Besides it took long time for delivery (10 days) we are happy with our Dustin. Setup was pretty straightforward, and it took about an hour to scan entire floor in all rooms. The good thing with scanning is that it was vacuuming at same time. It handles transition between rooms without any issues. Gets under table/ between chairs, hard floors and carpet with ease and vacuums good. Just don’t expect to be able to do anything on shag carpets, it will get stuck. We like scheduling and option to send it to clean only section, room or selected rooms. Would recommend it to the friends.

Have had a few issues with it not being able to find its home base at times, but overall, really simple and effective to use. We got it for a great deal and we're really happy about it. We haven't used the mopping feature yet, but it handles the dog hair beautifully. Additionally, customer service reached out to us to ask how the product was doing and was really helpful in answering our questions. Good product and a good company.

I have enjoyed my Dustin. The quiet mode does not bother my wife when she works from home. I run it every day on our hardwood floors and I have noticed a big change in the amount of pet hair. We originally planned to buy this and use our stick vacuum weekly but Dustin has done such a good job that we haven’t vacuumed the floor he is on since purchase. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this last time it was on sale. I like the mapping feature since my previous Shark didn't have that but it doesn't pick up as well as my Shark did and gets easily gets clogged up with pet hair.

Lots going on with this sophisticated vacuum! The mapping process is thorough and the cleaning is very effective. Very, very impressed with customer support.

This thing isn't much better than my 3 year old Shark vacuum. Definitely not worth the $300 I paid for it on the DOD and no way remotely close to worth retail. It does marginally better at not running into things but has a tendency to get itself stuck not realizing its own height. However the absolute worst thing is that this thing can't even empty into the base. The base has almost nothing in it b/c all the contents seem to clog coming out the back and I have to empty manually. Not sure if this is Bobsweep's first attempt at a base but it is a joke. My non-engineer take is that the back door has like a felt material that is "sticky" for the materials the vacuum is picking up. I will give it one more star than it should get for the app and the mapping, it is pretty cool how the mapping works, but that is the only good thing I have to say about this. I missed the BBY return window insanely busy with work so can't return but will be regretting this purchase for years.

Amazing thing, it keeps my house clean for my baby to be crawling safer!!

this is one of the best robotic vacuums ever, sweeps and mops really well, however i am leave it at a 4 stars because it’s charging takes sometime

Really good, goes all through the house, cleaning and empties and charges itself without any help.

First one I ever owned. Easysetup a d programming. So far sweeps fine have not tried mop mode.

This vacuum is great. It picks up the pet hair and keeps my house spotless. I didn't need a subscription like the iRobot. Comes with a cute little note too!+

Since i got my "Dustin" so, Dustin really work hard for me. I like it. This product can sweep and mop after sweep dust ! It's so awesome. And after service from BOBSWEEP so nice and friendly. I send email about i need help for some part. I lost it after i clean my Dustin. After i send email couple hours, i got email from Carlo Dayao about she will send that part for me next day !! Finally i got it ! I really happy to have this item and You should to get one !!

Really love how efficient it cleans and maps the house. No more have to stop our old cleaning robot to empty it. One less thing I have to worry about.

I love our Dustin! We nicknamed him Dusty! Does such a great job of vacuuming, not loud and app is wonderful!

First, I just wanted to take a moment and appropriate Bob The First We loved Bob. He wasn’t as tech savvy as Dustin. Though, he was great! What can I say about Dustin? He is very smart and logical. I enjoy watching him going such logical order when he works. For someone who is OCD, it’s just satisfying to see. He even empties his own trash bin after each time. He is great. So happy we have him in our house.

Mapping not the best software and have had better like on my last robotic app and would like to see that better

It took me a bit to get to trying Dustin as I was a little intimidated by it. I was thinking it might be difficult. I was totally wrong, it's EASY PEASY! Now, I run Dustin every few days and it does a fine job maintaining a clean floor in my kitchen, dining area, and front hallway and on into my laundry room and powder room. I'm impressed!

I ordered this on a Best Buy Deal of Day and I absolutely love it. I am not able to sweep myself and I just tell Dustin and he takes over. He does a great job sweeping and then docks to recharge and clean all the dirt out and is ready to go again. I am waiting on knee replacement surgery so he is keeping my cleaning done and I am a very happy camper.

Such a great product! Easy to map and get started right away. The self emptying station is a plus! Highly recommend.

Dustin is great at helping. However he gets stuck under our door dining room table everyday. This is so annoying. If I don’t notice he needs help he will die there until the next day then stuck again. He needs better learning. Once he starts cleaning he’s good. Oh wait he’s stuck.
