This works fantastic. Finds dust and debris- especially pet hair- that weren’t even seen!

I absolutely love this thing. The only bad thing about it, and it is super annoying and problematic, is that the brush used to clean the edges is constantly coming disconnected. It doesn't matter what the obstacle is, it comes detached. Cables, the feet of stools, the feet of chairs, the feet of couches, the edge of my dog water bowls, absolutely everything makes the brush become detached. It is super annoying. I kind of want to glue it to the vacuum even if it voids the warranty because it is that annoying. My schedule is set to run at night, so in the morning I have to hunt down the brush and reattach it. They have to make this feature better and this product would be 100% perfect.

Like it but you do have to clean the brush off after every use wether you have pets or not the total t brush does get full of hair. Floors look great when done.

This is my first robot vacuum cleaner and I am fairly pleased so far. We do have multiple pets and there is plenty of pet hair to retrieve on a regular basis. Dustin has done a good job mapping the place and navigating around many obstacles. The first few times it spent a lot of time close to its home base, but there is a table with chairs there that it kept going around it. After the first couple of times it seemed to be faster to move to other areas of the house. It is still too early to tell, but I think this will turn out to be a great buy. The unit has gotten stuck twice, once with a cord and once with a shoe lace, but it enters an error mode and shuts off, which is good. The self emptying feature failed once as the pet hair from the unit was so thick that it seemed to block the emptying of it. A little help made a difference. Once I cleared the first clump, we were back in business. At this point the only trouble I am encountering was getting it to work with Alexa. The skill calls for a login, but the same login that works on my bobsweep app is not what you use. I emailed support about this and got a quick reply. It's a custom password you can find in the Alex portion of the settings menu of the app. That worked. Only concern left for me is cost of supplies. It is a new model so right now parts available only through bobsweep site. Won't be a problem if the supplies don't have to be replenished with great frequency. I'm not sure how long it will be to fill a bag. I certainly don't want to be having to buy a bag every two weeks... I will try to post update on that. For now I'm happy with our purchase.

I really like that this robot maps out the entire house. It does have errors in cleaning just a little but if you let it do it twice eventually it will get the spots. I enjoy that it works both for mop and vaccum and the schedule setting is amazing feature

It comes in a retail box that fits snuggly into a shipping box with a mock birth certificate on it welcoming your new vac to the family. Set up was very easy, you don't need the app to use it, but it's probably best to have it. Otherwise you have to manually hit buttons on the unit to get it to do its job. I don't use scheduling instead manually having it work using the app. I have a dog who sleeps in a cage, I have to make sure the rooms are clear of his toys as the vac already choked on one. I have it just do the main rooms and the hallway leaving the bedrooms and bathroom alone, meaning I have to make sure the doors are closed. Watching it for the first time is really cool. It's rolling around the room essentially blind mapping everything out. I was scared with my stairs but was quickly relieved to find it handled the stairs without issue. I unboxed it thinking "I hope I don't have to bring this back." A week later, I made sure to fill out the registration forms, read the manual learning about maintenance and priced out parts for it. So I guess I like it.

The unit works well however the mapping took a long time. The suction power is strong but it is louder than our previous unit. The trade off is worth it. When recharging is needed it finds the base well unlike our previous unit which often got lost and beeped until we found it and brought it back to charge.

I give Dustin five stars!! He managed to scan and track every corner on the main floor. He cleans super efficiently and also the mopping is a wonder and makes life so much easier. The charging on it lasts a pretty long time. It can well clean over 45 minutes if needed. You can also change how to preserve the battery life which is amazing depending on how much danger you accumulate. Thanks Dustin for making our life easier!!

Its mapping feature is really neat for having one that has it for the first time. Its very quiet compared to a roomba i had before. The controls are pretty easy to use, wish it had a “empty” button in the app to make it easier. Not very strong with the suction but makes multiple passes and gets the mess up either way.

The battery life does well as I use it on high power and is able to get through the whole house (800 sq ft of vacuuming area). It does a good job vacuuming and self dumping (100 day bag). The app is good, having multiple maps for different floors. Overall all the unit has worked well.

Dustin sweeps our floor intelligently with great battery life and performance. Its suction options and scheduler allow us to routinely clean by room. This upgrade from our previous wandering bot also includes the integral and powerful dustbin tower to minimize daily maintenance further. The app could be improved but is capable of setup and the other basics. Very happy with the change to bObsweep so far.

The bObsweep Dustin continues to impress us daily. Have had it for a few weeks now and it's been cleaning and mopping the whole house without problems. I love the self emptying feature as well. It makes my life easy, not continuously cleaning it as soon as it is done vacuuming. I have the app and it makes it easy to schedule when and where to mop and vacuum. I will definitely recommend this to others.

Great awesome robotic vaccum that allows it to be controlled from anywhere in the world!

I am thrilled to have Dustin help clean the floors in our busy construction office. The guys are constantly tracking in dirt and it’s so nice to leave work and Dustin is on an automatic schedule and does his thing and when we return the next morning, floors are clean! Our last robot vacuum has constant issues and I got tired of arriving to the office and having to hunt it down to put back on the dock.

This product is amazing. Everyday I would come home from work and my two dogs shed so much that I would have to sweep everyday. Since getting this it’s kept the dog hair to a minimum and just makes it nice to know the house gets a clean during bedtime

Mapping and object detection work great as well as the vacuum and mop attachment

Very useful and versatile, it makes a map of the house and then goes everywhere, highly recommended, many configurations very practical

Let me tell you, I got this amazing vacumm for a steal. I paid $244.59 with tax and its now $829.99. It is so quite, easy to map even after changing your room around. The self emptying is a bonus. If it goes on sale grab it, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

We purchased this because of having dogs and having to vacuum every day, so this is more convenient. We had to separate the rooms though and vacuum at different times of the day because the amount of dog hair it picked up. At first, we did it once an evening 6 days a week and it would get clogged up really bad. With two German Shepherds and a Boxer, we needed to do one vacuum sequence about 1:30 and the next at 8:30. When we did that, it worked a lot better! The 4-star rating; wish it had a canister to hold the debris instead of a bag. With the amount of dog hair, it picks up in a day, we will be constantly changing the bags, and this will get expensive (this is on medium vacuum setting also)! It is a little loud vacuuming and when it is done and goes back to its docking station to empty the debris in the bag, it is quite loud. So, if you want to do this at night when you go to bed, I suggest you don't unless you are a very hard sleeper.

You cant beat this for the money i looked at a roomba but to get the mop and vacuum it was over $1,500 but the all in one worls great!
