Dustin is amazing at cleaning all floor types. I turn it on and let it go and Dustin finds its way around all rooms (single floor) and navigated even the toughest obstacles with ease. I am really impressed with the capabilities of this machine.

Has reduced my cleaning time significantly. Does a great job mopping and sweeping the house.

This little robot vacuum works very well. It was easy to set up and connect to wifi. I have tested it in a small area of the house and set parameters in the map for it to follow. Dustin follows my route every time.

Since purchasing Bobsweep vacuum I’ve had to send the bot back several times for repair. Bobsweep has been provided ood customer service and have repaired and replace the bot once. I am currently having issues of the battery not charging. I am so tired of the numerous issues I’ve had with this vacuum.

Overall easy to use - I do have some problem having it try to connect to my router. Also the malfunction battery error keeps coming up.

This robot vacuum is easy to install on your internet. The app on your phone is easy to install and the effectiveness of scheduling when I'm not home for it to do its work is amazing.

[Employee of bestbuy] Still very new to it but it’s been fantastic, the item mapped out residence perfectly and was much more silent than I thought it would be. The dust bags last a crazy long time and the mop portion will be tried next. But overall I’ve been very happy with it

I had owned a robot vacuum prior and this one is so much better. It doesn’t get caught on things and it doesn’t bang into walls at every chance. The mop feature also works and I can schedule either or both whenever I want. I also love not having to empty it. I love it!

I haven’t used the mop side yet but love the sweeping side, it is super quiet. I am pleasantly surprised because I have a roomba but it makes much more noise! I only bought this because of the mop attachment but I am sold now!

I purchased the model hoping it would work well and it works excellent . I am able to use it dry or wet. Also easily able to set from my phone

Good sale price does a good job! Have to stay on top of cleaning the roller. Gets pretty clogged after about two runs.

Got rid of our dog so we needed something to clean up under the kid's eating area. This machine works great

Programming is great, maps out the area to sweep and mop!

Absolutely love this one ! Been using almost every single day and it cleans n does its job well , even the mapping and object detection is superb , highly recommend this

Clean good and amazing with obstacles and easy to program

So far so good . Haven’t really used it enough to really see how it works but for the money spent on it it does what I intended.

So far so good with him Vacuuming is suburb but the mopping is lack luster though no pressure no vibration just drags behind..

It’s nice. It transitions easily by itself from hardwood to carpet and tile flooring.

Mapping not the best software and have had better like on my last robotic app and would like to see that better

Dustin's performance is outstanding, effectively cleaning debris from various surfaces. It tackles debris, pet hair, and dust effortlessly across carpets and hard floors. Highly recommended for efficient cleaning.
