This vacuum does an excellent job keeping floors clean with minimal effort. The self-emptying feature is very convenient, and it transitions smoothly between surfaces. Saves a lot of time on daily cleaning.

I like the Dustin so much, I actually bought three: Two for my home (wood floors in the front, carpet in the back, separated by a steep step), and one for a relative who needed one. bObsweep has now successfully replaced the BISSELL Spinwave and the Roborock S7 in our homes, and I couldn’t be happier about it. This vacuum and mop combo is effective, efficient, and multifunctional, and the app to control it is easy to use and thoughtfully designed. Couldn't be happier.

Besides it took long time for delivery (10 days) we are happy with our Dustin. Setup was pretty straightforward, and it took about an hour to scan entire floor in all rooms. The good thing with scanning is that it was vacuuming at same time. It handles transition between rooms without any issues. Gets under table/ between chairs, hard floors and carpet with ease and vacuums good. Just don’t expect to be able to do anything on shag carpets, it will get stuck. We like scheduling and option to send it to clean only section, room or selected rooms. Would recommend it to the friends.

As my first robovac is ok to me look at it hows work and drive itself to the charging dock after done with my house. It took 30 min to clean my floor not bad at all, the mop part to me is just a joke! But its there and well lets make it work too. Theres places at the beginning where it stay stuck at the sliding door but with the map I cancel that area so the vac dont go there no more. In general i like it came with everything its need and ez to make it work. Btw the front brush fall off many times on hard maneuvers places so be aware of. Thx

Have had a few issues with it not being able to find its home base at times, but overall, really simple and effective to use. We got it for a great deal and we're really happy about it. We haven't used the mopping feature yet, but it handles the dog hair beautifully. Additionally, customer service reached out to us to ask how the product was doing and was really helpful in answering our questions. Good product and a good company.

I don’t have to hire a maid. This product is an excellent for my family. Downloading the app onto your phone and program the rooms and areas you would like sweeping and mopping as needed are great. My husband can watch TV and help me around the house too. What more can you ask for?

This little machine is great. It’s not a perfect vacuum and it is helping keep our dog hair under control without constantly having to grab the big vacuum. It’s mapped the whole downstairs, goes around the legs of everything, and it gets underneath most furniture. Our 3 dogs don’t mind it either. All in all, it was worth the sale price we paid for it. I’m a happy that Dusty is doing its job.

Lots going on with this sophisticated vacuum! The mapping process is thorough and the cleaning is very effective. Very, very impressed with customer support.

Great vacuum much better than my old robot vacuum. Cleans great and easy control with app. Love that it returns to base and empties itself.

This thing isn't much better than my 3 year old Shark vacuum. Definitely not worth the $300 I paid for it on the DOD and no way remotely close to worth retail. It does marginally better at not running into things but has a tendency to get itself stuck not realizing its own height. However the absolute worst thing is that this thing can't even empty into the base. The base has almost nothing in it b/c all the contents seem to clog coming out the back and I have to empty manually. Not sure if this is Bobsweep's first attempt at a base but it is a joke. My non-engineer take is that the back door has like a felt material that is "sticky" for the materials the vacuum is picking up. I will give it one more star than it should get for the app and the mapping, it is pretty cool how the mapping works, but that is the only good thing I have to say about this. I missed the BBY return window insanely busy with work so can't return but will be regretting this purchase for years.

Like that cleans great and can schedule it to clean which ever areas I want whenever I want. Recommend 100%!

Really love how efficient it cleans and maps the house. No more have to stop our old cleaning robot to empty it. One less thing I have to worry about.

I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It doesn’t miss a spot once you map it out and it really does a good job vacuuming. She hasn’t used the mop feature yet, but if it’s as good as the vacuum setting it will be great.

I’ve looked at getting a robot vacuum for a very long time. Never could decide on type I wanted but knew I wanted something that works well with little issues. And the price had to be right for my budget! I got this on the deal of the day & I could not be happier with the purchase! Love it so much my daughter had to have one after hearing me talk about it & then seeing it. She’s so excited to get hers!

First, I just wanted to take a moment and appropriate Bob The First We loved Bob. He wasn’t as tech savvy as Dustin. Though, he was great! What can I say about Dustin? He is very smart and logical. I enjoy watching him going such logical order when he works. For someone who is OCD, it’s just satisfying to see. He even empties his own trash bin after each time. He is great. So happy we have him in our house.

We received ours as a Christmas gift last year and made my skeptical wife a believer. It works better than expected. I liked it so much , purchased a couple more for Christmas gifts this past Christmas. It can go months without having to empty, works on carpet and hardwood floor. Haven't tried the mop option, only the vacuum.

This vacuum is great. It picks up the pet hair and keeps my house spotless. I didn't need a subscription like the iRobot. Comes with a cute little note too!+

My mother had a triple bypass surgery in Dec 2022. She was still able to do light household tasks. She had a pacemaker installed on Monday and from a distance, I knew I had to take immediate action to make her life better, especially knowing she would have difficulty cleaning her floors. I got her Dustin, and I haven’t heard her this happy in years! She says it’s like having a pet that cleans, and she doesn’t have to feed it! Worth every penny and then some!
