This robot has been everything we were looking for. We have had multiple roombas that vacuum aimlessly through your house. The Dustin seems to clean in a way that nothing gets missed. The fact we don’t have to do anything but set the schedule and forget it is fantastic. The mapping works very well. The best quality of all is not having to empty it all the time because it holds weeks worth in the base. Overall, we are more than satisfied with this unit and will be bObsweep customers for life.

This is my vacuum bot. There has definitely been a learning curve with my Dustin. That being said, I love Dustin. The first 2-3 times using Dustin it finds things you didnt know were under your bed or couch. Also, it finds dust bunnies that can clog the bot. Not an issue just have to empty thoroughly and then ready for action. After about the third time of doing a complete cleaning Dustin is good to go now. Overall, I love how well it cleans.

DustinBot saves us the time vacuumming every night before bed. The map is great and tracks progress throughout the house. Wife love the Mop function. The solution tank seems small, but covers a lot of the square footage around the house... More than you think. It is nice to walk around with bare feet and not pick up any loose dust. Definitely recommend!!!!

It's amazing how well it covers every possible angle in the house and remembers where it has been cleaning. I've had 3 roombas before; the Dustin is better by far. It seems to be smarter and more thorough. Keep up the good work!

Love this bot! Efficient, mops and vacuums! Pet hair is no match for him! Love the app, programming is easy. I also love the customer service the bot team offers. For questions or issues they are effective, efficient and responsive. Then they do a follow up with you.

I got this for Christmas and it has been fabolous! Dustin is the new man of the house! It is so nice to come home and that part of cleaning is already done! Get it you won't regret it!

First things first…this is our 3rd bObsweep and this new version is the BEST YET!!! The easy to use app and mapping ability is top notch! Being able to control where the robot can and cannot go is AMAZING!! We don’t have to close any office, bedroom, or other doors now! And no need for the stuck down hallway barrier either. Also love that it empties itself! Doesn't run as long as our last models, but does the trick in less time!

LOVE this robot! I didn't have the highest of expectations as I've had robots in the past that have left a lot to be desired, but this leaves my floors noticeably cleaner and the self-emptying function and remote start are game changing. This has made my cleaning routine considerably easier!

I am obsessed with my new bob sweep. I set him to run daily when I am out of the house so I am never in the way. The fact that is maps out the home makes it super efficient. Its super low maintenance, I forget it's even there because I dont have to do anything. Game changer for sure! Also really excellent support if you need it (which I have with my past bob models)

I purchased my first Dustin a few months ago. I liked it so much that I bought a second one. Now I have one on each floor of my house. I haven’t used the mop function, but it works like a champ cleaning my wood floors.

So far so good. We are very happy with the results using our bObsweep. It is so nice to come home to freshly vacuumed floors. The app works great and allows scheduling of days and times to be active. It can be called out in a moments notice if something gets spilled and I can limit it to one room, one area, or the entire floor. It creates its own map of the areas it can access and seems to cover every available inch of floor space.

Dustin, who we lovingly call Feivish. has changed our lives. We have 7 children, including a 2 year old who constantly spills things, takes things out of the garbage, etc... and our entire day used to be spent cleaning up after him, every 10 minutes. Now, Feivish takes care of that for us. We view him as our 8th child, except he doesn't make the mess-- he cleans it up.

Being handicapped, it is hard for me to vacuum my house. Now I just let Orbi di it for me. It does my whole house and does a great job, then goes home and removes all it vacuumed up and sits to get recharged so it's ready for the next cleaning.

Easy to use and cleans great. Setup takes some time, but overall it works very well

I have owned this Bobsweep for a few months and love it. Dustin as we call it cleans our vinyl flooring better than when I used a dust mop. We have a dog who likes to shake and shed. Dustin takes care of all his hair and the added dust bunnies too.

Brilliant product, the vacuum does everything it's supposed to do plus some. Mapping program is best I've seen, and notifications actually work

I am so glad I made the move to purchase Dustin! It saves so much time with vacumming and mopping. I also own two Bob Sweeps and I am amazed at the dirt these vacuums pick up. It not only does well on my hard wood floors but also works fantastic on tile and carpet. My floors always look like theyre professionally cleaned. With having 2 cats this has been a game changer!

We have had the Dustin for about two months and during that time both we and Dustin have been learning. We learned how to eliminate obstacles so that the Bobsweep vacuum will be able to operate more smoothly and efficiently. During the first run through, Dustin would repeat steps and pause to evaluate often. During the second run through, it functioned more as it should, except that it missed certain areas of several rooms. But to our amazement, it then paused to think before making the journey back to the base station. Then it proceeded to retrace its steps and vacuum all the areas it missed on the first run. By the third run through, it was no longer missing anything. At this point it cleans everything in one ultra efficient jaunt. But best of all, it picks up an amazing amount of dust on each run through, far more that our highly rated upright ever did. This is an amazing product. One more thing. I have contacted support for questions a couple of times and Bobsweep support is excellent as well!

i bought this when it went on sale and i am not disappointed. It runs for approx 95 minutes and completes our entire upstairs. I had a couple issues in the first month i bought it and their support was excellent and resolved my problem right away. I would highly recommend

The BobSweep Dustin is fantastic. I have owned many other brands and this by far is the best. The mopping feature is my favorite function, it does a great job grabbing the dust off our dark laminate flooring. I would definitely recommend it.
