Love it’s cleaning power and thoroughness. App could be easier to use but not bad. Can use without the app but best to use its Haven’t tried the mopping feature yet. On sale it was a smokin’ deal well worth the price! My 95 year old OCD mom is thrilled- she was still vacuuming multiple times a week- usually thinks she’s thenonly one who can do it well enough

Purchased it because are old one was just way out of date , best purchase I’ve made in a long time. It picks up everything and very east to set up and operate

The bObsweep Dustin robot has been an upgrade from our previous robot vacuum. It was easy to connect to the app and set up. We have had no issues using Dustin with the app's wireless features thus far. It's so easy to start the vacuum using my phone and to send it to its dock early if necessary. It cleans our hardwood floors and carpeted areas great. We were able to set up no-sweep zones to keep Dustin from going into a couple bedrooms, which works nicely. It is so much quieter and more efficient than our other vacuum. I would recommend Dustin and have no regrets from our purchase.

It’s a breeze Having Dustin is just a breeze for our family. My kid and I named it as Mr.Clean. Does an amazing job. Setup was easy, modifying the maps in app is easy and now keeping home is also easy. Moping also works just fine, it has a bigger tank which is helpful for larger mopping areas. Mopping can be a bit deeper but am not complaining at all. Thanks Mr.Clean - Dustin

So far so good! Partner recently bought a house and wanted one and his birthday was right around the corner! This worked out great. He loves that he can access everything in the app, that there’s different suction levels/settings, it’s self emptying, it’s like any other roomba and does get caught on clutter like puppy toys or other miscellaneous items.

So happy we purchased the bObsweep Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum. He is a new member of the family and of course does a fantastic job, with no complaints. Dustin maps out the house and never misses a spot. The self-emptying is amazing. The bObsweep was on sale for a great price. Don't think about to long, bring Dustin home, you will be so happy you did!!!

The bobsweep Dustin vacuum is an okay cleaner. So far I have only used the vacuum part of it, and not the mop feature. As far as cleaning goes it gets alot of dirt and hair (including pet hair) off the floor. I would say my floors are 95% cleaner. I have two issues with it. The first is the side brush. Sometimes it gets caught on something and falls off. The vacuum doesn't have a sensor to tell when it falls off and will keep going. Because of this I am constantly trying to keep an eye out to see if the brush is still attached. The second issue is creating no sweep zones. The box on the app can only go so small and it feels like the vacuum doesn't completely register where those zones are. Other than that it is a decent cleaner, but I am glad I got it on sale. I don't think it's worth full price.

So far we like our Dustin Bobsweep, it has good suction and I like that I can adjust it on the app to make it stronger if needed. I also like how Dustin will return to the charge station on its own when battery is low. The self emptying feature is great as well and I like how I can choose how often it empties from the vaccum to the dirt compartmen. I am torn if I like the use of a bag because it helps to contain the dirt better when putting into trash can but it's is also another expense to have. I have not tried the mop yet so not sure how well it does.

vacumn works ok as does maps. Easy to program and schedule. I wouldn't really call this a mop. It basically smears any dirt or mud all over the floor. water/cleaner reservoir is too small, so you have to refill for every cleaning. And doesn't dispense water/cleaner evenly, just a small streak. Can't really recommend or not recommend. And don't know how it compares to similar products. If youre shopping I would suggest you look at the mopping surface on the appliance to get an idea how it functions. This one just has a cloth pad on the bottom it drags around as it vacumm/mops.

This is my first robot anything. So far, I've been quite pleased with it. I have hardwood floors and some rugs and 'Dusty' has tackled it all quite well. Having 3 maps is great - one for each level. I only have to move him and let him feed. I have not used the mop feature, so I won't comment on it. I would recommend not using the vacuum for a first time cleaning or heavy dirty/debris. These things are great at day-to-day maintaining to prevent the buildup!

This is my second Bobsweep vacuum as well as my second Dustin. After having a bobsweep pet hair vision for years, it was time to upgrade to newer technology. We were so happy with our old vacuum that we went with bobsweep again when Dustin went on sale. After about a month, Dustin started to throw a dustbin error. I could not fix the error, so i contacted Bobsweep via email and within a week i had a new Dustin ready to rock. Bobsweep is and has been a great company. With the performance of Dustin on our carpet and hardwood, and the mapping technology being spot on, we'll be happy for years to come. PS: The pethair vision is still going strong, it just doesn't have the lidar mapping we love.

Dustin is the best. He cleans hardwood floors & carpet extremely well. He works fast also, does apprx 3000sq ft in an hour 40 mins. Would recommend

Love this machine! It is able to sense and work around a variety of obstacles. Its self cleaning feature worked flawlessly. Changing out the mop feature isnt hard at all. Drawbacks. The unit has a piece on the top of it that prevents it frum going under certain drawers. The mop doesn’t drop a lot of water when mopping. The mop bin and dust bin are the same so you have to remove it and let it dry after use which makes it unable to vacuum elsewhere after mopping.

This works fantastic. Finds dust and debris- especially pet hair- that weren’t even seen!

We haven't even used the mopping feature. It works great and is quiet. We bought a second one for the basement.

We've had our bObsweep - Dustin for a couple of weeks. I was surprised at how quickly it learned the floor plan of our house. It vacuumed thoroughly and mopped the hardwood floors well. It's definitely a time-saver. The only two drawbacks that we have experienced are the hight of the extra piece that keeps it from fitting under furniture and the need to swap out the mopping feature with the vacuum feature.

I love my Dustin. He is, hands down, the most impressive robovac I’ve seen or used. I no longer have to go save my robovac from constantly getting stuck and beeping for me to come readjust his position. I have Dustin programmed to clean every morning at 8:00. No issues. I have 7 cats and he keeps up with the cat hair. He is FAST, even on the medium setting. The auto dust bin is amazing. The capacity is huge. I still haven’t needed to change out the bag, and it’s been several days. I can’t wait to use the mopping capability.

I have had Dustin for about a month now and I absolutely love it! I have a large single story home with stone flooring, 3 bedrooms with carpet and several area rugs. Dustin has been able to adjust to each type of floor and vacuum them perfectly.  Set up was easy on my smart phone though I am still learning using the function to designate individual rooms for Dustin to clean.  After telling my daughter and a friend about Dustin, they too have ordered their own Dustin! I highly recommend this vacuum for any floor types.
