This robot vacuum is packed with features and cool technology. One of the key features of this robot vacuum is its powerful suction, along with advanced navigation and mapping abilities utilizing LiDar and QSLAM technology. The robot also integrates with automation systems that include Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Setup Setup is easy and can be done intuitively through the Bobsweep app. The robot would be up and running in minutes. Integration and Automation The app is indispensable to maximize the robot’s capabilities. Not only that user can control the robot directly from the app, but user can also activate vacuuming through voice command to Amazon Alexa’s speakers or Google Assistant from an Android phone. Performance The robot features 8,000 suction power and a dual scrub mopping system for efficient cleaning. The suction power is notable as not all robot vacuums have this level of performance. Using LiDAR and QSLAM technology, the robot can identify the floor and generate a situational map of the area and objects. It’s not 100% perfect, but the performance is comparable to other robots with the same technology. The most important point here is that the robot will not slam into an object on the floor and it will follow an efficient pattern to clean the entire floor. User still needs to ensure that there are no objects lying on the floor that would obstruct the robot’s movement. How clean is the floor after vacuuming? It’s clean. The robot has done great job in picking up debris, dust and hairs. After finishing cleaning the floor, the robot will return to the base and transfer the dirt to the base station. The transferring process is quite loud. Conclusion This robot vacuum is excellent. The app is user-friendly, and its integration with Amazon and Google Assistant is a welcome addition. Above all, it cleans efficiently and delivers results as expected out of a robot vacuum.

I absolutely love this item! It is the first robo sweeper I have owned and I keep wondering why I waited so long! It is simple to get started and does a fantastic job. I have not used the mop yet, but I imagine it will be just as amazing

My Dustin is doing great, although he has some problem with localization, I was able to fix that with their amazing customer service agents. Bobsweep is a must and an amazing addition to your home!

Absolutely love Dustin work great we have 4 dogs and 3 grandchildren under 5 and 4 adults on a daily and Dustin definitely keeps up and maneuvers well avoiding running into dogs and toddlers and adults and it’s definitely not fragile because the toddlers touch it all the time lol

Hands down “Dustin” is the “big boy” of all b0bsweeps robotic “vacuum cleaner/mop” / I’d rather mop shine and work smarter with personally scheduled cleaning times & a self cleaning feature…Save time & just chill - it’ll do the rest for you ! Love it !

Dustin does an excellent job at vacuuming. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat. It runs on a daily program and picks up all the hair. The mop feature is game changer.

I wanted to experience an auto vacuum. It is a little noisy but it is doing a good job. Don’t have any cords or shoes with strings on the floor. It will be a problem. The sound when it empties is a bit unsettling. It’s loud.

Fast clean nice work ! I though it only get stuck when it cant move over n get lost when the map change too much things

It's not bad but it does not pick up crumbs that well on our floor. The sweeper part always gets stuck into something then detaches from the machine. It loses connection constantly and goes on parts we do want the sweeper to go to on the map. Not worth the price.

I just got done setting up my Dustin bot, and let me tell you, I should have bought this machine a while ago. Awesome packaging, and setup was super simple. I haf zero issues with setup.

I have owned including this one three three robot vacuum cleaners and this by far is my favorite. First of all, easy setup not difficult whatsoever. The app is very easy to follow and there was a works with Google app available on my Google home. Simply going through the basics. It does a fantastic job in my home. I have a lot of hardwood and then I have carpet in the rooms. It does a fantastic job of going up little mountains and doesn't even better job of not sucking up the runners in the hallways. Charging didn't seem to take very long and it accepted all my commands through my Google home app and of course through its own application. I was worried about wires and that doesn't seem to be something that is going to be a technological achievement or marvel by any company you have. Just got to remember to put your wires away. I look forward to setting this one day and then leaving my house. But in all fairness my house needs some fixes on the floor front. But once they're all there this vacuum is going to be more than ready to take care of it. I ran it in the common areas and my floors have never looked cleaner. I highly recommend this one. It's a fantastic product.

Great overall and solid Robo Vacuum. The initial set up took a couple of tries connecting to wifi. After that everything else so far has been working flawlessly

I have several different robotic vacuums from different makers, but the Dustin Robot Vacuum & Mop, Model: PET24-7-215, is my first bObsweep and I am impressed. I ordered this for my sister and had her come over to my house to allow her see it in action and set it up to control on her phone. Upon arrival, I opened the well packed box which contains three separate boxes - one for the Charging Station, one for Dustin the Combo Robot, and one for plentiful Accessories. The box for Dustin the Robot comes with a cute picture of a stork carrying a baby and says "Congratulations - It's a Bot!". In the Accessories box there is an announcement card proclaiming Dustin's birth, which made me smile! The Accessories box also contains a Rubber Main Brush, an extra Dust Bag, two Side Brushes (one extra), a Filter, a Cleaning Tool, four Mop Clothes, two Mop Attachments, a Warranty Card and the Owner's Manual. The Charging Bed is packed behind the boxes. Dustin comes with excellent instructions having both a Quick Start Guide and an in-depth, comprehensive Owner's Manual in the box. There are instructional stickers on the unit itself to keep one informed. On the Quick Start Guide there are several QR codes for videos that show you how to get start, how to use the bObsweep phone App, how to set up and connect to Wi-Fi and numerous Quick Tips for using and cleaning Dustin. I highly suggest you read and review these materials first to make the most out of setting-up, using and maintaining the Dustin Combo. I read and followed the Quick Start Guide to get Dustin ready for placing the units in an appropriate place and for its initial charging on the Station. First you need to remove some protective tape and blocking from both Dustin and the Charging Station. Then snap a Side Brush and two Mop Attachments onto Dustin's bottom side. Place the Charging Station in your chosen area and mount the Charging Bed's pins beneath the Charging Station lined up into the sockets. Plug in the Charging Station. Align Dustin's two metal nodes to the Station's charging plates and make contact, if done properly, the indicator light on Dustin will blink slowly showing that it is charging. Once Dustin is fully charged the indicator light is solid, follow the Quick Start Guide instructions to download the bObsweep App onto your phone, open the App, setup WiFi, enable Alexa, if desired, and click "Add Bot" on the App Home Page to begin pairing. My sister and I found all of this went quickly and smoothly due to the App being very intuitive. Then comes Mapping. Dustin did a fine job of navigating my complex floors that are busy with chair legs, throw rugs, and low furniture. Mapping is generally a relatively slow and complex process unless you select Swift Map in the App, which cuts the process down to a few minutes depending on how large and complex is your space. That is what we used. Dustin successfully mapped my floors, then returned to its Charging Station upon completion. We saved the map, then it was then ready to run a cleaning job. Dustin's App announced that it was ready to clean. My sister employed the setting that allows Dustin to return to the Charging Station and self-empty its bin and charge then resume cleaning if it cannot finish in one session. Then she set it to just vacuum the mapped area. Dustin went off and performed well following the newly saved map and remapping a few obstacles that I placed in its way. My floors hadn't been vacuumed for a couple of weeks, so Dustin did have to return to its Charging Station once in process to empty its bin and then continued vacuuming admirably. Both my sister and I were impressed at how quickly and well it navigated and cleaned. I have seen some of the other reviews of this unit and I can only think that someone did not read and follow the instructions well. If you use a complex tool incorrectly, then you can expect poor results. I emphatically recommend reading instructions closely and following instructions well to get great results. Perform regular maintenance as needed to keep your new bot up and running the way you expect. I have recommended the bObsweep Dustin Combo to friends and family.

I bought it on sale … lots of features.. the no sweep zone is definitely a plus
