1. During setup I have had to contact customer support via email. I must say this is the most responsive and helpful customer service I have found in last few years. 5 stars. 2. My eary issues were internet issues in my home. Now fixed. 3. We have cleaned four times and it does very good job except for nears kiickplates in kitchen. Overall we are happy with this purchase

I love my new Dustin BobSweep! The battery life lasts a very long time compared to other products I've used! It is quiet and picks up dirt, dust and hair wonderfully! It is also very easy to clean! The automatic empty bag is very convenient which does not require as much cleaning as previous sweepers. Very satisfied!

It works well ... but just like every vacuum, it is no match for my wife's hair. I have to tend to the brushes weekly and it often doesnt propery empty properly without manual intervention ... lots of hair clogs the tiny port on the back. I run it 3 times a week and the floors alway look nice.

Has the ability to save three independent maps, which is important to me because I have a three story house. Each floor must take a single map. I can do the basement without a map, which also works fine because it's not complex. Be prepared to spend some time prepping your space (picking up everything off the floor and moving furniture aside sometimes) in order to run this effectively. Also expect to spend some time doing basic maintenance on it, depending on how dirty your place is. Sometimes gets stuck in ways that I think it should recover on its own. Occasionally gets confused and "warps" to another place on the map that's not correct, leaving it unable to recover until you force it to start over. The mop feature basically drags a wet cloth over the surface - it is not "deep" cleaning at all. This is a handy thing to use, but not a substitute for elbow grease. Probably not worth full price, but if you can wait out one of those discount specials, it could be worthwhile.

Was curious as to whether other reviews were legit or not due to the huge discount that I received by catching it on sale but decided to take a chance. Ive owned a Shark vac mop and a roborock S5 max. The shark was a pain, it would constantly get stuck and was very slow and was not a huge fan of the app. The roborock had a much better app but also seemed to have weird glitches fairly often. The bobsweep has been great for the first week that weve used it. It makes a very accurate map, similiar to roborocks, i assume the lidar is what makes the difference. Our floors have never felt so clean. With the mop attachment it seems to almost break it, it gwts confused as soon as we hook that up, like it doesnt know where it is or where to go and will just sit in one spot looking around which makes a mess. If the mop feature worked as well as the vacuum it would be a no brainer 5 stars but until then its a 4. Hopefully they will have an update that fixes this.

I have owned other robotic vacuums and this is by far the best. I have two Labrador Retrievers and they shed like nothing you have ever seen. My husband actually noticed that the floors have been fur ball free for the past couple of days last Saturday. I’ve been running “Dusty” everyother day when we are at work. Honestly, being able to set a schedule is fantastic. I can barely remember to put a bra on in the morning so being able to plan ahead is really appreciated. The mop feature works great for rainy days, like we have had the past week. No more wet paw prints all over the flooring. I love the fact that it empties itself and I have only pulled out the “big” vacuum once in the past week. You won’t regret this purchase!!

I bought these for Christmas gifts for my dad and my mom. I tested my mom's out before I took it over and it did a really good decent job although I did not test too big of an area. My dad called after they hooked up theirs and told me how impressed they were and that it was doing a great job. Although they had not tried the mopping feature yet. My dad is in his 80s and has a big house with hardwood floors and is always trying to sweep and mop so I was very excited that I can give him a gift finally that would be so helpful and he's one of the people that have everything he needs so this turned out to be one of the first yes I've given him that he's actually used. I decided to buy these after buying a debot for myself and was impressed by mine which was much more expensive but I also have little kids and more needs so this turned out excellent for the needs of my parents.

We love our Dustin! We have 2 dogs. One is an Aussie with long hair that sheds constantly. This vacuum gets it all without scaring the dogs. It is very quiet. The app is great and it is satisfying to watch the progress on the map. The only negative is the mop feature. It is more of a duster than a mop. For us that works because we live in the desert and dust piles up like crazy. Overall it is worth the money.

I love Dustin. He does a great job and the app is fun to use. I love watching Dustin on the app as he goes from room to room. It amazes me that he can go between chair legs. I'm so glad that I made this purchase. I found out that you can download the app even if you have 5 GHz. Just call your provider and ask for a guest split of 2.4 GHz. There are a lot of options on the app. You can change the size of each room. Separate rooms and even add labels to name a few.

I’ve bought a Bobsweep for each level of my home, and they’ve transformed my cleaning routine. I was never impressed by the robot vacuums my friends and family have had over that last several years. They seemed like a problematic child or pet. We have a dog that sheds a lot, so we have a habit of manually vacuuming daily. That has all changed after a week of using Dustin! So much valuable information is shared in the app: history of each cleaning including mapping and time spent, ability to modify the cleaning zones, ability to clean certain areas, battery and charging status, Google Assistant support, ability to increase the sucking power, and so much more! In its out of box state, it didn't pick up the dog hair like I wanted, but noticed setting the app to max power does the trick. Luckily i played around in the app to see that ability. Most reviewers are probably missing it. I enjoy watching it overcome some complicated situations too. I have a 900sqft apartment. According to the app, it vacuums almost 400 in about 36min with 30% battery left since I have areas blocked off, like the king bed, living room furniture, etc. While it could go under our stuff with ease, I blocked it to make the cleaning time shorter and for it to return to base with more battery left (vs 500 sqft at 50+ min with battery about 15%). The physical product manual in the box is top notch, for its rare for companies to put a lot of detail and pretty pictures inside it. Everything about the vacuum and dust bin feels high quality to match its price. I already love it and haven't even gotten a chance to test its Mopping abilities yet. Highly recommend if your on the fence and able to afford it.

