Great vacuum cleaner, quiet and effective, does its jobs

Dustin is great! The app has a very friendly user interface that makes operating Dustin simple. I love that I can start/stop it from my phone as well as setting up a vacuuming schedule! Mapping is easy to read and divide it by rooms, which comes helpful when if you only need Dustin to clean a specific area.

Has reduced my cleaning time significantly. Does a great job mopping and sweeping the house.

We weren't sure if we would like this or not because this is our first time using this. At first we were like eh...its alright but by the 4th day we started to notice the difference and we started to fall in love with it.

The packaging of BobSweep Dustin was outstanding-well done! The "Instant Start" instructions were clear and concise. App setup on my Android-based smartphone was very easy. You can also register Dustin through the website which is easy to do. When I activated Dustin, it did a great job of surveying and mapping the rooms of my home. It was very efficient and precise in locating and remembering furniture and other obstacles (amazing to have LIDAR technology at this price!). Dustin did a great job of moving across and vacuuming across a number of different surfaces including rugs including ones on top of carpet. It also did a great job of mopping the ceramic tile in my kitchen and bathroom. And automatic dust disposal was effective and quick! Recharging was quick as well. I am very pleased thus far with bObsweep Dustin. I do have a lot of experience with a bObsweep PetHair. I am impressed with the high quality and effectiveness of my PetHair AND now Dustin. I am looking forward to using Dustin and will be comparing (and contrasting) the two bObswee robots over time. Thus far, I am as pleased with Dustin as PetHair!

Works Great! I got it as a gift to my sister and her household has gotten a lot of use out of it. It works great!

This thing is amazing!! I bought it because it was on deal of the day and me and wife have been wanting one. I had never heard of this name brand before, however it works great and is super easy to set up. I would recommend this!

First, I was very impressed with the packaging Dustin came in. It was very protective but also very attractive. Next, after unwrapping all the packaging I took a look at the Quick Start Guide that was included. It was very clear and easy to understand. The laminated manual was a nice touch too. The robot was already fully charged and ready to go. I set up the app easily and quickly on my phone. As per the instructions, I let Dustin go and map out our floor plan. It was really neat to be able to follow along with what Dustin was doing in the app. Next, I experimented with different settings and schedules of cleaning. I'm impressed with all of the different features. We have a lot of pets in our house-2 dogs and 7 cats. So there is a lot of hair. But Dustin did a good job of picking it up. I like that the dustbin can hold so much. The self-empty feature is really awesome too. There is a lot about Dustin I have yet to experience, such as the mop attachment, but I hope and expect it to prove to be as much of a premium product that it has been so far. Thank you Bobsweep!

I never believed the robotic vacuumed could clean adequately. I love it.

It’s nice. It transitions easily by itself from hardwood to carpet and tile flooring.

We love having Dustin as part of our family. :-) we have them on a schedule to run everyday while we're at work. He returns to his charging station and empties himself into this charging station bag. We have several places set up where he is not to go, due to curtains and cords... And he can even mop, which we decided to turn off because it left streak, and you can only use water.

Good product functions as should have had to re map once which was a little frustrating remaking no mop no sweep zones but overall worth the money

We love this vacuum. We run it when we leave for the day. You do need to make sure the floor is clear which when you have kids can sometimes be challenging but at least someone does the vacuuming for you.  We have not tried the mop feature yet. We got it for the mapping capabilities as well as the self emptying and both of those features are excellent. Highly recommend.

So far so good! We have been running the Bobsweep Dustin for a few weeks, and are pleased. It seems to run a super random pattern, often stopping in one room to go to another before finishing, but eventually gets it all done. I love the self-emptying feature!

Runs good and very very quiet. I would definitely buy another for my family members.

Vac does great job once it gets the house mapped out. Setting cleaning areas is a little bit difficult on the phone, but overall worth the time. Especially if ya got kids.. it will pull a yoyo into itself and shut down with an error. But the error is displayed on the app, and its pretty easy to care for..

It doesn't get any easier, I can set Dustin up to mop and he will vacuum at the same time. I love that I can set the no Mop Zone because some of my rugs are really thick. This has made my life a lot easier

So we've been able to run Dustin a few times and I'm amazed. Watching the map of our main floor generating was really fun, was really impressed it could get over the transition from living room to kitchen and switched from hardwood to the rugs easily. It even was able to get behind the couches. Being able to set it to run daily really makes keeping up with the floors a cinch.
