Bought one on sale. I have it running every day. Sweeping and mopping works great. No sweep and no mop zone work great for rugs/carpet

Leaves floor spotless sucking up all the pet hair plus some.

So far it’s great. Only had it less than a month but it’s a smart little machine and the support people have been great (had a couple little issues that they told us how address and now we have no issues). This is the sort of purchase that I’d have to re-review a year from now since that’s when I’m assuming any real issues may start to arise, but so far it’s such a nice thing to have around the house with a dog that sheds like crazy. The MSRP price is incredibly steep, but on a good sale, I’d highly recommend it.

We own a Bobsweep and decided to get a second bObsweep for different parts of the house. When Dustin arrived, he was smaller than Bob and only had one brush. I thought, "I don't think he's going to be able to handle our country farmhouse with 5 dogs and 2 cats." But he has amazed me with his power and efficiently. He can handle the tough jobs!

Great product, really good scan of the house for a perfect vacuum everytime.

This was purchased as Deal of the Day sale. The item arrived as new but has scratches under the protective film on top of the sweeper. It's intriguing to watch it map out your home, hugging the walls and going between legs of furniture. Unfortunately it doesn’t sweep cleaner than a broom. Walking in bare feet shows its flaws. Even at the discounted 1 day price, it's not worth it.

So, Dustin, or DB as I call him, has been doing okay since I purchased him. One major thing that keeps happening is he loses his brush a lot, I'm not sure what it is but his brush will not stay attached. DB actually does a good job of sweeping, he gets ending little piece of dirt, dust bunnies, and little debris. I have not utilize the mop attachment, but that'll be next. Mapping out his field is not bad, I need to tweek his path some more. Now, when he empties his canister, it is very loud and still startle you. For now he is learning, i just need that brush to stay attached, I just might have to get a replacement, we'll see.

I love this thing. Ita been a breeze ever since i got this. Only thing is that sometimes it wouldnt empty trash even though it will try to but it wont get emptied- maybe i need to replace the bag. Other than that i love it and would highly reccoment it.

Floors are always clean. Has a little trouble with its own location. Overall efficiently cleans and scheduling is a nice option

This little robot vacuum is fun to train, watch and use. Everytime I use him he learns more and more...and so do I. I am sure the more I learn the better he will get. Just love working with Dustin...and do not regret the purchase at all.

I am no robot vacuum "connoisseur" and can only compare to an older no-name robot vacuum from Amazon, but this is night and day already for me. I've been running this about 3 times a week for 2 weeks now and have had virtually no issues. My only complaint is that it's difficult to drop the vacuum into a room and have it cleaned, I had to create a new map for each room outside of my main living quarters then switch to this map for it to clean completely. Overall I am completely satisfied.

Purchased when on sale. Knew nothing sboit Bobsweep and have been very delighted with my purchase. Cleans great with a two pet home (one is a german shepherd). Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Very glad I took a chance on Bobsweep.

Dustin is my very first robot vacuum and I’m not joking when I say he has been life-changing! No matter how tired I am, my floors are clean EVERY day now. Unfortunately, he hasn’t really been a match for my coarse, type 3C hair, but Dustin comes with a little tool for cutting hair out of the sweeping brush. I did have problems with the mop attachment not working when I first got Dustin, but customer service was super nice and patient in helping me try to trouble shoot. When nothing worked, they sent me a new attachment as Dustin was still under warranty and now he mops just fine. I raved about Dustin so much to my friends that they got their own for Christmas and named her Roberta!

I like this product very much it cleans very good and does not take a lot of time. I had a little problem with the charging station but I called them and then send a new one because they have the warranty for two years. No question ask good

I've owned a few robovacs in my life and this one has given me by far the most problems. I had a shark rv1001 then upgraded to an s9 and thought this would be good to give the s9 a bit of a break every once and a while, what a mistake. First during set up make sure you aren't connected to a 5ghz signal or this will never connect. Next this thing gets stuck allll the time. On average it would get stuck every 5 minutes, usually on absolutely nothing or literally on the wall as it just would jam itself on nothing. Next when trying the mop attachment it got stuck immediately then when moved it forgot where my kitchen was then mopped my living room carpet. I tried with and without the edge sensors nothing helped this. I was intrigued by the self emptying base and lidar, but my slam sensor shark vac navigated better than this. I'd stay super far away from this even on it's super deep sales. For reference the image included is of 2 cleaning cycles that each lasted no more than 20 minutes. I do plan on returning it

Dustin is so easy to use, I dont even have to think about vacuuming any more. The adjustable suctioning strength is a game changer.

After buying our first Dustin, we now have a BoBsweep on each floor. We would have never thought this is how we would make retirement easier.

Works like it should and does a great job vacuuming. Also, I enjoy the mopping feature. My floors/carpet gave never been cleaner.

Overall I like Dustin, the robot itself is good. I gave it a 4 because the app is only compatible with 2.4 wifi. My home wifi is 5G so I'm unable to connect Dustin to the app to access benefits such as setting up a no mopping zone for my carpeted area.
