holds a ton. This lil guy grabs dust at a crazy level too. I have already recommended this to friends and family.

The vacuum works great on on tile, wood, or on flatter carpets. It does not do well if there is much of a height transition. Also, the side brush has a tendency to grab onto and get twisted up in things. I've had to take it off using a screwdriver 2 times in the first 3 uses. Once it rolled over the edge of a rug and got caught, the other it came up against the edge of a thicker rug, started twisting in the yarn and had to be taken apart again. Also, it does not seem to map your room, but just kind of wanders randomly. As long as you are aware of the limitations, it does a good job of picking up dirt and pet hair. The mop function is minimally useful. You attach the wet mop pad to the bottom and it drags along. This can pretty much only be done manually, since the pad would dry out if you want to leave it till a scheduled run. Overall, happy with it, just be aware of the limitations.

I love this robot vacuum. I have had it for a month or so now and I wouldn't get another one. It cleans very well. I finally use the mopping attachment and it worked great. The only thing is that it gets stuck under my couch and runs the battery down and has a hard time finding it's charger. This is my first one to ever use and I love it!!!!!

Gets stuck a lot and cannot find home. Has trouble transitioning between carpet and vinyl plank. It’s also very loud.

Product get stuck alot but seems to be working fine. It took me 2 weeks to get it to work it wouldn't leave base for me. Also,I think it's a ghost install,the robot leaves the base and be sweeping without my asking. My camera start going off and it's the robot lol I love it tho great price and less work for me. Now,you still have to dust mop area the robot can't get under some counter.But area's are not visible to the company anyways. I hope the geek squad there if needed that's all ,I'm going to say.
