The most and best thing I love about Dustin is that he leaves my floor looking sparkling clean.He vacuums up my birds lil seeds crumbs so perfect .Definetly recommend Dustin bought him at a very good price too.

We call Dustin “Bob” and he lives in my 5th/6th grade classroom and his shift begins each afternoon. He does pretty well navigating desks and other furniture. He didn’t care for the Christmas tree in December. We would find him each morning pathetically setting under the tree with a mouthful of tree skirt. Fortunately, his anxiety came down when the decorations came down. He also can’t stand working around groups of people. I had to reschedule his afternoon cleaning to well after students were completely gone. Because of his social awkwardness, if I asked him to clean while students were in the room, he would put in about two minutes of effort then quickly head back to base and pout. Evidently it’s too inconvenient to move around moving objects. It’s quite entertaining to be in the room when he returns to base. I thought my teenagers were loud when they get home late. Bob definitely lets you know he’s “home”. We tease him and ask which flight he’s catching since it sounds just like an airplane taking off. As we’ve grown to understand Bob’s personality and quirks, we get along quite well. Other than having a bag to replace instead of a base to empty out, he has been a great addition to the team.

I just purchased this bobweep and I can tell you I'm super happy with it at the same time it sweep & mops the house and also remembers the areas of the house

My first impressions of this robot vacuum were very positive. As a previous owner of 2 other robot manufactures, I can say that there a few intelligent design points of this bObsweep that do do not exist on others. The brilliance of backing the vacuum into the doc to expel the dirt more efficiently is such a simple yet effective method. The app is also very easy to use compared to other robot vacuums with a color scheme that does not exist with competitors. Dock bag is also larger with the ability to go longer before replacing. Having the mopping reservoir built into the dirt cup, instead of a separate tank, had me initially concerned as to the volume to be held by each. However, since the dirt cup is emptied upon returning to dock there is no issue there. As for the mopping, it is able to complete my entire living mobbable space, which is approximately 400 square feet, while only using half a tank on medium mop mode. The only issue I have had thus far is the layout/design of my apartment appears to prevent mopping of my bathroom. The bedroom is a no-mop zone because it is carpeted, where as the room outside of the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom are floor. The robot does not pass through the bedroom to mop the bathroom. I assume this is due to the fact that because the robot is using a microfiber cloth to clean and mop floors, that it would not physically be able to navigate over carpet or could get caught on the carpet.

This is our 3rd generation of BobSweep. When Dustin arrived my son and I were so excited. We have been using this product since my son was born. He now is 4 years old and still loves talking to it. The new generation Dustin is great, and very quiet. Cleans super fast. It literally took one cleaning to figure out the house and won't miss a spot. This one mops also, whaaaa I love it:-) self-emptying feature is an icing on the cake. Now, I can actually watch TV and have Dustin clean and I won't hear it. I am a fan

I’m in love with this little vacuum. All I have to do is open my all, and let it do its thing. It goes around furniture, under chairs, couch, etc… I am yet to dry the mop function, but everything else has been great! We loved it so much, my sister got her own. Def recommend this if you need some extra help sweeping the floors. It finds its docking station and empties out on own!

I purchased the Dustin when it was on the deal of the day and overall i am happy with the purchase. The color is amazing and i love the scarlet accent against the navy. Performance wise the Dustin meets most expectations well; it does a great job on my carpeted areas which I believe the Dustin is designed primarily for. On laminate and tile floors there are a few hiccups though. I have grooves in my tile that I wouldn’t say are deep but sizable and Dustin has a few issues sucking up any debris that falls in those crews, such as rice in the kitchen. On our laminate floor, the dusting works fairly well, except sometimes the sweeping arm kicks dirt away instead of in the path of the dust. One thing I would like to add, is initial set up was very easy and during vacuuming the machine is very quiet. We have never owned a robot vacuum before, and my three cats were not at all afraid of the robot vacuum because it was quiet enough not to startle them.

Finally gotnour first robo vac when these went on sale. Took a little work figuring out what areas are going to cause issues and what we need to keep an eye out for in his cleaning zones. We have two dogs and he seems to be keeping up with the fur pretty well. Mostly hardwood floors with one carpeted room. The only areas i would like to see improvement is id love to get a push notification on my app if he gets stuck somewhere and I didnt see it. Also when i have to move him after an error, he seems to foget the plan he was on (like if he was doing 3 out if the 7 rooms) and will juat go clean everything after freeing hom and hitting go again. Its still a new product so im sire they will gwt those worked out. Big fan and glad we made the purchase.

Dustin (Bob) has been a game changer in our house. We own a cat and a dog and have always had trouble keeping up with the amount of fur they shed. Now, 3 days a week Bob keeps our floors clean. We have it set up to vacuum the entire first floor while we are at work. This includes mostly hardwood floors with some area rugs. The suction power has been set to medium which seems to work well. Low power didn't work too well for the amount of fur and crumbs we have. The first time we used it we didn't think it was going to vacuum around the baseboards. Bob eventually did these after he did the main part of the floor. We tried the mop feature and it worked ok. It does leave streaks on the floor but we have only used it once. To be honest, we are pretty particular about mopping the floors. In all, I think Bob has been a good investment keeping up with crumbs and fur on the floor which we don't usually have time for during the week. The app was a little tricky to set up but come to find out, I had the incorrect model selected in the app. Once I figured that out, the rest was a breeze.

