Dustin is a welcome addition to our family. It is a machine that does everything we need it to do it sweeps, it mops and even empties itself. This is my first robot vacuum so I am new to this world and it sure beats breaking out the cordless stick vac a few times a day. The ordering process at Best Buy was seamless and Dustin showed up a few days after I ordered it.

Very happy with the purchase so far. The setup was very easy and the sweeper has performed great so far. The app is easy to navigate and schedule was also easy to setup. The map created by the app is questionable but the sweeper seems navigate our house very well. I rated the value excellent because I bought on sale, not sure I would do full price for any sweeper.

Dustin does an incredible job mapping out the home floor plan and then cleaning when scheduled or on demand. The mop aspect is pretty good as well.

Works good. I like having the self emptying unit which I have not had in the past. I have not tried the mopping yet only the vacuum and it works good. Only have issues when comes off an area rug seems to leave clumps of dog hair when comes off the area rugs also seems to get stuck under my kitchen cabinets at times. But overall for the price not a bad robot at all.

Bob does an amazing job keeping my house floors clean! Attractive, sleek looks makes it not an eyesore in my living room. Operates at a reasonable sound level and easy to use. Haven’t figured out the mop setting as of yet. Not sure how that setting can be effective.

I bought a Shark Self Emptying and couldn't get it to stay connected after the first successful attempt. TBH, it was likely my crappy internet at the time. I returned it. I have an older version of bObsweep that's not wifi or self emptying and liked it, so decided to give this one a try. It was easy to setup and I love the app.

I picked this up at a DEEP discount and am still totally dissatisfied with the purchase. That navigation is haphazard, the roller constantly jams and even the self-emptying feature does not seem to work properly as things are often left in its bin. I had a cheap knockoff $99 robot vacuum without any of the tech this one boasts and was far more satisfied with its performance. We have a down stuffed couch and I have literally seen this thing run over feathers and not move them. This is with the suction turned all the way up. This vacuum is just not worth it at any price as it does a pathetic job. I have been watching it try to vacuum the same area over and over again as I write this for over 10 minutes. It has had roughly a month to learn the house and we have tried mapping the house twice to ensure proper function. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but if I can save someone from making the mistake I made in trusting the claims by this product, it will be worth it.

Coming from a non mapping roomba, I am very impressed so far with the BObsweep Dustin. I have set a schedule and it easily cleans my kitchen, dining room and living room, and always finds the base located in a discreet corner of my dining room. So far I am super impressed with the functionality of the app and how easy it is to use. Thank you for this awesome product!

Does a great job at cleaning the floors. Keeps them clean and cuts down on dusting as well if you run it often.

Works great, it'll clean the edges of the room twice to make sure the rotating brush grabs everything. Lidar works great for both mapping the room and detecting obastacles. We use it across hardwood, tiles, rugs, chair mats. Notes: - Need to refill/empty the water before/after every mop cycle. - When the bObsweep empties into the bin it is surprisingly loud.

Best investment. Ever since I have Dustin I have no need to sweep my house. He is set on a schedule and sweeps my entire house 3 times a day. And 3 additional times in places that are most trafficked. If you are wanting to have your floors always clean invest in a Dustin. You will not regret it

Extremely happy with this purchase. The setup was very easy, the app enables to monitor and manage the schedules. It is a very cost effective way and Dustin is my new home cleaning companion. Recommend this as a great product to buy and eliminate all the manual effort to clean and vacuum the home

It is definitely an upgrade from my 4 year old roomba j7. I bought because of the price and I wanted to see advancement in technology for a much lower price. I have had it only a few weeks so I can't recommend completely now but I like what I see so far.

I bought this for Myself to see if it cleans a My Clean!!! Or just Does a An ok Job!!! It gets 2 Thumbs Up for the last year, but I’m really thinking about getting another, I Love It Way Much!!!

Been using uprights for quite some time. Enjoying this so far. Doesn’t get stuck often and ifnit dies its for a legitimate reason (example, pick up a thumb tac and the roller was blocked from tirnkng). Plus the map shows you where it’s at which is nice if you have to go find it.

Fantastic robotic sweeper. This unit mapped the house properly and so far has been following the schedules we have implemented. It’s small enough to fit under the beds and getting the dust we have been missing. The first one we purchased had an issue but had no issue returning it and getting a replacement. So far would recommend this robot

This was the first robot vacuum that we adopted and brought into our home. Dustin or Dusty as we call him has been a lovely addition to our family. From unboxing to setup it was a breeze. Download the app, connect Dustin to WiFi, and off he went to start mapping out the downstairs in. So far so good and super excited to see how Dustin continues to help our home.

I purchased my Dustin on sale, and so far it’s been great. It’s easy to use and the BoBSweep has great attention to detail with the packaging, It came with everything you needed plus extra accessories. I recommend the Dustin, if I needed a second one I would have picked one up.
