Dustin, Robbie AKA bobsweep Is one of the best things this 79 year man has ever purchased. My Back loves me for it too! We have not tried the mop. But set medium my little friend does a great job with little noise. Our home is mainly Carpet except for kitchen & two other small areas. They are Hard wood. This little guy Handles all of it 1680 Square ft with with battery to spare. I've allready recommended this to several friends one has purchased & loves it . James P.

This vacuum is wonderful so far. I was pretty surprised how easy it is to set up the mopping feature too! You just pop on the mopping attachment and add a little distilled water and it knows what to do. It vacuums great and is fun to watch too haha. We love this and it saves me time . There is an option to have it just clean a small area too( like under my baby’s highchair). This has been super helpful!

My first robot! Very easy set-up and Dustin does it’s thing. I’m pretty old so that’s a plus. Only use vacuum mode and upped it to medium to do both floors and plush carpet. It lost its little whisker sweepers on 3rd time out. Not sure if that matters. I’m just amazed that it knows where to go, what to do and finds it way home. Great way to keep apartment clean with regular use. Just gotta leave stuff off the floor to get best results. I’ll review better after a couple months of use.

I love my Bobsweep AKA Meryl Sweep! The mapping is amazing, it's really quiet which is super important for my sensitive child. I do notice the battery doesn't last long enough to do my small home but that is ok :). I haven't tried the mopping feature yet but have high hopes!

I'm so happy to now own Dustin. This robot vacuum is super convenient to use. Although I currently do not have Wi-Fi to map the house and look forward to getting internet later, Dustin still does fairly well at mapping the house without it. I just wouldn't leave it completely on it's own until I get internet. Since a remote is not included, I simply press the "Go" button on the vacuum itself to activate cleaning. Dustin frees up time for me to get other chores done while it vacuums and mops for me. I love it! Thanks!

Dustin has been doing great! It interacts with the wifi excellent, it's movement is amazing, the map feature allows me to move objects and get out of the way to see where Dustin is in real time. Overall, would buy again if needed. I am very surprised with how versatile the machine is getting around spaces. The only thing to note, move cables as sometimes the brush can get stuck; otherwise it's perfect for its use!

I bought an earlier edition of bobsweep and did NOT love it. Whrn I saw this one had a mapping module, I decided to give Dustin a try...especially since it was on sale. After hooking up our Dustin, we've instant change. The install was quick and simple and he went right to work! No endless wandering like before. We have a dog and we dont see any dog hair anymore, Goodbye broom, hello Dustin!! The mopping feature is also great, left our floors looking really good Once it mapped the home no more bumping into corners or getting stuck. Works like a charm. The schedule factor is also a plus as well.

Having owned other robo-vacuums, I am thoroughly impressed with the newest addition to our family, bObsweep! The vacuum methodically cleans our carpeted areas along with the hard-surfaces (wood and tile). The app works very well and it's amazing how precisely the technology is able to map out the floorplan! 5-Stars!!

Our bObsweep Dustin vacuum has been a reliable addition to our home. With two dogs and young kids, it faces a lot of daily mess, from pet hair to crumbs. Dustin handles these challenges effectively, and the self-emptying feature is a practical benefit, making maintenance much easier by reducing the need for frequent emptying. Overall, we're satisfied with how it helps keep our home clean.

I like my new Bobsweep Dustin. From the start of unpacking I could tell it was a nice machine, really good looking & fit rite in with my furniture. It was easy enough to set up, I live on 1 floor & it has no problem doing my whole house, and anybody with 2 dogs, like I got can tell you that any help is appreciated, but when the help goes way beyond expected, it's even better. Thank you Bobsweep & my new buddy Dustin, ha ha.

