Since i got my "Dustin" so, Dustin really work hard for me. I like it. This product can sweep and mop after sweep dust ! It's so awesome. And after service from BOBSWEEP so nice and friendly. I send email about i need help for some part. I lost it after i clean my Dustin. After i send email couple hours, i got email from Carlo Dayao about she will send that part for me next day !! Finally i got it ! I really happy to have this item and You should to get one !!

On hardwood and tile, bObsweep does a fantastic job. It picks up dog hair, crumbs, and dust effortlessly, and I love that it also sweeps and mops in one go. The mop feature isn’t a deep clean (it’s more of a light wipe), but it helps keep the floors looking fresh between moppings. On carpets, it’s good but not perfect. It handles low-pile rugs fine, but on my thicker area rug, it tends to slow down and sometimes misses small bits. I usually just lift the rug corners or let it focus on open spaces.

We have named our Sweeper "Bob". He has quickly become a valued family member !!! Bob is the only one in the house that cleans without complaint. He is very thorough and conscientious in his work. I would buy it again. Kelley

This robot is very quiet and it runs and cleans perfect around my house although i havent tried the mop part yet. Sweeping in general is great! I have a hard floor, a 3 German Shepherd and 2 cats and it cleans perfect. It sucks all the dust and dog hair on the floor. I run it morning and evening. It works amazing!

I very much like this vacuum. It does really well. The only issue I am having is he likes to tumble down the stairs. I've set it up several times to not hit the stairs or that close to the wall. But I also wamt it to ne close to the wall too. I've chatted with the company so we'll see happens next time.

I have enjoyed my Dustin. The quiet mode does not bother my wife when she works from home. I run it every day on our hardwood floors and I have noticed a big change in the amount of pet hair. We originally planned to buy this and use our stick vacuum weekly but Dustin has done such a good job that we haven’t vacuumed the floor he is on since purchase. Very happy with my purchase.

Worth getting if it’s on sale. Does clean good. Decent battery.

Dustin has been great. I have it set up to work when I am away from home, but even if it is cleaning while I'm at home the noise is tolerable and not distracting. I have a GSD that sheds a-lot which means vacuuming daily, but now I have floors that are always clean. Also the auto empty feature is great and has been working very well. Wire recognition (or recognizing anything it could high-side on) could improve, but once I set up some boundaries to keep Dustin away from some wire messes it hasn't gotten stuck once.

Such a great product! Easy to map and get started right away. The self emptying station is a plus! Highly recommend.

Dustin is our first robot vacuum and mop; we wondered why we waited so long! The bObsweep is so easy to use and does such a nice job keeping our floors clean. The self-emptying feature makes clean up a non-issue. Customer service from the bObsweep company is top notch. They checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase.

We are enjoying Dustin so much. He does such a great job on our combination on flooring in our home. I love that he empties himself.

Not only does it have a great mapping system, it does an incredible job as a vacuum. All the hair off my husky is virtually gone from the floors, cleaner than I was able to get from my own sweeping and cleaning! Great value and ease of use

Dustin is great at helping. However he gets stuck under our door dining room table everyday. This is so annoying. If I don’t notice he needs help he will die there until the next day then stuck again. He needs better learning. Once he starts cleaning he’s good. Oh wait he’s stuck.

It seems to do the job, no issues whatsoever. Seems durable, strong suction and mopping is better than our previous. Looking good for long term mileage

Very cool and reaches so many spots. If my dog wasn't scared of it, I would use it more often. I have not figured out the mop part but it will be a game changer when i do.

This Bobsweep robotic vacuum cleaner works great and well

In the month we’ve had this vacuum, we haven’t had many issues with is operation. The only real complaint is that it gets stuck on our front doors shag rug. We have to place a couple shoes along the edge when the vacuum is running and that is enough to stop it from rolling onto the rug. We haven’t tried the mop function yet but intend to soon. We missed the three “power” settings for the vacuums suction. It’s pretty weak on the default low setting. Make sure you change it to medium or high.

I tought mop is going to do job, vacuuming is not bad.

The device operates as advertised and is easy to setup. The instructions are simple and I had it up and going in less than 10 minutes. It can be loud on high, but acceptable. We haven't used the mop feature just yet. The control phone app is pretty good, although I feel could be a bit more robust. The only thing I have noticed is it doesn't do edges as well as I would like.
