We previously had an iRobot that did a decent job on our large LVP floor. Take your time setting this unit up. Run it dry for the first pass to let it map. Take the time to setup your exclusion zones after the first map so that a wet mop won't try to go on the carpet. The first time you run it with the mp watch it and adjust your exclusion zones as required to dial it in. After that just make sure you keep anything that will get in the way off the floor when you run it. The irobot seldom got tangled in a way that it couldn't get out of on the tassles on our entry rug but this does. :( Both units don't like the wires from our powered recliners. So, we had to exclude those areas too. Once we got it dialed in I think it does a decent job. Don't expect perfection on your first mop and make sure the floor is well vacuumed first because the micro fiber attachment for mopping is very small. I expect its only intended to get light residue off the floor. A couple passes a week and your floors should be good to go. Its not a human. So, don't too much but I think its an overall quality device. I would like to see the next generation do a better job of understanding what its approaching and to make adjustments to avoid tassles and shoe laces and things like that. Really not a bad unit overall. Seems good quality. Self empty works well

So far so good! Partner recently bought a house and wanted one and his birthday was right around the corner! This worked out great. He loves that he can access everything in the app, that there’s different suction levels/settings, it’s self emptying, it’s like any other roomba and does get caught on clutter like puppy toys or other miscellaneous items.

(WWW) Works Wonderfully Well !! Simple instructions enabled my wife and I to put "Dustintime" together. (Our nickname for our little friend). Downloaded the App, did the necessary and away it went, First mapping it's terratory and then sweeping up dust and dirt. In notime it had covered our street-level 6 room house, including Living Room, 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room. And we had to do nothing but sit back and watch as it did it's thing. We looked at each other, nodded and agreed, Money well spent

Purchased it because are old one was just way out of date , best purchase I’ve made in a long time. It picks up everything and very east to set up and operate

The bObsweep Dustin robot has been an upgrade from our previous robot vacuum. It was easy to connect to the app and set up. We have had no issues using Dustin with the app's wireless features thus far. It's so easy to start the vacuum using my phone and to send it to its dock early if necessary. It cleans our hardwood floors and carpeted areas great. We were able to set up no-sweep zones to keep Dustin from going into a couple bedrooms, which works nicely. It is so much quieter and more efficient than our other vacuum. I would recommend Dustin and have no regrets from our purchase.

Dustin is the best. He cleans hardwood floors & carpet extremely well. He works fast also, does apprx 3000sq ft in an hour 40 mins. Would recommend

I very much like this vacuum. It does really well. The only issue I am having is he likes to tumble down the stairs. I've set it up several times to not hit the stairs or that close to the wall. But I also wamt it to ne close to the wall too. I've chatted with the company so we'll see happens next time.

So far we like our Dustin Bobsweep, it has good suction and I like that I can adjust it on the app to make it stronger if needed. I also like how Dustin will return to the charge station on its own when battery is low. The self emptying feature is great as well and I like how I can choose how often it empties from the vaccum to the dirt compartmen. I am torn if I like the use of a bag because it helps to contain the dirt better when putting into trash can but it's is also another expense to have. I have not tried the mop yet so not sure how well it does.

We really like our new BobSweep vacuum We have ours programmed to vacuum our kitchen every other night & to vacuum the entire house twice a week. It is pretty quiet.

Pros: - works well as a vacuum but I haven't tested the mop - good mapping/awareness capabilities under most conditions but haven't tested stair sensing - easy maintenance/ease of use - nice features and capabilities in app Cons: - roller brush gets covered in long hair easy causing it to not pickup dirt without the bot realizing there's a problem - obstacles at about the height of the bottom of the bots front face sometimes slip under so it continues forward and almost gets stuck while slowly damaging said obstacle over time - app requires wifi

Bought while it was on sale and so far it had definitely been worth it. I was skeptical about performance and value after reading some of the other reviews but my curiosity got the best of me. So far I have no issues to report. The app is easy enough to use, and its great for keeping up with spilled cat litter in our bathroon, the dirt I track in from my construction job, and whatever day to day crumbs and debris ends up on the floor in the kitchen. I mostly run it on hardwood floors where it performs well but was really impressed with how much cat hair it pulled from our carpeted bedrooms as well. Its not going to totally replace our larger vacuum but it has dramatically reduced how frequently we need to break it out. Not sure if Id be quite as impressed if I had purchased it at its full price but as the first robot vacuum I’ve purchased I’ve really enjoyed having it.

Dustin is amazing. I love him so much he does everything I don’t feel like doing which is sweeping and mopping and emptying itself. My baby always touching it and make it go off and it puts itself back. This things is amazing and I highly recommend it.

So far Dustin has been ok. Setting it up and getting the app to work took a bit and wasn't as easy as it should have been or claimed to be, eventually got it going and it's fine now. It mapped the house pretty quickly and accurately. Biggest gripe is that the sweeper bit gets stuck and detaches pretty easily under mats and rugs, so I frequently have to stop it to flip it upside down and re-attach the sweeper. Sometimes Dustin has a hard time docking himself, he'll get close to his charge pad and then takes forever to back up into his spot akin to a newbie driver trying to parallel park for the first time. Dustin is not too loud unless you put the vacuum power to high. Have not tried the mopping feature yet. Have only ran it a few time and my floor isn't that dirty so I cannot comment on how good or not it actually vacuums up stuff Can't give Dustin 5 stars because for the price, I expect absolute perfection.

We've had our bObsweep - Dustin for a couple of weeks. I was surprised at how quickly it learned the floor plan of our house. It vacuumed thoroughly and mopped the hardwood floors well. It's definitely a time-saver. The only two drawbacks that we have experienced are the hight of the extra piece that keeps it from fitting under furniture and the need to swap out the mopping feature with the vacuum feature.

The vacuum works really well. It moves good over carpet. Eliminates the need for us to sweep as often. It maps out the house and gets better at navigating with every clean. I’d say the only downside is mine got stuck on a mat in the kitchen but thats more so just due to od angles and the fridge sticking out and blocking its escape.

I love this vacuum! It is easy to set up, and once set up, you just tell it to start. It is really impressive how well this little machine cleans up. I highly recommend Dustin!

I love my Dustin. He is, hands down, the most impressive robovac I’ve seen or used. I no longer have to go save my robovac from constantly getting stuck and beeping for me to come readjust his position. I have Dustin programmed to clean every morning at 8:00. No issues. I have 7 cats and he keeps up with the cat hair. He is FAST, even on the medium setting. The auto dust bin is amazing. The capacity is huge. I still haven’t needed to change out the bag, and it’s been several days. I can’t wait to use the mopping capability.

I have had Dustin for about a month now and I absolutely love it! I have a large single story home with stone flooring, 3 bedrooms with carpet and several area rugs. Dustin has been able to adjust to each type of floor and vacuum them perfectly.  Set up was easy on my smart phone though I am still learning using the function to designate individual rooms for Dustin to clean.  After telling my daughter and a friend about Dustin, they too have ordered their own Dustin! I highly recommend this vacuum for any floor types.

This is a 5 STAR product! It's all around amazing! This little Dustin Robot will mop your floor and clean up small amounts of dust and dirt on your floor all through the app. Map out your floors and watch it clean where and when you want it to clean. Plus, I got it on sale after seeing it on other websites for over $800!

I love the fact that I can now sit back and relax while my newfound love (Bobsweep) takes care of my floor. I love the fact that it is so easy to set up and it never bumps into anything at all in the house. Super smart robot vacuum.
