Dustin is the greatest! I purchased another brand that cost me over $800 and to be quite honest I like the bObsweep Dustin a lot better. It gets closer under my counters in the kitchen, around table legs, edges of rooms and knows when not to fall down stairs as it has sensors. It maps your house and the app is simple to use. Quiet. Self-empties. Perfect! For the sale price I paid it's definitely worth it and in fact we have 3 of these now. They all work like a charm! Highly recommended!

I wanted extra help with household chores. This robot cleans, vacuums and mops on a regular schedule by using the APP to provide instructions. The robot has made my life a whole lot easier as I can do other things and leave the vacuuming to my new best friend.

I upgraded from a different brand as it was showing its age. For the price, the features on here were great. It does not need a separate item to avoid stairs, it knows! It seems to be a lower profile as well as it does not get stuck where my previous one did. I have had it for a few weeks but have not tried the mop feature yet. I have 2 cats so pet hair removal was the main reason for purchasing. The suction that clears out the vacuum very well, it has not clogged. It is a little noisier than my previous vacuum but that doesn't bother me as I scheduled for when I am most likely not home. The mapping is easy to use on the app for zoning non mop/sweep areas. It did not take long to go throughout my three rooms to create a map.

Our first robot vacuum and we are impressed. The mapping features of the Dustin are incredible and combined with the app it’s a breeze to use. It’s very easy to create no sweep zones and lines with the app and once you have your map setup, it is easy to create schedules. We run ours on the medium setting so it will cover the whole home on one charge so it doesn’t always pick up every crumb. But on a daily or semi daily schedule it keeps the floors clean. It transitions from hardwood, to tile, and area rugs with no problem. We haven’t used the mop feature (like to use a little more than just water) but my wife seems happy coming home to clean floors.

We LOVE DUSTIN, although we have renamed him Alice, like the Brady Bunch Housekeeper. Anyway! After a learning curve, I have scheduled Alice (Dustin) to vacuum our home 3 times a week. that way She doesn't have to work as hard (like me) while cleaning. We have a cat that is very curious about the new family member. Alice gets all the fur and when our kitty tracks litter, i can even spot clean between vacuums. I also love the fact that even when I 'm at work, i can see on the vacuum days where Alice is and the history of cleaning, i like that there is a trouble log so I know where Alice is if she gets into trouble. I had her vacuum our closet (she CAN see through walls and knew there was another place that needed cleaning) I'm glad that i made the robot leap. Alice (Dustin) is VERY appreciated! Terrific! BoB is truly amazing. It has been a great addition. The setup was awesome fast and easy. This is my second (upgrade) Bob purchase and I can't be more happy. This Bob comes with 'the cleaning person' after Bob's done cleaning the house. The self emptying feature is fantastic. BoB was able to map the entire floor in the first go. It reaches every corner and the design is great. The spinning brushes pull-in stuff and leaves the house sparkling clean. After a couple runs I can see BoB is fully aware of layout and has picked up the pace in cleaning. The app is fantastic. the ability to map rooms, no-sweep zones (different shapes) and select specific areas to clean makes it top of line. I would certainly recommend Bob over the overpriced brands.

I love my Dustin robot vacuum with all my heart! It is an indispensable assistant in my house. It takes it literally 30-40 minutes to completely vacuum a 1-room apartment. The usage is very easy; just follow the attached instructions. It works incredibly well, cleaning the floor exceptionally. It has a very convenient spot-cleaning function if you need to clean a specific area. You can easily exclude areas on the map that don't require cleaning. It's practically noiseless, except for the moment when it cleans itself at the base. It's very persistent; if it encounters an obstacle, it still tries to clean that area with all its might. It takes up very little space and has a utility water tank. It comes with 2 floor-cleaning cloths, a replaceable brush, and a cleaning brush. I absolutely love it!

I generally do not leave feedback for purchases. But!! We have had Dustin up and running for about 1 week now and I have to tell you it was the best purchase ever. My floors are continously clean and spotless! We love the mapping and being able to create no vacuum or no mop zones for carpeted areas of the house. It has been a huge game changer in our household! From it being so thorough bc it is actually smart and maps where it goes and never missing a spot, to being able to send him to do a specific room to adding a 5 sec mop attachment to shine the floors to the self emptying into a bag! It cannot make life any more simple. I can never go back or live without one. Thank you for bringing Dustin to the market and now into our home! ❤️

So far so good!! We have had this about 3 weeks now, and so far we are really enjoying it. It is working really well to pick up the dog hair from our 3 dogs, and all the other dirt the track in. The app is really easy to use, and once it maps your house, it is really easy to control the cleaning in different areas. I also really like that you can adjust the strength of the suction from low, medium, to high. The high setting is a little loud but definitely works best for those troublesome, high traffic areas. I LOVE that it self empties, and you can set that interval as well. Self-emptying is a must have with pets. So glad we bought this!!

