Does a great job with pet hair and dirt good suction and easy to clean only hang up is the base doesn’t always empty the robot well other than that we love it!

I've owned pretty much every major brand of robovacs on the market. I got this to replace my shark (which was great except it but had bumper sensor issues, had to replace several times throughout the warranty period). I also have an i7 Roomba for the second floor (which is awesome). I saw this for deal of the day when I was looking to replace the shark and thought "for that price, why not?" Prior to the Shark, I had an evo vacs one with mop function (that thing was terrible). Pros: It does a decent job of vacuuming. I would say, just as good, if not better than the shark. Not as good as the Roomba, but close. It finds its dock easily and seems to do a good job of charging and restarting. You can turn the drop sensors off so that it will go over dark area rugs. Cons: The mapping function is odd. It mapped an entire other section to my house that doesn't exist. It's fine for vacuuming but mopping, not so much. I haven't been able to run a mopping session where it covers all of the hard floor after a month of use. It's also impossible to tell it to avoid certain areas when the map isn't accurate. App: The vacuum will randomly disconnect from wifi and it's difficult to get it reconnected. Battery life isn't great and it's louder than others I have/had. Wants: I wish it was able to tell the difference between hard floor and carpet. It would make the mapping issue less of a concern. I've tried to have it avoid carpeted areas when mopping but haven't gotten it to do that yet. A sensor for it to know that the bin is full. It will only self empty when returning to the dock to charge. Normally not a problem but after a playdate, that thing gets full pretty quickly.

I purchased Dustin on sale 3.5 months ago. This is my first robot vacuum and I didnt know what to expect. I didn’t want to spend a lot, not knowing how they really work, so the sale was great. At first I wasn’t very happy with the cleaning power and almost returned it. After continued use and learning how to best set it up, I’ve found that it is actually picking up more than I originally thought. It did an okay job mapping my house, but with the app I was able to join rooms or disconnect rooms to accurately show the floor model. I was even able to cut off the area around my Christmas tree so it wouldn't disturb the tree skirt or presents. Customer service has been very good and they answer within 24 hours with good information and helpful tips. I would recommend Dustin.

I’ve purchased a few robot vacuums but after purchasing this one I am sold, I love the fact it self empties, can be on a schedule and I can control from my phone. It cleans better than a standard vacuum without me lifting a finger!

Wow! This is the best deal and product that I have purchased in a long time. Money well spent. This cleaner not only vacuum but it mops. You can program it, you can look at the history, you can monitor it from your phone.You can even start it. It has a self cleaning bag.

Overall, this is a great robot vacuum and does everything I need it to and is easy to set up, use, and direct. I wish it were a tad more efficient at getting the dirt the first round but running it regularly takes care of this issue. Suction: Great for day to day dust, hair, etc. I need to run it a few times to get all of the kitty litter or bigger messes. I think the suction is strong enough but it doesnt sense how much of a mess is there. Mop: its like a wet dust. It runs the mop pad over the floor but doesnt scrub anything. Battery: cleans my entire apartment in one go with no issues Programability: the ability to map your place, sort room by room, designate no mop/sweep areas is SO clutch. This is the feature i use the most. A random bump around mop is NOT worth it.

We received ours as a Christmas gift last year and made my skeptical wife a believer. It works better than expected. I liked it so much , purchased a couple more for Christmas gifts this past Christmas. It can go months without having to empty, works on carpet and hardwood floor. Haven't tried the mop option, only the vacuum.

This little machine is great. It’s not a perfect vacuum and it is helping keep our dog hair under control without constantly having to grab the big vacuum. It’s mapped the whole downstairs, goes around the legs of everything, and it gets underneath most furniture. Our 3 dogs don’t mind it either. All in all, it was worth the sale price we paid for it. I’m a happy that Dusty is doing its job.

For this price you can’t ask enough , I got the product for around 275$ that’s pretty cheap I feel. As most of the cleaners come in the same range but this one has a mop and self emptying system

I love the fact that I can now sit back and relax while my newfound love (Bobsweep) takes care of my floor. I love the fact that it is so easy to set up and it never bumps into anything at all in the house. Super smart robot vacuum.

We really like our new BobSweep vacuum We have ours programmed to vacuum our kitchen every other night & to vacuum the entire house twice a week. It is pretty quiet.

This robot is very quiet and it runs and cleans perfect around my house although i havent tried the mop part yet. Sweeping in general is great! I have a hard floor, a 3 German Shepherd and 2 cats and it cleans perfect. It sucks all the dust and dog hair on the floor. I run it morning and evening. It works amazing!

This thing is awesome!!! I dont know how we made it this far without this wonderful, house cleaning bot!!! It is super quiet and cleans very well. The app is straightforward and easy to use. Set up was a breeze! I don’t right reviews….but was compelled to this time! BUY…THIS…ROBOT!!!!!!’n

Love my Dustin ! I set it up and ran him right away and love the silence but I must say it loud when it self empties! But it empties by itself which a great feature to have since I work from home and in the basement.So I can have it running while I'm working and not have to worry about it ! Haven't tried the mop art yet but will review when I do! Love dustin

I’ve owned several iRobot vacs but could pass up the deal on the Dustin so I thought I’d try it out. And I have not been disappointed at all. Easy setup, works flawlessly, and looking forward to using it for years to come.

Does a good vacuuming, the base station holds about 3 months worth of dirt. 2,000 square feet hardwood floors, 1 cat, 2 filthy children. Sometimes it forgets where it is at and we have to re-map the house but that has only happened 2 times in over a year. The mop function is ok. It just drags around a wet pad but thats about all a robot mop can do

I love this vacuum! It is easy to set up, and once set up, you just tell it to start. It is really impressive how well this little machine cleans up. I highly recommend Dustin!
