Works great and does not get stuck 99% of the time. Only time it has got stuck is when it is scooting around our couch on are area rug. The rug is shag so it "can" suck up a little too much of the rug when turning and get stuck. Other than that, no issues. I do not consider this to be used for mopping. You can just ignore that feature.

Great beginner robot vacuum.

Ok not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have only been using it for 1 week but, it has got stuck under the toe kick of the kitchen cabinets damaging the hardwood floor. It also seams to keep doing the same area's instead of covering the entire floor. That being said it does more than my wife but that's not saying much.

Not quite a roomba

However, what it makes up in sound is lost with suction power. As a former Roomba owner I was expecting this robot to be as powerful but it is not. It does an ok job of picking up pet hair on the floor. It is also very esthetically pleasing to look at. Very beautiful robot... just not quite a roomba

Awesome vacuum cleaner

This has helped me keep my floors clean, which keeps my house clean, which keeps my O.C.D. happy :) I love this so much I just purchased my 2nd one. One for each floor in my house. This is a must for every house
