The bObsweep Dustin continues to impress us daily. Have had it for a few weeks now and it's been cleaning and mopping the whole house without problems. I love the self emptying feature as well. It makes my life easy, not continuously cleaning it as soon as it is done vacuuming. I have the app and it makes it easy to schedule when and where to mop and vacuum. I will definitely recommend this to others.

It comes in a retail box that fits snuggly into a shipping box with a mock birth certificate on it welcoming your new vac to the family. Set up was very easy, you don't need the app to use it, but it's probably best to have it. Otherwise you have to manually hit buttons on the unit to get it to do its job. I don't use scheduling instead manually having it work using the app. I have a dog who sleeps in a cage, I have to make sure the rooms are clear of his toys as the vac already choked on one. I have it just do the main rooms and the hallway leaving the bedrooms and bathroom alone, meaning I have to make sure the doors are closed. Watching it for the first time is really cool. It's rolling around the room essentially blind mapping everything out. I was scared with my stairs but was quickly relieved to find it handled the stairs without issue. I unboxed it thinking "I hope I don't have to bring this back." A week later, I made sure to fill out the registration forms, read the manual learning about maintenance and priced out parts for it. So I guess I like it.

Love it! Easy to setup and customer service is great. My dogs love it, it is more efficient than I thought, with three dogs I was tired of vacuuming. I have ceramic floors, carpet and area rugs, it cleans them all. After using Dustin for a week I decided to use my vacuum, I was surprised at the power Dustin cleaned. I’ve been praising it and very happy.

I am thrilled to have Dustin help clean the floors in our busy construction office. The guys are constantly tracking in dirt and it’s so nice to leave work and Dustin is on an automatic schedule and does his thing and when we return the next morning, floors are clean! Our last robot vacuum has constant issues and I got tired of arriving to the office and having to hunt it down to put back on the dock.

Love it’s cleaning power and thoroughness. App could be easier to use but not bad. Can use without the app but best to use its Haven’t tried the mopping feature yet. On sale it was a smokin’ deal well worth the price! My 95 year old OCD mom is thrilled- she was still vacuuming multiple times a week- usually thinks she’s thenonly one who can do it well enough

I really like that this robot maps out the entire house. It does have errors in cleaning just a little but if you let it do it twice eventually it will get the spots. I enjoy that it works both for mop and vaccum and the schedule setting is amazing feature

Great dust and crumb picker upper but had issued dealing with any adjustments in furniture. Will just stay its lot and go home. In the year i have had it, ive had to re make the map 10+ times. It CAN NOT deal with fur or fuzz. I have a cat and a carpet that sheds a little. Both get collected fine but get stuck in the collection chamber so it never gets to empty out. Making me have to manually empty it every single run. But still better then doing it myself!

We tried 3 other robot vacs & returned all. Dustin connected and setup quickly. App is easy to use and this vacuum cleans extremely well.

We have been using Dustin for a few months now and for the most part he’s been doing a good job there have been times we have had to rescue him from himself. It gets confused and just stop. If you move your furniture around by just a couple inches it will throw off his floor plan and will have to start a new one. If you have pet. It is going to eat up all the hair and you’ll have to paint it out like you were a regular vacuum he does very well on hardwood floors he even gets in the corners hard to believe if you get a discount on it then it’s well worth trying.

The battery life does well as I use it on high power and is able to get through the whole house (800 sq ft of vacuuming area). It does a good job vacuuming and self dumping (100 day bag). The app is good, having multiple maps for different floors. Overall all the unit has worked well.

We purchased this because of having dogs and having to vacuum every day, so this is more convenient. We had to separate the rooms though and vacuum at different times of the day because the amount of dog hair it picked up. At first, we did it once an evening 6 days a week and it would get clogged up really bad. With two German Shepherds and a Boxer, we needed to do one vacuum sequence about 1:30 and the next at 8:30. When we did that, it worked a lot better! The 4-star rating; wish it had a canister to hold the debris instead of a bag. With the amount of dog hair, it picks up in a day, we will be constantly changing the bags, and this will get expensive (this is on medium vacuum setting also)! It is a little loud vacuuming and when it is done and goes back to its docking station to empty the debris in the bag, it is quite loud. So, if you want to do this at night when you go to bed, I suggest you don't unless you are a very hard sleeper.

Dustin the robotic vacuum performs really well on our hardwood floors. Battery life easily handles the spaces we have and the ability to store up to three mapped areas of your house is helpful. I honestly wish a couple more areas of the house could be mapped, to help divide the spaces more. Maintenance so far is easy and a must to keep “Dustin” working well.

This is my first robot anything. So far, I've been quite pleased with it. I have hardwood floors and some rugs and 'Dusty' has tackled it all quite well. Having 3 maps is great - one for each level. I only have to move him and let him feed. I have not used the mop feature, so I won't comment on it. I would recommend not using the vacuum for a first time cleaning or heavy dirty/debris. These things are great at day-to-day maintaining to prevent the buildup!

First we got Dustin on sale so the price was right, on carpet it’s suction is very good compared to other robot vacuum, the mop feature is great because it applies a pressure on the floor while mopping so it does a good job, it has only one brush I think it would did a better job cleaning the edges if it has two. Overall it was a goid purchase.

Well, it's been about 18 months since I bought the bobswm and so far things are going fine; no problems with it so far. I did do a good cleaning recently and, after looking at instructions on various YouTube site I found how easy it was to clean around wheels, clean single wheel in front of iRobot, to remove strings etc. I started off without researching and was struggling but after finding out how to really do the job it was a piece of cake. The iRobot designers really too all this cleaning into consideration when designing the product.

It cleans well and is easy to operate, and comes with the tools you need to clean Dustin with! If you ever see this on sale you wont regret the purchase!