Dusty saves the day! Love the phone app which maps my rooms. I can choose a room or all-with 4 pets that’s helpful! The self emptying vacuum is wonderful(although loud for 10 seconds and the small bag). Customer service is amazing at bobsweep- valued customers unlike other companies. Dusty ( Dustin was too formal for a member of the family) does more of the sweeping than I do when I drag out the full size vacuum once a week

Bought "Dusty" approx. two months ago - wanted to give it time to truly test it out. We had previously purchase "Bob" and, while completely satisfied with it as well, we wanted the convenience of the auto-emptying function. I give it 5 stars for its overall ease of use, and it's thoroughness when it cleans. I was skeptical at first, as it seemed quieter that "Bob", so I stopped it before it could auto-empty, just to see what it had in there. Oh, it was thorough, alright! Very happy with the results, as the bin is full each and every run (it's also disappointing - is my house that dirty? LOL The answer is no, it's just normal day to day dust and dirt.). The one caveat - I've had to remap the house twice since we purchased, getting "localization" errors. But I truly believe it's due to us moving some furniture around, and "Dusty" has gotten confused. Once remapped, he runs flawlessly (only getting stuck once on a small carpet in the bathroom. It's features are top-notch (allowing you to set both vacuum and mopping restricted zones). Easy to launch with the app (for specific room cleaning) or - as I use it most often - telling Alexa to "start vacuuming", and off he goes!! Great product, and probably gonna buy another one as a housewarming gift for my (81yo) Mom.

I recently got the bObsweep - Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop, and I’m super impressed! It’s awesome how it vacuums and mops in one go, and the self-emptying feature is a game-changer—no more dealing with messy dustbins. I recently ordered Dusty and I am really happy with it. I actually have had two other popular brand of robots in the past and I gave them away after I bought Dusty. I can't wait to try the mop feature since all my floors are hardwood. I have two cats that like to leave little hairs around the house and Dusty tackles them with ease. The map feature is really cool too!

Dustin is a vast improvement over my previous robot vacuum. Dustin doesn’t get stuck like my old vacuum. My floors are always clean now! My only complaint is that we have three levels and sometimes Dustin gets confused because the floor plan is different. But I just erase the map and he’s all good.

I’ve owned another brand robot sweeper and this bObsweep is the best! It quickly learns any room and cleans it with precision every time. I love that it remembers its location, even if it gets bumped or is stopped during its cycle. I only with it could climb stairs and clean my grandson’s room. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

Great Product/Good Value This vacuum is very quiet, a big change from my previous vacuum that used to get on my nerves. It cleans well and the mop function comes in handy. I've had a bit of a hard time with the app, i.e. the map and dividing/joining rooms. Still working on that....l feel software could be better. See less Bvner

Thank you for the opportunity to brag on "Dustin"! Dustin is a wonderful addition to our home! He arrived in such an organized package with instructions that were easy to follow and made for quick set up!!! He is quite a tidy fellow and his instructions advised we could set him up along with Amazon Alexa, say a couple of key words, "Start Dustin" and away he goes cleaning the entire house!! He fascinates the cats! They watch his every move! The cats always make certain that Dustin has plenty to clean and pick up! Dustin never misses anything and after he has gone all over the house making certain everything is tidy, he returns to his home base and self-empties which is yet another great asset about Dustin! The cats are still a bit spooked by the noise he makes but it just makes them respect Dustin and leave him to do his job! As of yet, we have not used the mop function but are absolutely thrilled with how Dustin performs!

The bObsweep Dustin continues to impress us daily. Have had it for a few weeks now and it's been cleaning and mopping the whole house without problems. I love the self emptying feature as well. It makes my life easy, not continuously cleaning it as soon as it is done vacuuming. I have the app and it makes it easy to schedule when and where to mop and vacuum. I will definitely recommend this to others.

I have been very happy with the Dustin robot vacuum. Easy set-up, navigates around my kitchen/dining area very well which is what I primarily use it for, to catch all the excess dog hair from my 2 dogs. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is, wasn't sure what to expect as this is my first robot vacuum. So far it's great and I'm very happy with my purchase! Thank you for making this vacuum!
