Vacuum is quiet and very quickly cleans the house. Picks up all the pet hair with no issues. It is a bit loud when it empties itself.

I got this for my wife who loves it. Disclaimer, we have not tried the mop feature yet. but the sweeper works great and it's nice to be able to program areas and schedule of cleaning time. the dustbin feature is great and a huge help. we have 2 other robot vacuums with out auto emptying and this is nice. the dustbin has a bag and comes with a replacement. it does sound like a jet taking off when it empties but that's only for 2-3 min when needed. It comes with 1 side brush not 2 like other vacuums but that doesn't seem to effect the quality of the cleaning. over all we are very happy with it.

This Dustin is reliable with good battery life. It also is smarter than my eufy that liked to get stuck daily.

Does a great job with pet hair and dirt good suction and easy to clean only hang up is the base doesn’t always empty the robot well other than that we love it!

Dustin is the best. He cleans hardwood floors & carpet extremely well. He works fast also, does apprx 3000sq ft in an hour 40 mins. Would recommend

The bobsweep Dustin vacuum is an okay cleaner. So far I have only used the vacuum part of it, and not the mop feature. As far as cleaning goes it gets alot of dirt and hair (including pet hair) off the floor. I would say my floors are 95% cleaner. I have two issues with it. The first is the side brush. Sometimes it gets caught on something and falls off. The vacuum doesn't have a sensor to tell when it falls off and will keep going. Because of this I am constantly trying to keep an eye out to see if the brush is still attached. The second issue is creating no sweep zones. The box on the app can only go so small and it feels like the vacuum doesn't completely register where those zones are. Other than that it is a decent cleaner, but I am glad I got it on sale. I don't think it's worth full price.

Very quiet compared to my prior robotic vacuum from a different manufacturer. I find the mapping to be very accurate, and overall it finishes the floors faster than I expected. The automatic emptying feature is great, but is very loud for a few seconds when it does it. In all, a great unit.

vacumn works ok as does maps. Easy to program and schedule. I wouldn't really call this a mop. It basically smears any dirt or mud all over the floor. water/cleaner reservoir is too small, so you have to refill for every cleaning. And doesn't dispense water/cleaner evenly, just a small streak. Can't really recommend or not recommend. And don't know how it compares to similar products. If youre shopping I would suggest you look at the mopping surface on the appliance to get an idea how it functions. This one just has a cloth pad on the bottom it drags around as it vacumm/mops.

If your router is in dynamic mode between 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz then you might have problem connecting Bob. I ended up having to split the 2 frequencies into 2 separate wifi networks and it finally works. Bob learned the house's map on the first try, pretty impressive. He's quieter than my Shark IQ too. Only downside would be the bagged station, I'd prefer bagless station so I don't have to buy and change bags plus less waste for the environment. Overall pretty amazing experience so far

Bottom Line, why would anyone pay more? We got this for $199 on a deal of the day. It is amazing, I am trying to think of a feature it does not have and can't. It vacuums well, mops well, and the APP gives you complete control. One of the best designs I have seen. It vacuums UNDER THE BEDS and around every table leg. Truly amazing. I highly recommend this product. The name is the Cherry on Top - Dustin, brilliant

Works great for a nice small areas and it’s not too noisy

I have used different brands in the past and nothing near what Dustin Robot does I like this robot. Dustin is very quiet, very fast, and, most notably, clean very well. I 100% recommend it! Worth every penny

First robot sweeper so don’t have anything to compare to. Dustin works better than I had expected (sweeping, have not tried mopping yet) and app seems to work well after you figure it out (read the directions on page not as intuitive if not). Dustin doesn’t like rugs with long fringe on ends, gets sucked up and stuck, so either have to pick them up or I just marked on map not to sweep those areas. I did notice in morning with bright light shining in windows it can cause him to get stuck/confused so I run later in day. Like others had mentioned it would be nice to get a push notification when he gets stuck. Can only make rectangles on map for areas not to clean or mop, would be nice to be able to make angles since I have areas that aren’t square. I’m amazed how much he picks up when he sweeps, we do have a cat, which likes to follow him around and get in his way. He can sweep areas we typically can’t get with regular vac w/o moving like under table, beds, coffee table & chairs. Dustin makes the house feel cleaner than what it has with just the regular vacuum. Instructions say Dustin needs so much room around him for his charging station, I placed him in a corner and he finds home just fine. He does gently bump into things to recognize objects which doesn’t seem to be a problem, I hit items way harder with the vacuum. I like him so well I ordered a second one for our finished basement, going to call him “Sweepin” since you can change his name in the app. As a note, to install the round rotating brush I had to push really hard to snap it on, harder than expected. I have been manually emptying his dust bin so I can see how much he picks up instead of using the self empty feature, will use in future. The beater bar is very simple to remove to clean. Overall Dustin has made sweeping our house no longer a chore and would recommend.

So far Dustin has been ok. Setting it up and getting the app to work took a bit and wasn't as easy as it should have been or claimed to be, eventually got it going and it's fine now. It mapped the house pretty quickly and accurately. Biggest gripe is that the sweeper bit gets stuck and detaches pretty easily under mats and rugs, so I frequently have to stop it to flip it upside down and re-attach the sweeper. Sometimes Dustin has a hard time docking himself, he'll get close to his charge pad and then takes forever to back up into his spot akin to a newbie driver trying to parallel park for the first time. Dustin is not too loud unless you put the vacuum power to high. Have not tried the mopping feature yet. Have only ran it a few time and my floor isn't that dirty so I cannot comment on how good or not it actually vacuums up stuff Can't give Dustin 5 stars because for the price, I expect absolute perfection.

Great vacuum on 2000 sqft furnished carpet. One touch works without any programming. Get the larger emptying size. I do the one touch because i have 4 kids who leave stuff around, and it is good to pick up the big stuff before running it. It gets dust and lint very well. 1 inch toys it just rolls over. It got stuck on a vertical power cord once and just stopped until i rescued it, but no clogs or other problems. It does float over floor computer power cords well.

It was our first robot vacuum; I wasn't sure how effective these were. We have traditionally used Dyson vacuum for our carpets and hard floors. This vacuum is excellent and a time saver. Vacuum is very easy to set up and very thorough when it operates. The map is updated every time it runs a cleaning cycle. The app is very easy to use and straightforward. One drawback is that you do have to fill the vacuum container every time you want to use the mopping feature.

I should have purchased this a long time ago. Mapping and vacuuming are excellent on my hardwood, tile and low pile carpets. I scheduled a vacuuming of the kitchen and dining room every morning and do a whole house cleaning once a week or as needed. The mop function won't pick up dried stains that need manual scrubbing but I expected that. I'd give it 4.9 Stars instead of five because the app could be a little better.