This product is really great. I have tried the 3 levels of power modes it has and the stronger one is really great. You can really feel the air the robot vacuum is using to vacuum the floor. The noise level on high is really loud so beware. I don't really mind it, I rather have my floor vacuum and listen to the noise for 40min than nothing done at all. The mapping: It maps really good. The mapping interface is really different from the iRobot Roomba that I was used to. Feels childish but when you get the hang of it, it is really easy to name the rooms and separate them. I have watched this robot vacuum on my cameras at night, it uses a laser navigation and you can see it with night mode. It is really amazing technology. Dislike: None so far BTW - Get it when it is on sale!!

I like it. Quiet operation, doesnt get stuck and clean my entire 1st floor.

Dustin (or Sweepy) has been a great addition to the family. We adopted him after I had to sweep the kitchen 4 times in one day. Mom was over it. He is slower than I am, but during his daily commute he entertains both cats and a 4yo. This gives me time to enjoy my other tasks. I now do the dished with a smile! The best part is he was easy to train and he leaves me alone. No barking or chasing his tail. He just does his thing, finds his bed, then sleeps. A little tip; if your floors are covered with toys, turn him on and yell, "Dustin (or Sweepy) has the zoomies." Then have your kids quickly pick up their toys. We only use it for the vacuum so I can not attest to its mopping capabilities.

We have really enjoyed "Dustin" so far. It was really easy to set up and the instructions were pretty clear and intuitive with the App. It does a good job of covering ground and learning the footprint of our home. The only downside is that it doesn't recognize when it is about to get trapped under a couch or recliner so I have to draw where it shouldn't sweep in the future. There's a solution to this with using the App. Another thing we noticed recently when opening the larger bag on the docking device is that there isn't as much dirt/dust/hair/etc than when we used a traditional vacuum. So we are suspecting that it may not be getting as much as a vacuum. We recently increased the strength and will see what happens. We are still trying to learn the "Maps" section as well and how it actually functions. Overall, we are really happy with the purchase and the device.

Looking for a robot vacuum and came across bObsweep-Dustin. Living with a Golden Retriever, I was concerned Dustin would not do the job but I was pleasantly surprised at the job it did. The self mapping feature is great as I don't have to move everything out of it way. Would definitely recommend.

We bought this vacuum for the finished basement, and it does a wonderful job! It mapped out the rooms and now does straight lines and does not anything. Completes our 1400-1500 sq ft basement on one charge, it is quiet, and I would recommend it to anyone. Just a month old, but so far, all good.

We love our Dustin! Have a pethair slam downstairs and wanted another for upstairs. DUSTIN is perfect. All the power and functionality plus self emptying. Dustin has more suction than two other brands I have tried and more suction levels (three plus none for mopping) to choice from. It can do two large bedrooms, tv room, and bathroom on high suction and still have plenty of battery left. The app is super functional making it easy to change settings etc. It creates a detailed map that you can use to vacuum select rooms if you want. Love the self emptying and not having to empty the base. We having four cats so to check its performance against our upright I checked dustin's bin before he self emptied and Dustin is comparable to the upright plus goes under beds where the upright can't. On high suction it is a little louder but no where near an upright with equal performance. On high I can hear it from other rooms but not if it goes under a bed and not much need to turn up the TV when it come in the room.

[Employee of bestbuy] Absolutely love this lil guy. The bObsweep app is easy to use, works well and gives you an easy to use way to control your robot and set up routines and zones. The zoning and routines makes this guy simultaneously an easy to use household product while also being something you don't have to think about. What surprised me and I love is how well it cleans, for a lil robot it packs a lot of suction and leaves my 2 kitty home clean all the time.

We were delighted to have found Dustin after our Roomba mysteriously disappeared. The build, features, and compelling value convinced us to give it a try. Dustin immediately went to work cleaning our house, but not by randomly ricocheting off of walls and other features but in a methodical sweeping pattern that better assured no spots went unswept. With adjustable speed/sweep settings, Dustin can work quietly in the background while one makes calls or joins Zoom meetings, which was difficult with former sweepers we had. It works really well keeping our floors grit and dust free, and we really like the ability it has to map our home, which allows us to deploy it at a moment's notice through the app to clean any particular room or spot. All in all, we're very happy with the features, performance, and price of Dustin, and are looking towards years of service.

I've had this robot vacuum for about a week now and have used it every day since. it has gotten stuck a time or two around my couch so all I did was add a "no sweep zone" and it resolve the issue immediately on the next scheduled cleaning. It has captured a ton of hair on my hard floors. I have two dogs and am used to vacuuming every single day, but with this it is very effortless. I love the mapping as well as the app so I'm able to monitor everything. I can even see a history of when it cleaned and how long it took. I'm hoping this lasts a long time! I got it when it was on sale for $258, I think $1,099 for a vacuum is crazy so definitely try to find it on sale!

We have only had Dustin for about a week, but he has already far exceeded our expectations! Dustin is incredibly thorough thanks to his mapping technology. He has a clear cleaning path and gets between, under, and even behind, all furniture. We also love that he self-empties and puts himself back to charge. We've had a bObsweep bObi for several years and were looking to update/upgrade and couldn't be happier with our choice. bObi has been great, but Dustin does a better job keeping up with our two shedding dogs. Dustin is also quieter, which our dogs appreciate. We haven't used the mopping feature yet, so we're unable to provide feedback on that feature, but we're looking forward to setting it up in the near future. All in all, we're very happy with our purchase of Dustin to use as an everyday maintenance cleaner.
