Good mapping, good at getting in corners and small spots. But it would be better if it had better mopping capabilities.

First we got Dustin on sale so the price was right, on carpet it’s suction is very good compared to other robot vacuum, the mop feature is great because it applies a pressure on the floor while mopping so it does a good job, it has only one brush I think it would did a better job cleaning the edges if it has two. Overall it was a goid purchase.

Couldn't be happier with my new "housekeeper" LOVE that my floors are cleaned while I'm at work! Cleanup is quick and easy and the customer support is available and attentive!

It's fantastic! Especially with the killer deal Best Buy had on it, a few months ago! I have iRobots so this is the first time I've ventured out to another brand. Love the self emptying feature, and the mopping seems to work well. Great purchase!

LOOOOVE this robovac! We've had several robovacs over the years. This one is the smartest, and the self-emtpying feature - BRILLIANT! No more having to empty the bin everytime it runs. No more having to clean the filter regularly...the filter is cleaned when it self-empties after every cleaning. Brilliant design. We have 5 cats and this has no problem, at all. Do yourself a favor and buy one, you deserve to be pampered!!

I like this robot vacuum cleaner, it does a good job, it doesn't get stuck or hit a lot like other brands, it doesn't cause problems, it's easy to use, I recommend it.

IMPRESSED. I was skeptical, but Dustin (named my Qoom), CLEANS. Carpet, hardwood, crappy fake floors... it climbs onto small placement carpets. If you are on the fence, GET IT. Especially on sale. I got mine for $259.99 for reference. I would have paid $1000 easily.

This vacuum performs as well as I had hoped but not without a few minor issues, mostly software related. The good news is that they can be overcome with updates to the app. I wanted this vacuum for its mopping capability, so that was something I tried shortly after receiving it. On the trial run it was only mopping with half of its surface area. It has 3 jets that spray onto the mop, turns out 2 off them were clogged. I solved this issue (at least for the time being) by blowing air through the water inlet. Had to do this a couple of times but last time I used it, it seemed to be working fine. Customer service is very responsive, I would even go so far as to say proactive, thanks Edgar. One other note: While the replacement bags seem reasonably priced when on sale, the shipping cost is ridiculously high. I recommend this vacuum at the right sale price.

I like everything about Dustin. He keeps the floors clean and he’s quiet. I have recommended my Dustin BobSweep to everyone I know.

This Dustin vacuum is amazing! Not only is it quite, but it cleans the house fast and efficiently. I like that I can map no sweep/mop areas and I can see where Dustin has cleaned. This really helps keep my hard floors and rugs clean. The plus is Dustin doesn’t get stuck on my area rugs like my last vacuum. I would definitely buy this product again!!

My review of bObsweep Dustin is positive Dustin replaced my iRobot, and there is no comparison. Dustin picks up so much more dirt and pet hair. There’s no comparison between the two. Additionally recently I ran the iRobot first and let it do its job and immediately after it was done, I let Dustin do the same area and I robot missed a lot of dirt and pet hair but Dustin picked up. Dustin is amazing. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

It’s does a fantastic job. I’m glad I bought this, now I have more times to spend with my children. I highly recommended this.

Bought while it was on sale and so far it had definitely been worth it. I was skeptical about performance and value after reading some of the other reviews but my curiosity got the best of me. So far I have no issues to report. The app is easy enough to use, and its great for keeping up with spilled cat litter in our bathroon, the dirt I track in from my construction job, and whatever day to day crumbs and debris ends up on the floor in the kitchen. I mostly run it on hardwood floors where it performs well but was really impressed with how much cat hair it pulled from our carpeted bedrooms as well. Its not going to totally replace our larger vacuum but it has dramatically reduced how frequently we need to break it out. Not sure if Id be quite as impressed if I had purchased it at its full price but as the first robot vacuum I’ve purchased I’ve really enjoyed having it.

I love it now that I figured out you can set to clean more than once a day. I have a lab dog and he shed's the bin would get full but it still cleaned… now I have it to set to twice a day every day and that has helped with dog hair. If I could change anything it would be to allow Dustin to empty bin when it is full then return to cleaning…

We received ours as a Christmas gift last year and made my skeptical wife a believer. It works better than expected. I liked it so much , purchased a couple more for Christmas gifts this past Christmas. It can go months without having to empty, works on carpet and hardwood floor. Haven't tried the mop option, only the vacuum.

This is our second bObsweep and boy have things gotten better. We still have the old one, but memory on this vacuum is unbelievable. It mapped out all the edges then the whole house plan. It does a great job on our floors. We haven't tried the mop yet, but if it's as good as the vacuum, then it deserves 10 stars. Highly recommend.

We bought this on a Best Buy Deal of the Day deal. It was $400 off so I thought why not give it a try. I love this thing!!! We have a pug and he sheds like crazy but this little vacuum has done great. We have it set up to run at 10:00 every morning. At first I was having to clean the brush halfway through the cleaning session. After a few days I only had to clean it at the end. A few days later and now I nylon have to clean the brush once a week. I cannot imagine not having this now.

This little machine is great. It’s not a perfect vacuum and it is helping keep our dog hair under control without constantly having to grab the big vacuum. It’s mapped the whole downstairs, goes around the legs of everything, and it gets underneath most furniture. Our 3 dogs don’t mind it either. All in all, it was worth the sale price we paid for it. I’m a happy that Dusty is doing its job.

We have had other robot vacuums before, this one is the best one we have had. The mapping is awesome as well as the mopping. Bob does get stuck at the stairs sometimes but he just needs pushed along to get going again.
