I really like it. It’s cleans really well and the features are pretty good. It’s easy to maintain. I love that it has a remote. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I feel the sensors could be better. (As far as it running or pushing chairs, items, etc... instead of stopping and going around them. Overall, I love it.

I was new to the robot vacuum world but at the Best Buy deal I couldn’t pass up the Bobsweep. Does a great job cleaning pet hair off of my wood floors and surprised to see how well it does on my carpets in the bedroom. Battery life is sufficient and it doesn’t have trouble reaching its charger. It does get stuck on one or two of my rugs, but I don’t see it too big of an inconvenience to move a few things out of the way. Only thing it’s missing is a mobile app

We purchased the Bobi on a Deal of the Day to help us with some of the dust and pet hair from our two larger sized dogs. The package was "light-hearted" as there was a "birth certificate" of sorts on the outside with the shipping label. Setting it up was pretty straight forward and when we let her go in the room after she was charged. She did a pretty good job as I wasn't expecting her to be perfect but more to clean up every day dirt and dog hair. Our shepherd-mix wasn't sure what to make of Bobi so it was quite humorous watching her. For the price point she was fine (no way I would pay full MSRP). Unfortunately we have to return her. Our house is a center hall colonial style and there is a very small wood trim / molding separating the central hall and kitchen from the other rooms which depending which way she was going she couldn't get over (eg, she could get from the hallway to the living room but she couldn't get from the living room to the hallway) which eliminates the ability to program her and let her go nor could she ever get back to her charging station / home. I'm a little disappointed in having to return but in the right house orientation she would be just fine.

One thing I’m not happy with is that this is afraid of corners & the sides of walls. I see you can put “blinders” on it to get the corners & wall edges so all is good. Finally a lazy way my son lives & his room is actually clean most days. The remote is awesome. I use it to guide it across the floors but my son lets it go on its own. I don’t like how the attachments get messed up on one run. Idk about anyone else but I’m cleaning like crazy on each run. Kind of takes away from laziness & ease of use LOL. Overall it cleans good but you have to work for it.

I’ve owned several Roomba vacuums in the past and this one definitely rivals the quality & not the price! We have 2 dogs that shed a lot and a toddler, so Bobi gets her use. We’ve got her on a schedule to run at night and she’s not too loud to wake my little one up. Occasionally she is unable to make her way back to the base, but it is few and far between. There are no issues going from tile to rugs.

I purchased the Bobi about a month ago. I still haven't completely figured it out. It does seem to get hung up on small items, or get stuck under dressers and other things. Hopefully, it will eventually learn the pattern of what to avoid. Overall, I am pleased with it. I just turn it on before work and come home to a somewhat cleaner house. Even after I vacuum and use it, it still picks up dog hair and other fibers.

Bobi, Works great! bobi works harder then my kid And a lot more thorough and cleaner. Bobi easy clean and take care of. Bobi like one of the family.

Great price, wish I used it more, maybe later, saved money though

bObi makes our family complete. She is one Lean, Mean - Cleaning Machine. Best of all, she is super easy to maintain, doesn't require having to buy bags of some sort of, since she has a Plastic bin that collects the trash she picks up. My wife was excited to receive bObi as our 14yr Anniversary/Birthday gift from me. It makes her life just so much easier around the house and she keeps our floors spotless. You don't own one? What are you waiting for - Go buy her immediately!!

Been looking at these for awhile and ordered this on a deal of the day, it was too much of a discount to ignore. Wonderful experience from the company, it came personalized with a birth certificate and is very easy to set up. After a few weeks though, it began getting caught on things that it had no issues with before, like thin kitchen rugs and the occasional shoe. It also fell off a stair one day not realizing there was an edge there. Then we started finding it dead in various rooms because it didn't return to its base to charge. Maybe mine is defective or it could be the programming, but I love the idea of these and this product because it does do a great job keeping the floors clean (all wood throughout my home)... also the company itself goes above and beyond with the little touches (like sending you chocolate on your 30 day anniversary of owning it!)

The Bobi is a great option for a robotic cleaner. Moves around the place on both wood and carpet floors with ease. I like the idea of the set cleaning timer but found that Bobi needs a little bit of supervision (grabbing cords or sometimes getting hung up on small area rugs). The customer service is awesome. Any challenges are addressed right away and the team ensures they follow up to confirm everything is working as expected. Only reason for a 4 instead of a five, the sweeper arms don’t get far enough in the corners and I sometimes have to move the debris within reach.

I bought a bobsweep in 2018 and loved it, but somethings went wrong and was offered to upgrade to bobi, and to say I love this vacuum is an understatement!! She doesn’t get stuck under our recliner and she has enough clearance to go between the rungs of out dinning room chairs. The floors are clean and spotless! I can’t say enough about how well this cleans!

The bObi classic came on time and performed really well. I appreciate how easy it is to use, and cleaning it is really easy and convenient. It works for up to 3 hours after fully charging. When I reached out about a question I had about the bObi, bObsweep customer support responded very quickly(within 24 hrs), and they were very helpful and nice.

It gets stuck under counters and on rugs all the time, idk why it won't just back up and go somewhere else. Other than that it's pretty awesome

If our future is going to be robotics I am one scared civilian. This robot was down right useless. My one year old could clean the floors better than this robot. I thought maybe, just maybe it would vacuum. I did not not expect much. But it got stuck on every carpet on my tile and just beeped the whole time waking us up. It wouldn't even do dark carpets. It got stuck under the table for about a half an hour until it just gave up. It runs into stainless steel appliances until it marks it up. This vacuum was designed to test your patients as an individual. It has no limits on what it can't do. You were warned.

Its a little bit bigger than i thought it would be but thats not a bad thing, it doesnt get stuck under everything as much as i thought it would. I think its a really good product and it works amazing

Works great as a vacuum cleaner - even picks up cat hair and pieces of paper. It does sometimes get stuck in certain small crooks and need to be moved by hand but that’s not often and not too bothersome me. Also recommend cleaning the brushes and emptying the collection pan after each cleaning to preserve the life of the device. Have not used it as a mop yet. My cats are certainly intrigued by it.

I took a look at a lot of different vacuums, (including those of the non-robotic variety) until I finally decided on this one. It takes like one minute of setup to connect bobi to the charging device and the remote control. After that, the vacuum drives back to charge itself, and you can use the remote to control it from a pretty good distance. (several feet) It's pretty easy to use, you literally press the button that says, "Go!" and you don't have to worry about vacuuming! It's also pretty quiet.

We've been using it for several weeks now, and I love it. Haven't gotten into the programming yet, but it does a great job on carpets (both indoor & outdoor), and on tile surfaces. I know there are much more expensive systems out there, but am very happy so far with the job it does. One minor issue - it doesn't do a very good job around the edges in the kitchen, so it take about 2 minutes to sweep the edges with a broom, and BoBi picks it all up. Simple! We use it almost every day. It was well worth the money!

The bObi was a Best Buy Deal of the Day item with an incredible price reduction so I took a chance on it. BObi was very simple to set up and works great. It maps out the floor space in the house and then sets its own pattern to clean the floor. It takes about an hour before it runs out of power, which it more than enough to complete my living areas. This model also has a mopping feature. The dustbin is easy to emply and the brushes are easily accessible to clean off. It is a great little convenience item and does a very thorough job.
