App has bug that is not letting me creat account to start with. It just keep saying ‘email already exists’ despite me using new email id (literally created brand new). And when I use the same email Id to login by selecting ‘forgot my password’ to reset the password, it says account with the email selected doesn’t exist. It just frustrates for not being able to use the product I just bought and the best part is customer service deserves ‘no stars or even negative stars’ they cannot help but just keep you transferring to different people. HORRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE

Not as good as I had hoped. I didn't even want to try the mop. Returned it after 2 days

After reading the description, I was looking forward to getting this vacuum cleaning our house, however, was greatly underwhelmed by both the vacuum and mop features. It picks up only small amounts of whatever it rolls over, misses spots, and gets stuck. All. The. Time. I will be returning this, unfortunately.

Im already to order it. It doesn’t work. I would like change another one?

Stupid app... Doesn't clean the entire house even though it maps out the entire house. Suction is terrible

Do not recommend, it does not get the edges very well and the moping part doesn't even seem to work

For a machine that retails for over $1000 I'm extremely disappointed so far with my experience. Was super excited hoping for good results on the first clean however the side brush sweeper fell off 6 times within the first room from contact with basic objects, wall corners and trim. May have to severely limit cleaning areas with do not clean zones as it has gotten stuck near lamps, square boxes, and on the door mat. I was expecting something much better equipped to handle a small basic townhouse for the price.

My robut stopped working after a month I was told to call the manufacturer

Does not vaccum properly. Does not connect to Wi-Fi and has been a constant pain in the neck to make it work.

Did not work well. Does not dump out when done… I have to manually dump out what was picked up.

Picks and chooses what it wants to pickup. Certain styles of tile affect the performance. Better at picking up dust than larger debris. Currently in the process of returning my unit to bObsweep after a month and a half of use.

Worked great for about 6 months, but started acting up after a software update, It no longer vacuumed in a straight line. It does head to the dock in a straight line though. Tried all the diagnostics with no luck. I recently contacted support as it now won't even charge and they tell me it's $40 to have it shipped back for warranty work. I haven't even had it for a year. So many reviews say they have good customer service. I disagree.

Doesn’t work worth a darn for pet hair. Leaves clumps of hair around the house instead of picking it up. Very poor performance. Waste of money.

Does it clean? Yes. Surprisingly well. Dustin will vacuum for up to two hours- unlike most of its' human counterparts, and go under and behind furniture other methods often neglect. Even if you have just vacuumed Dustin will remove fine dust particles that aren't good for your health. If you let Dustin do most of your vacuuming he will impress with his ability to quietly create a healthier home environment. Is it easy to set up and launch? Yes. Very few minutes are needed before putting Dustin efficiently to work. Does it work well? Yes. Dustin maps your home (with no possible privacy issues were he instead using a camera) fairly accurately- allowing you to choose to clean everywhere or only selected areas. It can be easily controlled from your phone, will work until exhausted and then accurately find his re-charger.

The device won’t connect to WiFi, and won’t update its software. It does a decent job cleaning, but I don’t think it’s any better than the cheap robo vacuum we had before this. I would not recommend this vacuum, I would go with a name brand instead. Also worth noting, when we received the vacuum and I took it out of the box it looked dirty and scuffed up. I bought it new but I think I may have gotten a refurb. It does function, aside from the software and WiFi issues I mentioned above.

Had hope for this and thought it was gonna be ok at first but NOPE after dealing with it for a month or so figuring out that the app sucks first of all , It's loud gets stuck often even after mapping was complete brush spins to fast even on low power slings debris around no voice sound that ive found , like my ( ihome nova pro ) wich is superior to bOb sweep dustin would not buy again or recommend to others

Bought on sale for $250 , original price was like 1200. Definitely not worth that much. The app is terrible. Had to keep reinstalling it to fix various different issues. Sweeps ok, doesn't mop that great. Wouldn't recommend.

I bought this on a crazy Deal of the Day sale, hopeful this would be an upgrade from my old Roomba. IT IS NOT! During the first use, it stopped during the run stating that the main brush was clogged. It wasn’t, but I’ve cleaned it out multiple times to almost a new state.. That error pops up every time after a couple seconds of trying to run it. I’ve reached out through the app and email to try to get help, and so far no luck. Don’t waste your money on this floor ornament.

I called the insurance company, they didn’t want to fix it, they gave me another one but I had to pay another 79 dollars, which wasn’t fair to me because I had very little with it
