It’s a great sweeper.. blows my iRobot away.. I’m loving the self empty feature. Definitely worth the money

The pet hair that the vacuum picks up is to heavy for the auto empty. Ibhave to empty it manually.

this item stopped working properly after 4 months of use. First sensor stopped and then sweeper only swept half of area designated and swept same area over and over. Recommend read reviews before purchasing.

It doesn’t pick up everything. So of the smallest things the unit will bypass it 3 times and not pick up.

I regret buying the Bobsweep robot vacuum. it’s hands down the worst vacuum I’ve ever used. Two years ago, I bought a random Chinese knockoff for just $45, and somehow, it performs way better than this expensive disappointment. Let’s start with the app. Oh. My. God. It’s beyond disgusting easily one of the ugliest, most counterintuitive apps on the App Store. How did a company this big approve something so poorly designed? It lacks basic features that even budget vacuums have. Functionally, Bobsweep is just as frustrating. My cheap Chinese vacuum stops when lifted Bobsweep doesn’t. My $45 vacuum finds its charging dock effortlessly Bobsweep can literally miss the hub and wander aimlessly for 10 minutes, even when I place it on the base. I genuinely hate this robot. My cheap, no-name vacuum runs circles around it. I’m ditching Bobsweep and going back to my trusty knockoff. What a waste of money.

Absolute Junk!!! Bought 1 month ago, worked fine until this evening and now it just spins in circles. Did all troubleshooting, reset, cleaned sensors and it just spins and spins and won’t dock. Contacted Best Buy customer service and was told so sad to hear you have a defective product but we can’t help you. I stopped shopping at Best Buy for 10 years because they did this to me way back then on a defective item. Just recently bought this vacuum last month and started shopping there in hopes they’ve changed. Well .. they haven’t changed and won’t help a customer after purchase and money in their account. That is ok , I’ll tuck my tail between my legs and take the loss. However I will cancel the Best Buy card I just got tomorrow morning first thing and go back to never shopping at Best Buy again and for good this time. Burned twice now and they won’t get the chance to do it again to me. Time to buy a different vacuum from someone else .

We love our new Bobsweep vacuum. We are looking forward to it keeping our house dog hair free.

First of all i dont know where all the 5 star rating is for that get me to try this product when it was 80% off. 1. The app is having so much issue connecting to the unit itself and only way to get it to connect again is to reset it and reconnect it and once you close the app the unit lost it wifi and ability to connect again. 2. The vacumn of the unit is not as good as other brand and it leave a bunch of stuff behind after it run through a few time. 3. This unit keep getting stuck on random spot and after i move it out to unstuck it. The unit keep going back to the same spot and get stuck again. 4. I like the function that it have a external bin to suck all the dirt of the vacumn so you dont have to clean the dirt.