This is our 3rd generation of BobSweep. When Dustin arrived my son and I were so excited. We have been using this product since my son was born. He now is 4 years old and still loves talking to it. The new generation Dustin is great, and very quiet. Cleans super fast. It literally took one cleaning to figure out the house and won't miss a spot. This one mops also, whaaaa I love it:-) self-emptying feature is an icing on the cake. Now, I can actually watch TV and have Dustin clean and I won't hear it. I am a fan

This product works so well, I can finally say my house is always clean. It exceeded my expectations and it is very easy to program. You can select which area(s) to clean, when to clean, at what power level, and so on. Unlike my old Roomba, which often got stuck in places and was loud, this bObsweep is 100 times better. You don't normally get a product with so many features that is easy to use and works perfectly. Also, the ap offers updates so you'll always have the latest programming.

Does everything it said it would do. Never got hung up on any furniture. Did have a problem with mouse sticky trap. Couldn't be more pleased. thought it would not do well in my house because it is so cluttered, but it has performed flawlessly. amazed at how much it has picked up.

Excellent bargain sale deal, comparing with irobot this is very fast, much more clean and vaccum very small details and with very little noise

The Dustin is an amazing vacuum. The room mapping, and obstacle avoidance systme work really well. I have owbed a few other robot vacuums, but none come close to this one. Obviously the general sweeping works well, but i was even more impressed wirh the mopping function. Also, the self clean system makes this as effortless as possible. I highly recommend this vacuum, you will not be disappointed.

Dustin (Bob) has been a game changer in our house. We own a cat and a dog and have always had trouble keeping up with the amount of fur they shed. Now, 3 days a week Bob keeps our floors clean. We have it set up to vacuum the entire first floor while we are at work. This includes mostly hardwood floors with some area rugs. The suction power has been set to medium which seems to work well. Low power didn't work too well for the amount of fur and crumbs we have. The first time we used it we didn't think it was going to vacuum around the baseboards. Bob eventually did these after he did the main part of the floor. We tried the mop feature and it worked ok. It does leave streaks on the floor but we have only used it once. To be honest, we are pretty particular about mopping the floors. In all, I think Bob has been a good investment keeping up with crumbs and fur on the floor which we don't usually have time for during the week. The app was a little tricky to set up but come to find out, I had the incorrect model selected in the app. Once I figured that out, the rest was a breeze.

You NEED Dustin in your life! My wife and I have HATED cleaning our tile floors for years. No matter how many times we swept, vacuumed, and then mopped, our feet were always feeling dirty. Well, no more! Since Dustin joined us we have been enjoying clean feet thanks to the clean floors he leaves. Mapping takes a little while, but the battery is beyond impressive. It was able to do 2200 sf in one session, all while being incredibly accurate. Compare this to our old random room robots that could only do one room at a time, poorly at that, this thing is a STEAL! I work from home multiple days a week. While my wife is out, I set Dustin on his way while I work away. She comes home and I look like the hero who cleaned the house. We haven't had much experience with the mopping portion yet. I told my wife that since we are so impressed with his smart mapping and depth of cleaning, we are keeping him whether he can mop or not. As you are doing, I made sure to read the reviews before purchasing. With that in mind, I leave you with this; What are you waiting on? Get a Dustin in your life!

We have an old vacuum robot that we’ve had for years and finally decided to upgrade and boy has it been a major improvement! The app is fairly easy to use (though it did take some time to figure out), but the cleaning itself is easy, easy to map out, vacuum in great, the mop feature is good (nothing fancy, but better than no mop) highly recommend though!

Received and set Dustin up this past weekend. So far, we are loving mostly everything. First off, he is packaged very well. There is a color poster on top as soon as you open explaining all of the parts in the box, has setup instructions and 2 QR codes, 1 for app to download and another for a how to video. I had a heard time syncing Dustin to the app because I have a dual router and Dustin only works on 2.4. I had to pause the 5g wifi temporarily and once I did, everything synced perfectly. After setup, I did not have to change to 2.4 anymore. Dustin has enough charge to map out my home as soon as I plugged it in. As soon it finished, it easily found its way back to the charging station in my laundry room. I am very impressed. I have all hard floors and no carpet. The vacuum touched every bit of floor it can reach. It went under the dining room table, in between chair and stool legs, under my bed, in my closet, in the bathrooms. It was really neat watching it go all around. Now for the fun part. Once it mapped the house out, I was able to label the room in the app and now I have so many options. I can have him clean the entire home or send him to just one room. Just this morning while at work, I sent him to clean the house from my cell phone. Dustin starts each room by going around the perimeter and uses the brush to brush the floor trim/baseboards before moving to the center and going back and forth in perfectly even lines. You can watch on the map in the app as he cleans and as he cleans a section, the map changes a different shade of the color letting you know that he has cleaned that section of the room or house. I have not used the mop feature and dont believe I intend to. That is not why we bought Dustin. I am very pleased with the sweep and vacuum performance and love that he always finds his way back to the charging station. There are 3 levels of suction. He is able to do the hard floors fine on the lowest but if you select the "quick clean" feature, he goes to level 3 and he does get a little louder. On 1, you can barely hear it but on 3, he sounds like a normal vacuum. We bought it on sale for around $219. Dont think I would pay $800 for any vacuum but my wife and I have had a robot vacuum on our radar so we decided to pull the trigger when we saw the price and so far, we are loving it. Good warranty as well. No regrets and highly recommend. I do believe it is worth the full retail price but us personally would not pay full retail. If you have the funds to splurge a bit or if it's on sale, pull the trigger! You won't be dissapointed.
