Dustin is actually our first robot vacuum. I was always spectacle on how well they work. When we saw a steep sale at Best Buy. We decided to go for it. So far we have been pleasantly surprised by how well it works. In fact, if we have another opportunity, we will probably get a 2nd one for our top floor. It's very accurate on where it goes, avoiding obstacles and how it detects different rooms. On it's very first go, I couldn't believe how much it picked up. To be honest, I'm not sure where it was finding it! Apparently I don't get to the spots it was getting to with regular vacuuming. The dustbin is definitely a plus. This is a "set it and forget it" situation. Very happy with my purchase and any time I can save during the day, is a big plus for me. Would definitely recommend it!

The Dustin robot vacuum is far superior than the original iRobot. This vacuum cleaner knows what to do, how to do it and knows how to dock itself without problems. Unlike the iRobot that I have, the Dustin can actually get itself off of my barstoolls, where the iRobot could not. Highly highly recommend bObsweep Dustin. Now I can spend my time actually cleaning my house rather than going around and helping the iRobot out, that thing was constantly getting stuck, but not Dustin, Dustin is great! .

I only have hardwood floors on the level that is using this and one throw rug but I’d say it performs really well and I’ve yet to get any error during a cleaning sense inhave set it up. It mapped the location accurately, and then seems to clean very efficiently. This is significantly better than I expected it was going to be. when it comes to the mopping as long as you’re not looking for a deep clean it will at least get light dirt off of your hardwood or tile. the best way to think about the usefulness of bObsweep Dustin is it provides light maintenance every day to the area it’s cleaning and you can probably get away with a more intensivemopping two or three times a month because I’ve definitely noticed how much cleaner my floors are every day.

Dustin was one of the best robotic vacuum cleaners I had. It is very easy to use and quite. It creates a map of your house and you can clean by room or area. Great buy!

Ever since I got Dustin it’s been such an amazing help. I work at a warehouse for 10+ hours a day for five days a week and I don’t have time to do my day-to-day chores and Dustin comes in handy because he does everything for me by the time I get home, my house is clean. I’m just so glad I made that decision to buy Dustin because it’s honestly changed my life for the better not only does a vacuum, but it mops and honestly the mopping is so good I thought originally when I bought this that I was gonna have issues with the mop but no, it’s been amazing. I’m so convinced that it was the best money I could’ve spent .

Ever since we bought the Bobsweep Dustin i was amazed how easy it was to set up and run. It even works with our Alexa ecosystem. I amazed what it picks up every day! Happy with the purchase and so is the wife!

Hi,     I just wanna say I am so glad I made this purchase.  This machine is incredible, amazing how advanced this technology has gotten.  The first go around it read my home than after that, pure magic.  This little unit goes around and cleans with perfection.  I admit it takes sometime to get use to it but then it's a breeze.  The new update it received gives the option of comanding Dustin to empty itself out, thats a plus. Dustin is awesome!

Love the feature that we can set areas to avoid on the map and that it empties itself. We have 2 German Shepherds as well and it collects a lot if hair. Great choice, would definately purchase again.

This bObsweep was an upgrade from my previous automated vacuum. I have 2 young children at home, so occasionally the Dustin likes to try to eat toys, but the sensors on it are amazing and it immediately stops and notifies my phone. The vacuum is great at finding it's home to charge. We also have a dog that visits that has long hair (a lab) and the vacuum does great with all the hair this dog loses! I have long hair, and often have to clean out the brushes on other vacuums because of how long my hair is - so far, three months in I have not had to do that! I have wood floors, so have not used the mopping function, but if it is anything like the vacuum function, I am sure it is amazing!

I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I’m very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. Dustin has been a great time saver not requiring me to have to sweep on a regular basis.

OMG! I cannot describe how happy I am with this little robot. It is just perfect. The options for schedule, cleaning, levels, the mop or vaccum option. It's super smart. Mapped out my apartment perfectly. Love the self empty option. Loud, but efficient. And it's just for a few seconds, nothing I can't tolerate. My pets don't mind it at all. I love the thought that I will come home to a clean floor everyday. Great creation, super steal when I bought it and just overall satisfied with this little guy. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

We bought Dustin about 6 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. We’ve owned two Roomba vacuums before and this one blows them away. Dustin’s mapping system is awesome and the way it vacuums in the back and forth pattern does a complete vacuum job where the Roomba patterns never for the whole areas cleaned. The ability to schedule it for specific rooms or to avoid rugs and other things is awesome! I saw other reviews that said you can only buy parts directly, but looking at the website, they are very reasonable. I recommend buying this vacuum!

My first impressions of my ultravision were postlitive. I like the speed of the Cleaner and the fact it doesnt run into everything all the time. The app needs some love though... Very clunky feeling. And not smooth. For example There was no way easy to cancel in the middle of the session (we wanted it to go back Home.. It would just Pause). I wish we could pick multiple rooms Versus one Or all options. The suction power was not as good as our old Shark unit....so we returned it and never bothered with the mop function

We have been using our Distin Robot for about two months now. It has been very efficient in mapping out the house and cleaning. When the robot has to recharge it returns to base, recharges and then resumes where it left off. It has integrated seamlessly with our Alexa and we can operate remotely through the app. Really enjoy that it empties automatically at every return to base. We have been very pleased with it. We've owned other brands and so far this one is operating the best.

This is my first robotic vacuum, and I couldn't be happier. I had some questions when I first set it up. Their customer service (Gabe) is amazing and very patiently answered all my questions. I did have a problem with the wet mopping, but Gabe went through a few questions with me and ultimately sent me a new dust bin. I am now happily vacuuming and mopping. I am a 69 yr. old non tech saavy woman. Set up was extremely easy and scheduling vacuuming and mopping is very easy.

This is hands down the best robotic vac out there. The suction power is amazing and the app is very easy to navigate. Plus you can set up schedules and control it directly from my phone. The dirt bin compartment isn't very big on the machine, but that doesn't matter because the container it can empty into is huge. It does an extremely good job on my house, and has been a life saver for my back. I highly recommend this product and have already convinced a couple of our friends and family to purchase it!

Dustin has been a new addition to our family since October 13, and the past two weeks have been the most enjoyable in our new house since he has joined our team! We have two dogs and two cats that are not fond of the hot Florida weather, so hair has always been an issue, and sweeping was a daily chore that took up a lot of time. Dustin has saved us so much time in upkeep, plus keeping allergy issues down, that we have made him an official member of the Cunningham household! We thank you for a wonderfully designed product that is so durable and easy to use.

We are extremely impressed with Dustin. We have always wanted a robotic vacuum but we’ve been hesitant to buy one. We are so happy with how well he works and enjoy watching the methodical way Dustin works around the whole house. We wish we would have bought one years ago but I’m sure they probably would have not been as effective as Dustin. I love my Dustin - I have 3 dogs and luckily I'm able to maintain the tumbleweeds of fur! Customer service is friendly and responds promptly. I love the option to map out the house and be able to close out areas that doesn't need the vacuuming. The mop option is also nice - have only used it in a small area so far. Would highly recommend for those that have furbabies or want to just have a little assistance with the vacuuming and mopping!
