This vacuum is amazing- very impressive. It vacuums around things like chairs and tables without getting stuck. It moves behind sofas and recliners and gets back out. It goes between the slight height difference between the two types of floors without any problem. I love that it returns and empties the dust bin. I have a couple cats and this is able to keep the loose hair under control. It is very quiet on the low power setting and increases accordingly on the higher power but nothing out of the ordinary. It comes with a cute birth announcement on delivery.

No matter how you program it, it will get stuck. This brand is notorious for getting stuck all the time.

The robot i bought was defective, it doesn't sweep properly gets stuck every where it goes.

Our Dustin is doing awesome!  It was truly bought for our Dental Office just to keep the new vinyl floors swept during closed times, but now discovered that I love the mopping ability!  It really does keep our new floors looking clean!   I also like the mapping feature which allows us to send it to a particular area.   It is nice that it self-empties because it is run during no working hours.  The looks of the vacuum and the base are stylish so it is not unsightly where it is stored.  I like the easy to use app and being able to control  Dustin by the app from anywhere.  This is a super buy and I could not be happier.

I love this vacuum! I had a little trouble with the initial setup. But it was probably because I was so excited that I didn’t read the instructions properly. Bobsweep customer service has been extremely responsive and helpful. I’ve communicated with them through email. My rep made everything so easy and even checked in to make sure everything worked out well. The vacuum is effective, quiet and smart. It moves smoothly from one floor type to another. I love that it empties itself. That was my least favorite part of my previous model. I’m thrilled that I found Bobsweep and I look forward to seeing what they come up with in their next model.

Bad business they canceled my paid item without contacting me

Setup was easy and the updates to the software took no time at all. I do pick up small items (toys) off the floor and make sure any shoes with laces are not in the way. I enjoy the enhanced mapping and flow of the vacuum process. It does not bump and bang into furniture or walls like other cheap models. The battery is amazing and can complete my second floor of about 1000sq feet in just over an hour. The dust bin is big and captures so much pet hair and dirt. The noise is less than a normal vacuum which makes me happy. This has given back hours to my life and allows me to vacuum daily with minimal effort.

It was good in the beginning,but get slow after one week

Worst robot out of the bunch, stick to the PET SLAM.

This is one of the best robot vacuums I have tried. I am docking one star for a simple reason. The water reservoir is too small or there needs to be a way for the robot to refill at the base station. As a vacuum it does a fantastic job. It would be nice for it to have two edge brushes, but this is not really a drawback. Would just be nice for it to edge without rotation in tight spaces, like behind a couch. The mop actually scrubs very well. It scrubs well enough to get simple stains up off the floor. The scrubbing pads are really well designed to put even force throughout the pad itself. They also left when they come to a carpeted area. I like these more than a roller like I had in my previous vacuum mop combo. I have a 3000 sqft house, the main living area is about 2000 sqft that is accessable by the vacuum. It can do the entire living space without needing to recharge. Object detection had been hit or miss. Either that, or the vacuum like dog treats and toys as much a my dogs like hiding them. Overall this is a fantastic vacuum and mop combo. My only improvement would be a larger water tank or automatic filling of the tank.

The Vacuum started great but now doesn’t pick up anything even on the high setting.

Lasted less than 90 days before the sensor failed and it refused to run

I’d have to say, as a busy parent with a three-month-old, this vacuum really comes in handy. With my wife postpartum and already juggling plenty of cleaning, the last thing we want to do at the end of the day is sweep. We call it “Dustin,” and it has honestly been a saving grace for our household. First off, it’s aesthetically pleasing in our home and doesn’t look tacky. Second, it was easy to set up and the instructions were clear. We hate putting things together, but this was a breeze for my wife. The only part that was a little confusing was deleting rooms off the map. She isn’t very tech-savvy and usually struggles with things like this, so she had to Google how the mapping worked because the app wasn’t immediately clear. Once she figured it out, though, it made sense and wasn’t as bad as she thought. When we had it running, our baby didn’t even seem scared, which is a plus. I’d also say this vacuum should be on baby registries to help new parents as it’s perfect for keeping up with daily messes and does an amazing job getting everywhere. Anything that helps us feel less overstimulated by the mess, we’ll take.

Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on this product

As an owner of two big dogs, one who sheds all the time this has been SUCH a lifesaver in keeping my rugs and hardwood looking great! It took only minutes to set up and download the app. The app is so easy to use and navigate, I love the mapping feature with the ability to block off certain rooms and/or areas as well as the option to see the battery percentage at all time and send Bob back to the charger! Highly recommend.

Not a good value fot money, both vaccum and Mop are not as expected

Claims to handle pet hair, absolutely the worst. Mine never works

Knocking all my chairs and small futnitures. I am returning it!
