Setup was easy and the updates to the software took no time at all. I do pick up small items (toys) off the floor and make sure any shoes with laces are not in the way. I enjoy the enhanced mapping and flow of the vacuum process. It does not bump and bang into furniture or walls like other cheap models. The battery is amazing and can complete my second floor of about 1000sq feet in just over an hour. The dust bin is big and captures so much pet hair and dirt. The noise is less than a normal vacuum which makes me happy. This has given back hours to my life and allows me to vacuum daily with minimal effort.

As an owner of two big dogs, one who sheds all the time this has been SUCH a lifesaver in keeping my rugs and hardwood looking great! It took only minutes to set up and download the app. The app is so easy to use and navigate, I love the mapping feature with the ability to block off certain rooms and/or areas as well as the option to see the battery percentage at all time and send Bob back to the charger! Highly recommend.

We’re very happy with our BObsweep Dustin, cleans very well and leaves my place clean after my 2 cats and 2 dogs and no hassles emptying the pin, beside it’s very easy to program. The maps areas in the App is very practical to clean the desired area if needed, and it got no problems transitioning from tile floor to carpet. I’m extremely happy with my purchase of Dustin it really does an amazing job picking up pet hair.. we recommend this product.

It didn’t even turn on something was wrong with it.

I am very happy with the bobsweep I purchased in July, 2024. I replaced a Roomba that seemed to take all day with multiple rechargings to complete the full cycle. Bobsweep is done in 1 ½ hours. I like the mop feature too and the mapping to avoid my rug works great. I’ve had two roombas and this is my first bobsweep. I would highly recommend bobsweep over Roomba.

Enhanced Review Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum & Mop: A Game-Changer I was initially skeptical, but we went ahead and made the purchase. Setting up this vacuum was straightforward: unboxing was easy, with only a few parts to attach. Find a good spot for the unit, let it charge, and head over to bObsweep’s YouTube channel for some helpful videos. Once charged, I pressed “Go,” and Dustin began mapping our home. The mapping function is impressive, and the app allows you to label, divide, combine, and create no-sweep areas. While some reviews mention mapping or sweeping issues, we haven’t encountered any problems. Ensure your Wi-Fi router has dual bandwidth capability; otherwise, you won’t be able to control it. If not, mini plug-in units are available to convert a 5GHz signal to a 2.4GHz one, commonly needed for wireless cameras. Dustin is worth it! A minor con is the noise from the self-emptying unit when it docks. It can be startling, especially if it’s near a sleeping area. The noise lasts less than 5 seconds but can wake you if Dustin operates on a schedule. Overall, we’re extremely pleased. We haven’t tried the mopping function and likely never will, so I can’t comment on that. However, we wholeheartedly recommend this product.

I got my robot vacuum a couple of weeks ago. It was easy to set up and works great. It learns the house very easily and rarely, if ever, gets hung up on furniture. It sweeps really well, is super quiet and I'm very happy with my purchase. Customer service with the company has been great as well.

We are delighted that Dustin has joined our household! We are long-time bObsweep users/fans; incredibly, they just keep improving. Dustin sweeps quickly and efficiently and is very quiet—except for a brief time when he empties his own dustbin. Just when you think it can’t get any better, he also mops! The bObsweep app is great and it is very easy to use. What’s not to love? Welcome home, Dustin!
