It really does not pick up well at all on carpet--especially thick carpet when running it on high.

Great robot. Works to sweep and clean the floors perfectly.

In theory it sounds great that you can create no-go zones on the map so the vacuum doesn’t encounter problems. The problem is, you have to let it run into the no-go zones in order for it to map it. So it will get caught on wires under desks and tumble down short stairs. We have a set of short stairs, and I’m guessing the lidar doesn’t realize the floor it’s detecting is a different level, so it keeps trying to get down to the floor it detects and eventually takes a tumble. Save yourself money and buy a MUCH cheaper vacuum.

It continues to go over marked off areas and gets stuck on simple things. Then it loses connectivity continuously making it worthless. It's supposed to be no hands on-ai smart but the thing is not better than a cheap one from Amazon. Customer service takes months for them to send you another defective one that operates the exact same way. Dont buy!

I have an iRobot as well and it does a much better job of mapping, Bobsweep gets confused and rarely makes it back to home base, I'm still hoping it gets better.

I am waiting better expectatives, but really I can not tell you: This is an excellent product. The service is a middle category

The mop feature is okay at best. And with the glossy and shiny top of this robot it is a fingerprint and dust magnet. As a vacuum it works perfectly fine.

Not sure how this item is priced at a $1000. Not good suction and the memory onnthe item is questionable. .

mapping feature is great, and the vacuum itself works well. However, it never seems to "self empty" that well....always have to manually empty it.

Makes vacuum a breeze. It doesn’t do well on wood floor areas but does good on our carpet. I do have to empty it at least one e each run through on our house.
