This was my first robot vacuum. I got it as a gift last mother's day and have been nothing but impressed. In fact, I got a second one for the basement when I saw it on deal on best buy last month. Picks up a lot each time you run it and fills up its bin with cat hair.

I have had bobi for a few weeks now, and i am delighted with how well it helped me to deal with loose pet hair (i have a cat), without endless vacuuming!

I've been really happy with mine so far. It fits under most furniture and the beds, and aside from a hiccup here and there it does a decent job.

The vacuum works well however after 5 months of use, the battery life has diminished so much that it requires charging after running for about 10 minutes.

My bObI works great but what impressed me the most is when I need assistance with the warranty, the after care service was one point.

don't buy this. I bought one and regret it everyday. I own two iborot for the past 10 years. They are doing fantastic job. iRobot's assessors are at an affordable price. A side brush cost about $1.5. I have two iRobot's for 10 years and still running. The only thing I need to change is the battery and brushes. The bObsweep actual running time is shorter comparing with the irobot. bObsweep is very loud. bObsweep side brush is cost $10 and sold in a package of 3 which is $29.99 on eBay. All of their accessories are pricy. The dust collecting box is very hard to clean comparing with irobot. The dust pick up on bObsweep is worse than iRobot. If you are the first time buyer. Please don't buy this. Buy irobot.

This bObsweep pet robot vacuum (red) was complete garbage!!!!! Standard retail price is $850 and I got for $299 for deal of the day. My floors are predominantly hardwood, with some very low pile, excellent quality w/w carpeting. bObsweep couldn't even pick up the tiniest pieces of paper, crumbs, or dust bunnies. It got stuck twice and couldn't help itself out of the situation (just one room was all). We purchased it for its pet rating; the vacuum would get choked up on cat hair (we have one domestic short hair cat). Incredibly disappointed. HOWEVER, we have now purchased a Shark robot vac that empties its full dust tray automatically. It is doing a bang up job, and we are soooo happy we exchanged bobsweep for the Shark.

Aftrr having bob for more than a year . 1. Bobi does not return to charge , she cannot remember where it was. 2. Bobi cleans same spots and completely ignores others 3. Bobi gets stuck oj silly places

There's a reason they keep putting these on sale so cheap. They don't do corners well, cover the same area over and over, and if you have dogs that shed a lot, they're not effective, Ours grabs the dog hair in the little brush and just drags it around. also they don't transition between floor coverings well if you have any kind of threshhold.

This thing is absolutely garbage. If you like to pick up hairballs around your house from this thing pooping them out because of the poorly designed canister, then this is your top pick. If not don't even consider buying this junk, the whole unit is very poorly designed. I had a bobsweep pet before this and liked it but it fell down the stairs one to many times and died. I will be getting another bobsweep when I return this piece of junk.
