I originally purchased the Bobi Pet as a gift for my mother. A majority of their home is tile with carpet in the bedrooms. It's basically her pet now, complete with googly eyes and all. She loved it so much I decided to get one for myself. It does a great job of picking up any dirt and debris it finds along the way. I will say it does seem like it's just wondering around sporadically at times, but it does get everything eventually. Surprisingly, it does a great job in corners and along walls. I dont think it could ever replace a normal vacuum for carpets, but it helps maintain them for you without having to vaccuum daily for yourself. Excellent job on the hard floor surfaces, though. The scheduling is a great feature and it's quiet enough to watch tv while it cleans for you. It cleans my entire 1 bedroom apartment or a majority of my parents 2500 sq ft home in a single charge. The best part about this product is the service. We've had some minor issues with the vaccuum, (replaced a battery, repaired a wheel, etc) and the company repaired it free of charge each time. I only had to pay shipping. They are very responsive and helpful. Its been over 3 years now and their service is as good as it was in the first year. My mother loves the clean "bills of health" Bobi gets upon its return back home after a trip to the "Doctors". It even came with a birth certificate. It's pretty much a part of the family now!

This pet robot vacuum has been incredibly helpful in dealing with not only our dog and cats' hair but also with everyday dust. On days when we don't use it, there is a noticeable difference. Perhaps most importantly, when I had a problem with the dustbin, it was replaced immediately in an easy and professional manner.

We’ve had bobi in our home for two years, but now after several replacement parts. All bobi does is vacuum the same section of the floor in circles. So I’d find another brand. Customer service with bobi was excellent but not the product for the price point.

We have a yellow lab with a major shedding problem. If we didn't sweep and vacuum every day, there would be clumps of hair all over the house. Now my bObi vacuums every day and the floors are always clean. Their warranty service is amazing too. A little piece of plastic broke off of the dust bin, and they replaced it right away with no fuss!

I bought this for my wife as we have tile floors and believe me, it does the job. Just make sure to empty out the bin as it fills up pretty fast depending on how nasty your floors are or how many dogs you have like me (3 dogs). But overall I would recommend it. The wife loves her new little pet. (dogs think it's their enemy though lol).

I was a little hesitant about purchasing this model compared to other ones that I have heard of via advertising. After using it for a year my concerns were unfounded. The vacuum does what I expect of it and is easy to set up and use. I’d recommend it to anyone needing a robot vacuum

I bought the BObsweep from great reviews and a value buy as I couldn’t afford the more pricey brands. It works great. I wish it had connectivity to my Amazon alexa but it’s a great addition to the family. Customer service was exceptional when I needed to order a replacement wheel. Take regular care of the Bobi and it will do a great job for you.

As soon as I got the Bobi Pet, I put it to use right away. I couldnt wait to use it. I love all the features and extra parts it came with. Easy to use and the best part is, it is able to fit under low setting furniture to really get under those hard to reach places where dust collects under furniture!

Cleans like a champ. You do have to pick up throw rugs so it won't get stuck. I would do that anyway. Love how it opens up extra time for me to clean other things. Vacuumed with regular vac then run bObi. Was amazed what was left behind. Anyone who has children or pets this is a dream.

I hate vacuuming so I finally gave in and got a bobi. It was pricey but in the end totally worth it. As long as you maintain the bobi (I clean it each week) it will serve you well. I have had mine for 10 months now and use it at least weekly. Only cons: I still have to do the stairs with a handheld vacuum and sometimes bobi gets stuck in cords.

This little thing has saved us a ton of work Could not have asked for anything better. We have had this little cleaner for almost two years. The right wheel started hanging up so I call the Help Line to see if they could help out Boy was I "Lucky" Mr. Gabe Aguilera was the young man I spoke to He was very helpful, and took GREAT care of us. Product works great- no issues whatsoever. Solid, well thought out and works very well, even on rugs. But what really turns me on about this is the absolutely AMAZING customer support (I worked with Robert Saadeh at Bobswee). Top notch. In fact, I've never experience such good, prompt support.

We have two dogs and a cat so needless to say there is quite a bit of hair around the house. I've had bObi for about 18 months now and she has helped so much we recently bought another to use on our upper level as well. The suction was more powerful than other robot vacuums we tried. With the UV light and HEPA filter going the room smells fresh and clean after she finishes the room. Also, I recently broke the hinge on the dustbin while I was emptying it (I was being a bit too aggressive) and their customer service was awesome. They sent me a whole new dustbin for free and I spoke to a real person on the phone after only waiting like two minutes. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I love my bObi. I run her several times a week while I work and pick up is excellent. I like that I don’t have to use an app and the vacuum moves from room to room but the think I like most is the customer service provided by Bobsweep. I have needed service two times in the 2 years I have owned their product and I can’t say enough good things about Ricky or Anne Marie. The second time I sent my vacuum in for service I received back a brand new unit! I love it just as much as the first one. We have even purchased a bObsweep for my mother-in-law and she is enjoying hers as well.

I have never worked with a company that was so pleasant to deal with. After owning the unit for roughly two years, one of the wheels stopped working. I initially ordered a replacement and installed per the video instructions on their website. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem so I reached out the customer service email and man that was AMAZING. The person I worked with was so nice and her emails were hilarious. She was able to get me setup and I shipped the unit back for "surgery" which I thought was a little strange at first, but after a few more emails about the process it was hilarious. Once they got my unit and got everything fixed, my surgical report was included with my unit and it made me laugh. Too bad more companies don't treat their customers that well and make people laugh.

Worked great out of the box and continues to work well years later. Customer service folks are the best! Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely great product. I vacuum very often and keep my house clean and dust free. This vacuum is amazing it found dust in areas that I thought was clean and also it cleans in and under areas that are hard to get to. She also surprisingly last longer then advertised as I she usually goes for 2 hours until she needs to charge. I originally had an issue with another model vacuum cleaner and I can say hands down Bobsweep customer service is fantastic and if you have the please to work with Gabe Aguilera you can feel confident that they will help and go above and beyond.

Bobi Pet has been an every day part of our family since we first took her out of the box. Even my 3 year old son loves the "robot vacuum". It took a few runs to figure out what she would commonly get hung up on but once you know and prepare she just does her thing and goes back home when finished. We have her set up to start at 10am each morning. The house seems much cleaner since we started using Bobi Pet daily. You have a set up a few things to get started but it's not difficult and everything is included. It was a huge plus for us that Bobi Pet has the UV light as well as HEPA filter. We love Bobi and she is here to stay!

I bought this for my hardwoods downstairs. First thing that was awry was it was load, I mean disturbingly loud. OK so reprogram the schedule to run midday instead of overnight. It never completed a single cleaning. This thing is huge! It is, somehow, exactly as tall as the kick space in my kitchen so everytime it got to the kitchen it got stuck. I literally bought this for my kitchen, UGGH! Not all is lost, I'll put upstairs for carpets. It is much quieter on carpets which was a plus, but it was constantly throwing error codes. When it wasn't in it's dock I had to find it, clear the error and send him off again. After about two weeks the clips that hold the dustbin panel on broke. Now the thing hardly works at all and it's only been a few months since purchase. Excellent programming to minimize getting "stuck". However, thinner throw rugs on hardwood floors can become sucked into the brushes because the vacuum is strong. Cleaning of the filter and brushes should be a regularly scheduled maintenance, especially if you have multiple long haired pets (2 cats in our case). We found the slower speed seems to work better. Instructions are well written and the online support videos are excellent.