I was very skeptical based on having another brand years ago. The set up was very easy and the app is just as simple. I did the initial mapping which took about an hour. It did a light cleaning during. It made a lot of noise which I later found was larger plastic pieces it found but otherwise was not very loud. Once it docked, it made some odd noises. I then found out the dirt bin was completely full and clogged. After reading online, I changed the power setting to high which increased the suction and corrected that issue. I’ve only tried the mop one time so far and it was decent. I’ll try some other liquids to see how they work. Overall, I am very happy so far.

Honestly, I never really paid attention to small robot vacuums but then the hair from all three cats in the house was starting to get suffocating. I tried to buy a small, handheld vacuum, but that didn’t help much. Not sure why but the bObsweep looks so attractive on the website so I decided to pull a trigger and I bought it. Needless to say it made my life is so much easier now I don’t have to sit around and manually clean everything, bObsweep which I called Precious by the way, does it all for me now. The app is very easy to use and the instructions are very easy to understand and execute. The technology and the powerhouse is just amazing and knows not to go out ledges, and when it is stuck on ledge, it ramps up the power and quickly gets out of it. It’s amazing.

My first impressions of this robot vacuum were very positive. As a previous owner of 2 other robot manufactures, I can say that there a few intelligent design points of this bObsweep that do do not exist on others. The brilliance of backing the vacuum into the doc to expel the dirt more efficiently is such a simple yet effective method. The app is also very easy to use compared to other robot vacuums with a color scheme that does not exist with competitors. Dock bag is also larger with the ability to go longer before replacing. Having the mopping reservoir built into the dirt cup, instead of a separate tank, had me initially concerned as to the volume to be held by each. However, since the dirt cup is emptied upon returning to dock there is no issue there. As for the mopping, it is able to complete my entire living mobbable space, which is approximately 400 square feet, while only using half a tank on medium mop mode. The only issue I have had thus far is the layout/design of my apartment appears to prevent mopping of my bathroom. The bedroom is a no-mop zone because it is carpeted, where as the room outside of the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom are floor. The robot does not pass through the bedroom to mop the bathroom. I assume this is due to the fact that because the robot is using a microfiber cloth to clean and mop floors, that it would not physically be able to navigate over carpet or could get caught on the carpet.

This thing is a cleaning monster. It empties on its own too, I haven't used the mop feature but In terms of cleaning on tile and low carpet it does great! The bag is also huge and it comes with replaceable parts which is a HUGE plus for me!

79+ year old male with neck and back arthritis. I used an electric push sweeper for years and always straned my back. The Bob Orb- I vacuum robot has been a god send. I really like the automatic emptying feature and how quite it is when vacuuming. You know when it empties as it makes a swoosh noise. When my wife ask me to sweep the flooe, I say “yes dear”, press the start button on my iPhone , lift my recliner foot rest and Bob does the work. Quick nap is another extra.

Great Smart Vacuum – Low Maintenance and Powerful! The bObsweep Dustin makes cleaning so much easier. The self-emptying dock is amazing — I can go weeks without touching it. It maps my rooms accurately and cleans hardwood and rugs really well. The mop is decent for light cleaning, though not deep scrubbing. It’s quiet, easy to control from the app, and keeps my floors spotless with minimal effort. Perfect for busy households!

Looking for a robot vacuum and came across bObsweep-Dustin. Living with a Golden Retriever, I was concerned Dustin would not do the job but I was pleasantly surprised at the job it did. The self mapping feature is great as I don't have to move everything out of it way. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been really impressed with how well the BopSweep Dustin performs overall. The cleaning power is excellent, especially when it comes to pet hair — it picks up a surprising amount every time it runs. The mapping features are also a huge plus; it navigates my home efficiently and rarely misses spots. However, I’ve had one ongoing frustration: the self-emptying base doesn’t always work correctly when the unit docks. I’m currently troubleshooting the issue, but it seems to happen most often when I move the base to a different location. When the auto-empty feature fails, it defeats one of the main conveniences of having a robot vacuum. Aside from that annoyance, it’s a great machine and does the job well. If the self-emptying reliability gets improved, it would easily be a 5-star product.

I recently purchased Dustin as an upgrade from the bobpro. I had positive experience with bobsweep before so going for it. The first time setting Dustin up was easy. He quickly vacuumed the house and mapped it at the same time. Remember to use the option to change the strength of vacuuming, and mopping. For a 1000sqft apartment, he would take ~40 mins to go through, and clean it effectively. What better is he can find his base to charge without a problem! The whole experiment is amazing. I am very happy with Dustin.

The most and best thing I love about Dustin is that he leaves my floor looking sparkling clean.He vacuums up my birds lil seeds crumbs so perfect .Definetly recommend Dustin bought him at a very good price too.
