Bought "Dusty" approx. two months ago - wanted to give it time to truly test it out. We had previously purchase "Bob" and, while completely satisfied with it as well, we wanted the convenience of the auto-emptying function. I give it 5 stars for its overall ease of use, and it's thoroughness when it cleans. I was skeptical at first, as it seemed quieter that "Bob", so I stopped it before it could auto-empty, just to see what it had in there. Oh, it was thorough, alright! Very happy with the results, as the bin is full each and every run (it's also disappointing - is my house that dirty? LOL The answer is no, it's just normal day to day dust and dirt.). The one caveat - I've had to remap the house twice since we purchased, getting "localization" errors. But I truly believe it's due to us moving some furniture around, and "Dusty" has gotten confused. Once remapped, he runs flawlessly (only getting stuck once on a small carpet in the bathroom. It's features are top-notch (allowing you to set both vacuum and mopping restricted zones). Easy to launch with the app (for specific room cleaning) or - as I use it most often - telling Alexa to "start vacuuming", and off he goes!! Great product, and probably gonna buy another one as a housewarming gift for my (81yo) Mom.

I recently got the bObsweep - Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop, and I’m super impressed! It’s awesome how it vacuums and mops in one go, and the self-emptying feature is a game-changer—no more dealing with messy dustbins. My floors have never looked better, and it’s saved me so much time. Totally recommend it if you want a smart, hassle-free cleaning solution

I recently ordered Dusty and I am really happy with it. I actually have had two other popular brand of robots in the past and I gave them away after I bought Dusty. I can't wait to try the mop feature since all my floors are hardwood. I have two cats that like to leave little hairs around the house and Dusty tackles them with ease. The map feature is really cool too!

Dusty saves the day! Love the phone app which maps my rooms. I can choose a room or all-with 4 pets that’s helpful! The self emptying vacuum is wonderful(although loud for 10 seconds and the small bag). Customer service is amazing at bobsweep- valued customers unlike other companies. Dusty ( Dustin was too formal for a member of the family) does more of the sweeping than I do when I drag out the full size vacuum once a week

Dustin is a vast improvement over my previous robot vacuum. Dustin doesn’t get stuck like my old vacuum. My floors are always clean now! My only complaint is that we have three levels and sometimes Dustin gets confused because the floor plan is different. But I just erase the map and he’s all good.

I’ve owned another brand robot sweeper and this bObsweep is the best! It quickly learns any room and cleans it with precision every time. I love that it remembers its location, even if it gets bumped or is stopped during its cycle. I only with it could climb stairs and clean my grandson’s room. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

Great Product/Good Value This vacuum is very quiet, a big change from my previous vacuum that used to get on my nerves. It cleans well and the mop function comes in handy. I've had a bit of a hard time with the app, i.e. the map and dividing/joining rooms. Still working on that....l feel software could be better. See less Bvner

Thank you for the opportunity to brag on "Dustin"! Dustin is a wonderful addition to our home! He arrived in such an organized package with instructions that were easy to follow and made for quick set up!!! He is quite a tidy fellow and his instructions advised we could set him up along with Amazon Alexa, say a couple of key words, "Start Dustin" and away he goes cleaning the entire house!! He fascinates the cats! They watch his every move! The cats always make certain that Dustin has plenty to clean and pick up! Dustin never misses anything and after he has gone all over the house making certain everything is tidy, he returns to his home base and self-empties which is yet another great asset about Dustin! The cats are still a bit spooked by the noise he makes but it just makes them respect Dustin and leave him to do his job! As of yet, we have not used the mop function but are absolutely thrilled with how Dustin performs!

We love Dustin! We feel very lucky to have matched up with him and made a new life for him. Since he arrived at our home, he has been making his way around the first floor of our house, and getting to know our dog Jessie. They have a bit of a "love-hate" relationship at the moment. That being said, we LOVE him all the time. The way he just does his thing and doesn't get in the way, it's a dream come true. I will say though, that he is very attached to us and even seems to follow us around when we are home during his operation. He always has a "fun time" mapping out our home while doing a chore none of us look forward to, and when he's ready, boom he just cleans himself up, and goes right back to the fun. In summary, we LOVE Dustin way more than our last vacuum from the other company (sidenote, we named our previous vac Dusty, weird). Thank you again for allowing him to come live with us in our seaside home in Maine.

The bObsweep Dustin continues to impress us daily. Have had it for a few weeks now and it's been cleaning and mopping the whole house without problems. I love the self emptying feature as well. It makes my life easy, not continuously cleaning it as soon as it is done vacuuming. I have the app and it makes it easy to schedule when and where to mop and vacuum. I will definitely recommend this to others.

I have been very happy with the Dustin robot vacuum. Easy set-up, navigates around my kitchen/dining area very well which is what I primarily use it for, to catch all the excess dog hair from my 2 dogs. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is, wasn't sure what to expect as this is my first robot vacuum. So far it's great and I'm very happy with my purchase! Thank you for making this vacuum!

From previous experience with other similar products i didnt expect this one to performance any different . But i own 3 french bulldogs and this product has definitely amazed me not only with its mapping but also its ability to simply vacuum and clean .. i wish I would have taken a picture but the collection bin was not only extremely full but also compacted . Great product highly h recommend

Love this Dustin Bobsweep! Amazing how this works so effectively. The bobsweep app allows you to schedule cleaning on certain days and specific times. The Bobsweep returns to charging statation after sweep is completed. Great purchase! No regrets!

We love our Dustin so far! Especially how quiet it is compared to our old robot vacuum. And it is so nice to have it empty itself, especially since we have a Labrador Retriever and a long hair cat…the canister can fill up quick with all that hair! And it is great for a quick mop, not a deep clean, but still nice for those muddy pawprints.

I love my Dustin vacuum. It was extremely easy to set up and it goes on at 9 AM every morning. The mapping was so simple since the machine did all the work. It is so easy that the and start fresh when necessary. This is the best vacuum I have ever had!

This thing is powerful. It handles the fur from my husky constantly shedding his coat with ease. App is smooth and easy to use. Dustin runs quickly and doesn't require me to check up on it with his ability to empty itself. On top of that bObsweep has fantastic customer service, prompt and helpful when I have reached out.

I bought this robot vacuum because we just installed laminate flooring. It is the best purchase I have made in a long time. I have it programmed to run once a day and it empties itself so I dont even think about it. My floors are always clean.

I love Dustin! He has made my life so much easier. He’s much smarter than my previous robovac. He’s not always gettung himself into jams and beeping at me to come save him. Dustin is so much faster than the other robovac, even on medium. I need daily cleaning since I have 7 cats. Dustin keeps the floors free of cat hair. I just program him to clean every morning at 8:00.

So far I love it. Big upgrade from my first robot vacuum- a Eufy. The bObsweep has done an excellent job of mapping the house and is much more systematic in its cleaning. Love that it empties itself. The app is easy to use. Have not yet tried the mop option. Even if it didn’t have that additional feature I’d be pleased with its performance for the price I paid.

Very easy to set up, and the mobile app worked great. It is very cool to see the map it generates all on its own. After initial set up, I really don't need to worry about it anymore - it just works! I love the fact that I don't need to empty it directly too - the fact that it gets sucked up into the base station is amazing!
