This vacuum is great. The mapping of rooms is so easy and when we put our Christmas tree up, it was easy to adjust. I would highly recommend this.

For my first time buying a robot sweeper, I am not disappointed. This machine is awesome, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Suction is terrible. Mapping in theory is cool but the vacuum cleans partial rooms then chrages and then cleans partial again but never the whole room. App is stupid and archaic

Dustin is an excellent home assistant, easy to set up, a little noisy, but collects dust and hair from the dog. Excellent purchase.

Almost new and it doesn't work, first of all, i have to sweep the whole house before ibset loose the robot vacuum, i have both, carpet (very low burlap carpet) and tiles, i sweep everything and put away everything and move all furniture and the floor lamps and decoration to the place tha match the floor map in the software, 2nd the mop function doesn't do a thing but leave a water trail behind it, the tiles are still dirty, 3rd now remember I already swept, 90% of my loose hair, the dog hair has already been picked up, but the roller still manage to get tangled with dog hair and my hair, when I attempted to clean the roller found out that is not an easy task, if you want to get to the right and left side of the roller you have to unscrew the part over the roller, not an easy tast since the screws are so tiny that you cant find a screw driver small enough, I found one, the tiny screw disappeared from my night stand almod immediately, never to be found again,

I regret buying the Bobsweep robot vacuum. it’s hands down the worst vacuum I’ve ever used. Two years ago, I bought a random Chinese knockoff for just $45, and somehow, it performs way better than this expensive disappointment. Let’s start with the app. Oh. My. God. It’s beyond disgusting easily one of the ugliest, most counterintuitive apps on the App Store. How did a company this big approve something so poorly designed? It lacks basic features that even budget vacuums have. Functionally, Bobsweep is just as frustrating. My cheap Chinese vacuum stops when lifted Bobsweep doesn’t. My $45 vacuum finds its charging dock effortlessly Bobsweep can literally miss the hub and wander aimlessly for 10 minutes, even when I place it on the base. I genuinely hate this robot. My cheap, no-name vacuum runs circles around it. I’m ditching Bobsweep and going back to my trusty knockoff. What a waste of money.

very great, kept our dogs hair cleaned up with ease. setup was a breeze and the price was great!

The only issue that the MAP gets deleted every time, i have to map the house again and again

So far this was a bad purchase. The small spin falls off when it moves from one room to rhe other(all hardwood so carpet isnt the issue) and the self emptying process has never worked since i set it up. Im giving it another 4 daya then takinf it back if i cannot trouble

It doesn’t pick up everything. So of the smallest things the unit will bypass it 3 times and not pick up.

These are great…if you can get them to work! I am in a wheelchair, so my kids had this sent to me. It took them 18 days to get over to my house to set it up for me. I cannot reach the floor to do it myself. UNUSABLE OUT OF THE BOX! The vacuum WILL NOT stay connected to wifi after each vacuum! It has disconnected on me for the 3rd time today. The only way to reconnect is to uninstall app, reinstall the app again, set up a new vacuum and reconnect using Bluetooth pairing. You have to be able to do this on the machine itself while it is on the charger. Since I cannot do that. I went to return it. Low and behold, evidently I am 3 days outside the return window! 15 days only! I didn’t even get to try it by then! So now what?!?!?! My daughter also purchased one for herself and hers does seem to work ok. So go ahead. Maybe you’ll get lucky? If not, be sure to get it in within the 2 week window. RIDICULOUS!

So far so good as of now, it’s doing the job properly and the price discount is worth it

Best little cleaner. Gets all the pet hair up. Buying another for upstairs.

I haven’t set this up yet. But I’m really excited! I have a roomba but looking forward to see how this one works
