Quickly adjusts his navigation in an apt. where obstacles change almost daily, and doesn't complain. He even flipped up the edge of a rug which has fringe so it doesn't get sucked in. Haven't tried mopping feature yet.

Love this machine! It is able to sense and work around a variety of obstacles. Its self cleaning feature worked flawlessly. Changing out the mop feature isnt hard at all. Drawbacks. The unit has a piece on the top of it that prevents it frum going under certain drawers. The mop doesn’t drop a lot of water when mopping. The mop bin and dust bin are the same so you have to remove it and let it dry after use which makes it unable to vacuum elsewhere after mopping.

This is my first robot anything. So far, I've been quite pleased with it. I have hardwood floors and some rugs and 'Dusty' has tackled it all quite well. Having 3 maps is great - one for each level. I only have to move him and let him feed. I have not used the mop feature, so I won't comment on it. I would recommend not using the vacuum for a first time cleaning or heavy dirty/debris. These things are great at day-to-day maintaining to prevent the buildup!

So far Dustin has been ok. Setting it up and getting the app to work took a bit and wasn't as easy as it should have been or claimed to be, eventually got it going and it's fine now. It mapped the house pretty quickly and accurately. Biggest gripe is that the sweeper bit gets stuck and detaches pretty easily under mats and rugs, so I frequently have to stop it to flip it upside down and re-attach the sweeper. Sometimes Dustin has a hard time docking himself, he'll get close to his charge pad and then takes forever to back up into his spot akin to a newbie driver trying to parallel park for the first time. Dustin is not too loud unless you put the vacuum power to high. Have not tried the mopping feature yet. Have only ran it a few time and my floor isn't that dirty so I cannot comment on how good or not it actually vacuums up stuff Can't give Dustin 5 stars because for the price, I expect absolute perfection.

Dustin is amazing. I love him so much he does everything I don’t feel like doing which is sweeping and mopping and emptying itself. My baby always touching it and make it go off and it puts itself back. This things is amazing and I highly recommend it.

I liked this so much I actually bought a second one for my parents. It cleans extremely well, quiet and the self emptying is fantastic and saves me so much time and effort. i love how easy this was to setup, control with my app and its very durable even with my 2 dogs and 2 cats and the amount of hair we have here. I was very impressed with this.

If your router is in dynamic mode between 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz then you might have problem connecting Bob. I ended up having to split the 2 frequencies into 2 separate wifi networks and it finally works. Bob learned the house's map on the first try, pretty impressive. He's quieter than my Shark IQ too. Only downside would be the bagged station, I'd prefer bagless station so I don't have to buy and change bags plus less waste for the environment. Overall pretty amazing experience so far

I have used different brands in the past and nothing near what Dustin Robot does I like this robot. Dustin is very quiet, very fast, and, most notably, clean very well. I 100% recommend it! Worth every penny

First robot sweeper so don’t have anything to compare to. Dustin works better than I had expected (sweeping, have not tried mopping yet) and app seems to work well after you figure it out (read the directions on page not as intuitive if not). Dustin doesn’t like rugs with long fringe on ends, gets sucked up and stuck, so either have to pick them up or I just marked on map not to sweep those areas. I did notice in morning with bright light shining in windows it can cause him to get stuck/confused so I run later in day. Like others had mentioned it would be nice to get a push notification when he gets stuck. Can only make rectangles on map for areas not to clean or mop, would be nice to be able to make angles since I have areas that aren’t square. I’m amazed how much he picks up when he sweeps, we do have a cat, which likes to follow him around and get in his way. He can sweep areas we typically can’t get with regular vac w/o moving like under table, beds, coffee table & chairs. Dustin makes the house feel cleaner than what it has with just the regular vacuum. Instructions say Dustin needs so much room around him for his charging station, I placed him in a corner and he finds home just fine. He does gently bump into things to recognize objects which doesn’t seem to be a problem, I hit items way harder with the vacuum. I like him so well I ordered a second one for our finished basement, going to call him “Sweepin” since you can change his name in the app. As a note, to install the round rotating brush I had to push really hard to snap it on, harder than expected. I have been manually emptying his dust bin so I can see how much he picks up instead of using the self empty feature, will use in future. The beater bar is very simple to remove to clean. Overall Dustin has made sweeping our house no longer a chore and would recommend.

It was our first robot vacuum; I wasn't sure how effective these were. We have traditionally used Dyson vacuum for our carpets and hard floors. This vacuum is excellent and a time saver. Vacuum is very easy to set up and very thorough when it operates. The map is updated every time it runs a cleaning cycle. The app is very easy to use and straightforward. One drawback is that you do have to fill the vacuum container every time you want to use the mopping feature.

Great vacuum on 2000 sqft furnished carpet. One touch works without any programming. Get the larger emptying size. I do the one touch because i have 4 kids who leave stuff around, and it is good to pick up the big stuff before running it. It gets dust and lint very well. 1 inch toys it just rolls over. It got stuck on a vertical power cord once and just stopped until i rescued it, but no clogs or other problems. It does float over floor computer power cords well.

This is a 5 STAR product! It's all around amazing! This little Dustin Robot will mop your floor and clean up small amounts of dust and dirt on your floor all through the app. Map out your floors and watch it clean where and when you want it to clean. Plus, I got it on sale after seeing it on other websites for over $800!

Pros: - works well as a vacuum but I haven't tested the mop - good mapping/awareness capabilities under most conditions but haven't tested stair sensing - easy maintenance/ease of use - nice features and capabilities in app Cons: - roller brush gets covered in long hair easy causing it to not pickup dirt without the bot realizing there's a problem - obstacles at about the height of the bottom of the bots front face sometimes slip under so it continues forward and almost gets stuck while slowly damaging said obstacle over time - app requires wifi

This robot vac/ mop works much better than expected! Vacuum strength is adjustable and suction is great!

This robo vacuum works great, we have used it for carpets, hardwood floors and it worked without any issues. The best part is, its self emptying and also maps our home pretty quickly. We have a two storied home and it saved individual maps and we can choose which room it cleans in a run Bobsweep stands by the product and they will always have your back if you have any questions

Well, it's been about 18 months since I bought the bobswm and so far things are going fine; no problems with it so far. I did do a good cleaning recently and, after looking at instructions on various YouTube site I found how easy it was to clean around wheels, clean single wheel in front of iRobot, to remove strings etc. I started off without researching and was struggling but after finding out how to really do the job it was a piece of cake. The iRobot designers really too all this cleaning into consideration when designing the product.

Love my Dustin. We named her Bessie Lou. She works on time every time. I highly recommend Dustin to everyone!!

Excellent product. Fun to use and cleans great. We've used it daily since unboxing it. Easy to set up and get going.

I absolutely love this thing. The only bad thing about it, and it is super annoying and problematic, is that the brush used to clean the edges is constantly coming disconnected. It doesn't matter what the obstacle is, it comes detached. Cables, the feet of stools, the feet of chairs, the feet of couches, the edge of my dog water bowls, absolutely everything makes the brush become detached. It is super annoying. I kind of want to glue it to the vacuum even if it voids the warranty because it is that annoying. My schedule is set to run at night, so in the morning I have to hunt down the brush and reattach it. They have to make this feature better and this product would be 100% perfect.
