This item is difficult to use. Not sure how it is supposed to wash floors. I ended up buying a new phone to see if that was the problem. Bought the item several months ago and still have not been able to use it. Too bad I waited to long in order to return the product. If I could have, I would have.

Its cool to have them. Movement is abit slow. It takes too long to realized the to move around.

It works great on everything except for Pet hair, it’s not the greatest for that.

It does pick up a lot of dog hair, but every time it goes over a little bump it drops a clump of hair. I don't think it goes back to empty as often as it should. It also gets stuck in the same 2 places every day. The mapping isn't great. It is better than others I've tried.

It's very good, the only thing I don't like is that it gets stuck in lagoons.

This little vacuum is amazing! If your a pet owner you'll be astonished at how much pet hair this picks put every day. Plus it empties itself into it's own vacuum bag!

Very easy to set up , but I wouldn’t recommend for pets was late for me to see that but besides that works great

Bought to help with cat hair cleanup. Works good for what I needed it for on hard floors. Not great on carpet flooring.

Just set it up and let it do its thing. One less thing you need to worry about in yor house. I highly recommend this product.

Very nice, sometimes have to remap if just one thing is out of place though.

I really wanted to like this remote vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, it has too many problems. For one, it can get stuck on its own shadow. I'm not kidding. Sometimes it's just stopped in the middle of the floor for no reason. I can push the button and see that it has charge on it so it's not the battery. Another issue is that it's too tall for fitting under certain areas, such as my refrigerator doors. It gets stuck very often. I've had to put stuff in the way of my couch and my TV stands so it doesn't try to go under them and get stuck. The self cleaning mode is nice, but getting it to find the base is maddening. I can push the button to go back to base and the thing will drive around in circles, and then often in the wrong direction, taking several minutes to figure out where it is and get back to the base. Overall, I went from a shark cleaner to this one, and I'm going back to my shark. At least I got this on sale. I certainly wouldn't pay the price they ask without it being on sale. Caveat emptor.

Great device. Meets needs well. Easy to set up and use. I recommend it.

Very quiet and cleans quickly! The only drawback is the dump at the end of each use is very loud. Definitely want to put the base in a room where the noise won’t bother you.

I just started using the Dustin robot and I love it. Its ability to go from wooden floor to the kitchen rug and bedroom carpet to clean is awesome. It really gets the job done.

I purchased my BobSweep Dustin this past Thanksgiving and I’m really happy with how well it cleans my carpet. I would highly recommend this to friends and family.

It's a decent robo vacuum but don't expect high quality from this. It gets stuck pretty much every time it runs not very intelligent and avoiding obstacles. The vacuum is powerful. The mapping takes a lot of time and the app is not that friendly to customize the map. I will not be buying this again.
